The phragmoplast,a structure crucial for the completion of cytokinesis in plant cells,is composed of antiparallel microtubules(MTs)and actin filaments(AFs).However,how the parallel structure of phragmoplast MTs and AFs is maintained,especially during centrifugal phragmoplast expansion,remains ***,we analyzed a new Arabidopsis thaliana MT and AF crosslinking protein(AtMAC).When AtMAC was deleted,the phragmoplast showed disintegrity during centrifugal expansion,and the resulting phragmoplast fragmentation led to incomplete cell *** of AtMAC increased the resistance of phragmoplasts to depolymerization and caused the formation of additional phragmoplasts during *** experiments showed that AtMAC crosslinked MTs and AFs in vitro,and the truncated AtMAC protein,N-CC1,was the key domain controlling the ability of *** analysis showed that N-CC1(51–154)is the key domain for binding MTs,and N-CC1(51–125)for binding *** conclusion,AtMAC is the novel MT and AF crosslinking protein found to be involved in regulation of phragmoplast organization during centrifugal phragmoplast expansion,which is required for complete cytokinesis.

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

Electrosynthesis of hydrogen peroxide(H2O_(2)),as a sustainable alternative to the anthraquinone oxidation method,provides the feasibility of directly generating H_(2)O_(2).Here,we report Cu-doped TiO_(2) as an efficient electrocatalyst which exhibits the excellent two-electron oxygen reduction reaction(2e-ORR)performance with respect to the pristine TiO_(2).The Cu doping results in the distortion of TiO_(2) lattice and further forms a large number of oxygen vacancies and Ti^(3+).Such Cu-doped TiO_(2) exhibits a positive onset potential about 0.79 V and high H_(2)O_(2) selectivity about 91.2%.moreover,it also shows a larger H_(2)O_(2) yield and good *** functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that Cu dopant not only improves the electrical conductivity of pristine TiO_(2) but reduces the*OOH adsorption energy of active sites,which is beneficial to promote subsequently 2e-ORR process.

mo ions are implanted into aluminium with a high ion flux and high dose at elevated temperatures of 300℃,400℃and 500℃.X-ray diffraction spectra show that the Al12mo phases are *** backscattering spectroscopy indicates that a profile of mo appears in Al around the depth of 550nm and with an atomic concentration of~7%,when mo is implanted to the dose of 3×10^(17)/cm^(2) with an ion flux of 45μA/cm^(2)(400℃).If the dose increases to 1×10^(18)/cm^(2) at the same ion flux,the penetration of mo ions in Al can reach a depth of 2μm,which is greater than the ion project range Rp(52.5nm).The results show that anomalous diffusion takes *** to the intense atom collision cascades,the diffusion coefficient increases greatly with the increase of the ion flux and *** mo diffusion coefficients in Al are *** mo retained dose in A1 increases obviously with the increase of the ion flux.

A new solar telescope system is described, which has been operating at Huairou Solar Observing Station （HSOS）, National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences （CAS）, since the end of 2005. This instrument, the Solar Magnetism and Activity Telescope （SMAT）, comprises two telescopes which respectively make measurements of full solar disk vector magnetic field and Ha observation. The core of the full solar disk video vector magnetograph is a birefringent filter with 0.1A bandpass, installed in the tele-centric optical system of the telescope. We present some preliminary observational results of the full solar disk vector magnetograms and Ha filtergrams obtained with this telescope system.

目的：探讨髁突矢状骨折继发创伤性颞下颌关节强直的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析2001-2010年武汉大学口腔医院口腔颌面外科收治的31例、48侧继发于髁突矢状骨折的颞下颌关节强直患者的相关临床资料。结果：31例颞下颌关节强直患者平均外伤年龄15.6岁,其中23例（74.2%）外伤年龄小于16岁。病程3月-20年,平均病程6.5年。42侧强直关节的关节盘发生移位,6侧强直关节的关节盘完全破坏。强直关节标本镜下观察：内侧髁突骨折块发生废用萎缩性改变,外侧骨球区见软骨细胞呈灶性增生成骨,关节盘纤维结构紊乱、玻璃样变性。结论：青少年髁突矢状骨折易发生颞下颌关节强直,关节盘的移位损伤是颞下颌关节强直发生的重要条件。创伤性颞下颌关节强直首先发生在关节外侧,融合骨赘的组织病理学表现为软骨化生、成骨。

建筑抗震鉴定经常遇到因结构的施工质量、档案等资料缺损而需要获取各项参数以及超过鉴定规范适用限值以及加固效果的评价等具体问题。本文通过对某办公楼的抗震鉴定实践,利用对墙体抗震承载力复核,对比计算验证鉴定标准推荐的两种方法,与现行设计规范计算结果进行了对比,分析了设计基准期对抗震鉴定结果的影响。同时,在抗震鉴定基础上对办公楼进行了抗震加固设计,并对加固前后楼层综合抗震能力指数进行了对比,判定了加固设计的合理性。
