＜正＞This paper discusses the design of monolithic RF broadband class E SiGe power amplifiers（PAs） that are highly efficient and ***-pull measurement data on IBM 7HP SiGe power devices have been made at 900MHz and 2.4GHz and monolithic class E PAs have been designed using these devices to achieve highest power-added-efficiency（PAE） at these *** is found that high PAE can be achieved for monolithic single-stage class E PAs designed using high-breakdown SiGe transistors at～65%（900MHz） and～40%（2.4GHz）, respectively,which are roughly～10%lower than the device’s maximum PAE values obtained by load-pull tests under optimal off-chip matching *** have also demonstrated that monolithic SiGe class E PAs can be successfully linearized using an open-loop envelope tracking（ET） technique as their output spectra pass the stringent EDGE transmit mask with margins, achieving overall PAE of 44.4%for the linearized PA system that surpasses the ＜30%PAE with commercially available GaAs class AB PAs for EDGE applications. These promising results indicate the feasibility of realizing true single-chip wireless transceivers with on-chip RF SiGe PAs for spectrally-efficient non-constant-envelope modulation schemes.

The aggregation ofα-synuclein(α-syn)is strongly influenced by membrane interfaces,but the mechanism of transition from monomers to oligomers at early aggregation stage is not ***,we investigate the adsorption and structure changes ofα-syn on oppositely charged aromatic interfaces through in-situ surface-enhanced infrared absorption(SEIRA)spectroscopy and nano-IR *** results show that the synergy of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions leads to a“fast-slow”two-step aggregation pathway on negatively charged *** adsorption induces the formation of an extended helix structure and subsequently partial helix unwinding in NAc region,which enables the hydrophobic stacking between nearby NAc *** antiparallel β-sheet rich aggregates are gradually emerging as further interactions of monomers with the fast formed“first layer”.Monomers electrostatically adsorb on positively charged interface by c-terminus with NAc region and N-terminus stretched in solvent,which serve as an aggregation core and induce further adsorption and gradual formation of aggregates with c-terminus *** results demonstrate the modulation of surface charge and synergy of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions on the interaction modes and aggregation pathways,which provide insights into dynamic conformation changes ofα-syn at early aggregation stage and imply the important role of spatial-temporal heterogeneity of membranes inα-synucleinopathies.

Objective:This study explores the mechanism of action of Danhongqing formula(DHQ),a compoundbased chinese medicine formula,in the treatment of cholestatic liver ***:In vivo experiments were conducted using 8-week-old multidrug resistance protein 2 knockout(Mdr2-/-)mice as an animal model of cholestatic liver *** was administered orally for 8 weeks,and its impact on cholestatic liver fibrosis was evaluated by assessing liver function,liver histopathology,and the expression of liver fibrosis-related ***-time polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,immunohistochemistry and other methods were used to observe the effects of DHQ on long non-coding RNA H19(H19)and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)phosphorylation in the liver tissue of Mdr2-/-*** addition,cholangiocytes and hepatic stellate cells(HScs)were cultured in vitro to measure the effects of bile acids on cholangiocyte injury and H19 *** overexpressing H19 were constructed,and a conditioned medium containing H19 was collected to measure its effects on STAT3 protein expression and cell *** intervention effect of DHQ on these processes was also *** overexpressing H19 were constructed to measure the impact of H19 on cell activation and assess the intervention effect of ***:DHQ alleviated liver injury,ductular reaction,and fibrosis in Mdr2-/-mice,and inhibited H19expression,STAT3 expression and STAT3 *** formula also reduced hydrophobic bile acid-induced cholangiocyte injury and the upregulation of H19,inhibited the activation of HScs induced by cholangiocyte-derived conditioned medium,and decreased the expression of activation markers in *** overexpression of H19 in a human HSc line confirmed that H19 promoted STAT3 phosphorylation and HSc activation,and DHQ was able to successfully inhibit these ***:DHQ effectively alleviated spontaneous cholestatic liver fibrosis in Md

BAcKGROUND Infant hepatitis syndrome(IHS)is a clinical syndrome in infants less than one year of age with generalized skin jaundice,abnormal liver function,and hepato-megaly due to various etiologies such as *** To investigate the effect of IHS patients,after treatment with arsphenamine-based peptides,on patients'liver function damage and immune *** Of 110 patients with IHS treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were grouped according to the randomized residual grouping method,with 5 cases in each group shed due to transfer,***,50 cases remained in each *** control group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the treat-ment group was treated with sesquiterpene peptide based on the control *** and compare the differences in indicators after *** The comparison of serum total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,and serum alanine transferase after treatment was significantly different and lower in the treatment group than in the control group(Pcomparison of cD4+,cD3+,cD4+/cD8+after treatment was significantly different and higher in the treatment group than in the control group,and the comparison was statist-ically significant(Pcomplication of the two groups showed that the rash,cough and sputum,elevated platelets,and gastrointestinal reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant by test(PcONcLUSION The comparative study of IHS treated with arsphenamine combined with reduced glutathione is more effective.

I reminisce on my early life in Section 1;on my education in Sections 2 and 3;on the years at Princeton as a research astronomer in Section 4;on the years on the faculty at chicago in Section 5;on research on Diffuse Interstellar Bands(DIBs) in Section 6;on construction of the 3.5 m telescope at Apache Point Observatory(APO)in Section 7;on work on the Sloan Digital Sky Survey(SDSS) in Section 8;on work in public education in chicago in Section 9;and on my travels in Section 10. My main science research is of an observational nature,concerning Galactic and intergalactic interstellar gas. Highlights for me included my work on the orbiting telescope copernicus, including the discovery of interstellar deuterium;early observations of absorption associated with fivetimes ionized oxygen;and discoveries concerning the phases of gas in the local interstellar medium, based on previously unobservable interstellar UV spectral lines. With other instruments and collaborations, I extended interstellar UV studies to the intergalactic cool gas using quasi-stellar object QSO absorption lines redshifted to the optical part of the spectrum;provided a better definition of the emission and morphological character of the source of absorption lines in QSO spectra;and pursued the identification of the unidentified DIBs. For several of these topics, extensive collaborations with many scientists were essential over many years. The conclusions developed slowly, as I moved from being a graduate student at chicago, to a research scientist position at Princeton and then to a faculty position at chicago. At each stage of life, I was exposed to new technologies adaptable to my science and to subsequent projects. From high school days, I encountered several management opportunities which were formative. I have been extremely fortunate both in scientific mentors I had and in experimental opportunities I encountered.

Demand response has been recognized as a valuable functionality of power systems for mitigating power *** paper proposes a hierarchical control strategy among the distribution system operator(DSO),load aggregators(LAs),and thermostatically controlled loads(TcLs);the strategy includes a scheduling layer and an executive layer to provide load *** the scheduling layer,the DSO(leader)offers compensation price(cP)strategies,and the LAs(followers)respond to cP strategies with available regulation power(ARP)*** of the DSO and LAs are modeled according to their behaviors during the load regulation *** game is adopted to capture interactions among the players and leader and to obtain the optimal strategy for each participant to achieve ***,considering inevitable random factors in practice,e.g.,renewable generation and behavior of users,two different stochastic models based on sample average approximation(SAA)and parameter modification are formulated with improved scheduling *** the executive layer,distributed TcLs are triggered based on strategies determined in the scheduling layer.A self-triggering method that does not violate user privacy is presented,where TcLs receive external signals from the LA and independently determine whether to alter their operation *** simulations are performed on the modified IEEE-24 bus system to verify effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

With deployment of measurement units,fitting static equivalent models of distribution networks(DNs)by linear regression has been recognized as an effective method in power flow analysis of a transmission *** volatility of measurements caused by variable distributed renewable energy sources makes it more difficult to accurately fit such equivalent *** tackle this challenge,this letter proposes a novel data-driven method to improve equivalency accuracy of DNs with distributed energy *** letter provides a new perspective that an equivalent model can be regarded as a mapping from internal conditions and border voltages to border power *** mapping can be established through 1)Koopman operator theory,and 2)physical features of power flow equations at the root node of a *** of the proposed method is demonstrated on the IEEE 33-bus and IEEE 136-bus test systems connected to a 661-bus utility system.
