Excellent magnetic pro.erties in ferrites are required fo. high-frequency applicatio.s and fo. wastewater treatment. Thus, the present study sho.s the co.pariso. o. magnetic and structural pro.erties o. Nd and Sm substituted Ni-Zn-Bi ferrites with the series Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Bi_(0.04)Nd_(x)Fe_(1.96-x)o.4(with step size 0.002)and Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Bi_(0.04)Sm_(x)Fe_(1.96-x)o.4(with step size 0.02) prepared using citrate precurso. metho.. The impact o. the substitutio. o. rare earth io.s(Nd and Sm) o. magnetic pro.erties o. the synthesized samples is o.served using a vibrating sample magneto.eter(VSM). The saturatio. magnetizatio. values enhance co.siderably fro. 52 to.58 emu/g fo. Nd^(3+)io.s and 39 to.57 emu/g fo. Sm^(3+) io.s, thus, making these materials magnetically hard. Further, the higher value o. co.rcivity is also.o.served ranging fro.133 to.167 o. fo. Nd^(3+)io.s and 81 to.155 o. fo. Sm^(3+) io.s. The shape o. hysteresis lo.ps indicates a super paramagnetic and ferro.agnetic behavio. in the o.tained samples. The squareness ratio.value iso.ro.y o. particles and hence, these ferrites are suitable fo. micro.aveabso.bing and in permanent magnetic materials. The X-ray diffractio.(XRD) pattern sho.s the fo.matio. o. pure cubic crystallites, where, lattice parameters range fro. 0.840 to.0.839 nm and fro. 0.838to.0.839 nm fo. Nd^(3+)and Sm^(3+) io.s substitutio., respectively. The crystallite size ranges between 28.63to.29.89 nm and 18.33 to.26.23 nm, fo. substitutio. o. Nd^(3+)and Sm^(3+) io.s, respectively. Field emissio. scanning electro. micro.co.y(FESEM) sho.s the fo.matio. o. ho.o.eneo.s grains, whereas, energy dispersive spectro.eter(EDS) co.nts describe the purity o. the samples. This study investigates the use o. waste fat bio.iesel(WFB)fro. the leather industry as a substitute fo. diesel ***,it examines the diesel engine perfo.mance o. WFB,a blend o. WFB and diesel(B50),and different blends o. WFB and silico. dio.ide(Sio.(2))nano.articles(B50Sio.(2)40,B50Sio.(2)80,and B50Sio.(2)120μg/g).The results indicate that the B50Sio.(2)120 blend increases brake thermal efficiency by 10.03%co.pared to.pure bio.iesel but falls 1.93%sho.t o. neat ***,the B50Sio.(2)120 mixture reduces smo.e,hydro.arbo.,and carbo. mo.o.ide emissio.s by 31.87%,34.14%,and 43.97%respectively,co.pared to.***,the B50Sio.(2)120 blend sho.s a 4.91%increase in nitro.en o.ide emissio.s co.pared to.diesel.

In the current study,the calcium co.per titanate(CCTo./epo.y,barium titanate(BT)/epo.y and CCTo.BT/epo.y co.po.ite samples with variable vo.ume fractio.s o. CCTo.and BT are fabricated using hand lay-up and co.pressio. mo.lding pro.ess. The co.po.ite samples are characterized fo. the frequency dependence o. dielectric pro.erties,co.ductivity,impedance spectro.co.y and electrical mo.ulus.X-ray diffractio.(XRD)representatio. o. CCTo.BT/epo.y co.po.ite samples co.firmed the presence o. bo.h CCTo.and BT ceramic samples separately. The dielectric characteristics o. hybrid CCTo.BT/epo.y co.po.ite samples with CCTo.BT ratio.o. 40∶60, 60∶40,and 50∶50 was fo.nd relatively better than tho.e o. single ceramic filler reinfo.ced epo.y co.po.ites. AC co.ductivity analysis sho.s impro.ement in the results o. hybrid filler-filled CCTo.BT/epo.y co.po.ites in co.pariso. with single filler-filled epo.y co.po.ite.50∶50 CCTo.BT/epo.y co.po.ite sho.s the best AC co.ductivity value o.~ 2.2 ×10^(-5) o.m^(-1)·m^(-1) at a higher frequency o. 1MHz. The impedance analysis co.firms the higher insulating pro.erties fo. hybrid 40∶60 and 60∶40 CCTo.BT/epo.y co.po.ites with respect to.the single and o.her hybrid ceramic epo.y co.po.ites. The analysis suggests the hybrid CCTo.BT/epo.y co.po.ites to.be ado.ted as a po.ential dielectric material fo. energy sto.age devices and o.her electro.ic applicatio.s.
