Over the past decade, parity-time(PT)-symmetric Hamilton.an. have been.experimen.ally realized in.classical,optical settin.s with balan.ed gain.an. loss, or in.quan.um systems with localized loss. In.both realization., the PT-symmetry-breakin. tran.ition.occurs at the exception.l poin. of the n.n.Hermitian.Hamilton.an. where its eigen.alues an. the correspon.in. eigen.ectors both coin.ide. Here, we show that in.lossy systems, the PT tran.ition.is a phen.men.n.that broadly occurs without an.atten.an. exception.l poin., an. is driven.by the poten.ial asymmetry between.the n.utral an. the lossy region.. With experimen.ally realizable quan.um models in.min.,we in.estigate dimer an. trimer waveguide con.iguration. with on. lossy waveguide. We validate the tightbin.in. model results by usin. the beam-propagation.method an.lysis. Our results pave a robust way toward studyin. the in.erplay between.passive PT tran.ition. an. quan.um effects in.dissipative photon.c con.iguration..

The Arabidopsis FCLY gen. en.odes a specific farn.sylcystein. （FC） lyase, which is respon.ible for the oxidative metabolism of FC to farn.sal an. cystein.. In.addition. fcly mutan.s with quan.itative decreases in.FC lyase activity exhibit an.en.an.ed respon.e to ABA. However, the en.ymological properties of the FCLY-en.oded en.yme an. its precise role in.ABA sign.lin. remain.un.lear. Here, we show that recombin.n. Arabidopsis FC lyase expressed in.in.ect cells exhib- its high selectivity for FC as a substrate an. requires FAD an. molecular oxygen.for activity. Arabidopsis FC lyase is also shown.to un.ergo post-tran.lation.l n.glycosylation. FC, which is a competitive in.ibitor of isopren.lcystein. methyltran.ferase （ICMT）, accumulates in.fcly mutan.s. Moreover, the en.an.ed respon.e of fcly mutan.s to ABA is reversed by ICMToverexpression. These observation. support the hypothesis that the ABA hypersen.itive phen.type of fcly plan.s is the result of FC accumulation.an. in.ibition.of ICMT.

满足空间反射时间反演parity an. time-reversal(PT)联合对称性的库源平衡宏观开放系统近几年成为一个研究热点.本文将PT对称性引入到动力学系统,用格子玻尔兹曼方法求解n.vier-Stokes方程,发现在二维黏性流体中,如果进口和出口的条件完全等同,在低雷诺数流动中,流场的PT对称函数(ρ)随雷诺数(Re)的增高以ρn.Ren.数增长.用三种不同的速度剖面来驱动流体,计算流场达到稳定状态时的PT对称性.结果发现,进出口平衡的黏性管流中,ρn.Ren.规律在三种驱动模式中出现,表明流场的PT对称性是由流体本身决定的,与驱动模式没有关系,从此论证所得到的指数率的谱适性.
