目的比较组织学确认的宫颈上皮内瘤变的妇女在完成以连续细胞学涂片正常的治疗后随访并重返常规筛查与初始细胞学涂片结果正常的妇女发生宫颈癌风险。设计人群为基础的队列研究，数据来源于一个国家范围内的病理登记系统。研究背景荷兰，1994年至2006年。研究对象38956例经组织学确诊的宫颈上皮内瘤变1～3级的妇女，完成了治疗后随访。干预宫颈上皮内瘤变常规治疗后的随诊，推荐6、12、24个月涂片检测。主要结局测量宫颈上皮内瘤变后从完成阴性试验结果的随诊到下次基本检测期间宫颈癌的发生率。经调整随诊年，与初始涂片检测结果正常后时期比较的10年危害比。结果完成治疗后随诊的宫颈上皮内瘤变妇女在56956妇女年中共有20例宫颈癌被确诊。而既往细胞学检查阴性的妇女在25020697妇女年中发生宫颈癌1613例。两组人群宫颈癌的发生率分别为35．1（95％可信区间21．4～54．2）／每100000妇女年和6．4（6．1～6．8）／每100000妇女年，其校正危害比为4．2（95％可信区间2．7～6．5）。在所有年龄段中危害比都增加。宫颈上皮内瘤变不同级别间比较，宫颈癌的发生风险无明显差别。结论以往观察到的宫颈上皮内瘤变患者治疗后发生宫颈癌的额外风险也在完成治疗后随诊且连续3次细胞涂片都正常的妇女中观察到。经过校正后，这些妇女发生宫颈癌的风险（35例／每100000妇女年）是既往细胞学正常妇女（6例／每100 000妇女年）的4倍。

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a highly aggressive and metastasizing cancer that has the worst prognosis out of all breast cancer *** epithelial emesenchymal transition(EMT)and cancer stem cells(CSCs)have been proposed as important mechanisms underlying TNBC ***9 is highly expressed in breast cancer,including TNBC,where it promotes EMT and induces cancer cell *** this study,we have identified a tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative(compound 1)as a potent and selective CDK9-cyclin T1 inhibitor via virtual ***,by targeting the ATP binding site,compound 1 not only inhibited CDK9 activity but also disrupted the CDK9-cyclin T1 proteineprotein interaction(PPI).Mechanistically,compound 1 reversed EMT and reduced the ratio of CSCs by blocking the CDK9-cyclin T1 interaction,leading to reduced TNBC cell proliferation and *** date,compound 1 is the first reported tetrahydroisoquinoline-based CDK9-cyclin T1 ATP-competitive inhibitor that also interferes with the interaction between CDK9 and cyclin *** 1 may serve as a promising scaffold for developing more selective and potent anti-TNBC *** work also provides insight into the role of the CDK9-cyclin T1 PPI on EMT and CSCs and highlights the feasibility and significance of targeting CDK9 for the treatment of TNBC.

The protein–protein interaction between menin and mixed lineage leukemia(MLL)plays an important role in the development of human hepatocellular carcinogenesis(HCC)and is associated with poor prognosis of HCC patients.1,2 Hence,interrupting the menin-MLL interaction is an attractive strategy in cancer treatment,particularly for liver cancer.3,4 In this study,we identified complex C1 as the first rhodium(III)-based orally bioavailable selective inhibitor of the menin-MLL interaction for HCC.

乳腺癌是全球女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,2020年GLOBOCAN流行病学数据显示,乳腺癌首次超过肺癌成为全球第一高发的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁女性健康。相较于欧美人群,中国女性患者的乳腺癌发病率相对较低,但是随着近年来生活方式、饮食习惯的改变等,中国人群乳腺癌发病逐年增加。中国2020年年龄标化的乳腺癌发病率达到39.1/10万,新发乳腺癌达41.6万例,占全球每年新发乳腺癌总人数的18.4%。乳腺癌防治工作也日益严峻,其中,三阴性乳腺癌作为一种恶性程度高、预后较差的乳腺癌亚型,由于以往缺乏明确的治疗靶点,近年来治疗进展缓慢。尤其是晚期三阴性乳腺癌的治疗,由于治疗手段相对有限,有待进一步优化治疗建议。因此,在中国抗癌协会乳腺癌专业委员会、中国抗癌协会国际医疗交流分会和中国医师协会肿瘤医师分会乳腺癌学组的倡导下,中国乳腺癌各学科诊疗专家组结合国内外最新研究证据、治疗理念和经验,制定了中国晚期三阴性乳腺癌临床诊疗指南(2024版),旨在优化中国晚期三阴性乳腺癌精准治疗决策。

我国人口老龄化趋势严峻,老年相关疾病的健康管理系统面临重大挑战。ω-3脂肪酸具有降脂、抗炎、动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的一级和二级预防等多种作用,在老年医学领域日益得到重视。为进一步规范ω-3脂肪酸药物在老年病临床中的应用,由中华医学会老年医学分会发起,基于现有的医学证据,结合我国老年医学的实际情况,围绕ω-3脂肪酸药物在心血管疾病、慢性肾脏病、神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肌少症、衰弱、骨质疏松、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病中的应用,形成了12条推荐意见,旨在为老年病的临床决策提供指导。

Diabetes has become a global concern at present,among which type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)accounts for approximately 90%-95%of patients.T2DM is a type of metabolic disorder syndrome that results from a genetic defect,and it is based on insulin resistance and an insulin secretion *** occurrence of T2DM is usually the outcome of both genetic and environmental factors and their *** etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes have not been fully elucidated,and no radical therapeutic cure has been *** with T2DM suffer from complications such as the development of a chronic hyperglycemic condition and even serious metabolic disorders and organ damage in the body and depression and dementia,in addition to other chronic *** studies have suggested that diet is crucial in the development of diabetes and the control of blood *** substances have the characteristics of low toxicity and few side effects and may be key to the development of diabetic health products and preventive *** paper reviews the etiology,pathogenesis,risks,treatments and diets related to T2DM to summarize the types of recently available natural products,from both local and foreign sources,for lowering blood glucose at home and their application in supplementary hypoglycemic *** key findings and conclusions suggest that there are various known T2DM-inducing factors,including genetic and environmental factors and three types of hybrid factors.

The paper discusses a class of generalized multiprocessor scheduling problems which is to arrange some independent jobs on almost identical processors. Different from the classical multiprocessor scheduling, each job may only be processed by some processors, not all. In this paper, we first prove that the problems of minimization makespan and minimization total weighted completion time can be solved by the polynomial algorithms if all processing time are unit time. Then for arbitrary processing time, we try to analyze the worst performance of list schedule (LS) method and longest processing time(LPT) method when there are only two machines involved. We show that the bounds for LS and LPT are exactly two.
