Acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 is a hopeful therapeutic target to ovarian cancer. In this present work, 3D-QSAR, molecular docking and molecular dynamics(MD) simulations were implemented on a series of quinoline-based ALDH1A1 inhibitors to investigate novel acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 inhibitors as anticancer adjuvant drugs for ovarian cancer. Two reliable CoMFA(Q^(2) = 0.583, R^(2) = 0.967) and CoMSIA(Q^(2) = 0.640, R^(2) = 0.977) models of ALDH1A1 inhibitors were established. Novel ALDH1A1 inhibitors were predicted by the 3D-QSAR models. Molecular docking reveals important residues for protein-compound interactions, and the results revealed ALDH1A1 inhibitors had stronger electrostatic interaction and binding affinity with key residues of protein, such as Phe171, Val174 and Cys303. Molecular dynamics simulations further verified the results of molecular docking. The above information provided significant guidance for the design of novel ALDH1A1 inhibitors.

The early warning and monitoring of gale disasters are very important for the safety of people’s lives and properties. Triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs) are popular for wind speed sensors due to their self-powered property. However, a TENG cannot easily work at low wind speeds due to the limitation of the high frictional resistance structure. In this paper, a TENG-based breezeactivated wind speed sensor(BAWS) with an ultra-low frictional resistance is proposed. The key drive unit of the BAWS is a Savonius-like vertical axis wind turbine, which is fabricated by arrayed airfoil profile blades with excellent flow field characteristics. Here a wind turbine plays dual roles in driving the electromagnetic generator below it to supply energy and lead the TENG above it to sense the wind force. Compared to a classical turbine with a wind cup, the designed turbine has a low resistance torque. The synergistic effect of the drive unit with low-resistance and triboelectric materials with low viscosity allows the BAWS to be activated even at a wind speed of 2.9 m/s. The sensitivities of the voltage frequency and current amplitude of the TENG are used to reflect the electrical property of the BAWS. The measured values are 0.291 Hz/(m·s-1) and 0.221 μA/(m·s-1),which reflects the good sensitivity of the BAWS. Moreover, the linearity of the BAWS reaches up to 0.991, which shows an accurate output for the wind speed. In addition, the device is equipped with a combined electromagnetic-solar unit as the sole power source to meet the sensor’s all-weather operation requirements. This work expands the application prospects of selfpowered sensing technology in the field of disaster warning.

最小一乘法是一个既古典又新颖的方法,随着最小一乘解的实现问题近年来有大的突破,一些最小二乘法所不具有的优良特性,如直观性、稳健性、零误差性、可预测性、广义性等逐渐显现。最小一乘逼近是最小绝对值误差极小化的逼近,也称为"极小极小"逼近,由于极小极小逼近的最佳结果一定是零,所以零误差原理是最小一乘法的基本原理。最小一乘解是通过"代表式"的数据处理方式来实现的,由于排除了大误差数据的干扰,使最小一乘法具有较好的稳健性。而代表数据可按不同的应用而选择并确定,使应用具有了广泛性。对于预测而言,将端点数据设定为零误差数据,使数据的权重不再相等,而是往端点方向倾斜,端点数据具有最大的权重,且建立在无误差的基点上,这使得预测理论与模式变得合理,使预测的准确性得到保证。文中通过3个工程实例,介绍了最小一乘法在探索岩石或软土地基在沉降过程中的应用,其结果与最小二乘法的进行了比较,通过分析后给出如下主要结论:(1)最小一乘法的数据处理稳定性较好,波动幅度较小,预测结果较准;(2)一般不会出现最小二乘法数据处理中的矛盾及不合理的现象;(3)虽然时间t→∞的极限下沉量具有不可验证性,但最小一乘法的预测是建立在无误差的基点上,比最小二乘法的预测建立在有误差的基点上合理,加上有较好的稳健性,其结果更具参考性。

目的考察不同材质滤膜对滴眼液中苯扎氯铵含量的影响。方法采用材质为聚醚砜(PES)、聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)的滤膜过滤滴眼液后,收集滤液,建立高效液相色谱法测定过滤后苯扎氯铵的含量,并对过滤后的滴眼液进行抑菌效力检查。结果 PVDF和PES膜材过滤前、后的滴眼液中苯扎氯铵含量无明显变化,且过滤后滴眼液的抑菌效力均符合《中国药典》的“A”标准。结论 PVDF和PES过滤膜材对滴眼液中苯扎氯铵的含量没有影响,即对苯扎氯铵没有吸附作用,此研究为滴眼液的生产提供了过滤膜的选择。

Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of the dysfunction of CD4+ T cells in the disease process of chronic cardiac failure (CHF).Methods:According to different group technologies, 100 CHF patients were divided into the following groups: ischemia group and non-ischemia group, heart function Ⅰ-Ⅱ group and heart function Ⅲ-Ⅳ group, event group and non-event group, and 50 healthy volunteers were included in the control group. Realtime PCR was used to detect transcription factors T-bet and GATA-3 of Th1 and Th2; flow cytometry was applied to determine the ratio of Th17 and Treg cells; ELISA was employed to test cytokines IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17 and IL-10 of peripheral blood Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg cells, respectively; ultrasonic cardiogram was used to exploit to LVEF and LVEDd; and electrochemilu minescene immunoassay was used to examine plasma BNP. The differences of all indexes of all groups were analyzed and the correlation between CD4 T cells and clinical indexes was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results: As compared to the control group, the transcription factors T-bet and GATA-3 of Th1 and Th2, the ratio of cytokines Th17 and IFN-γ, cytokines IL-17, T-bet/GATA-3, IFN-γ/IL-4, Th17 cells/Treg cells, IL-17/IL-10 of the ischemia group and non-ischemia group, heart functionⅠ-Ⅱgroup and heart function Ⅲ-Ⅳ group, event group and non-event group were all increased significantly, while their transcription factor GATA-3 of Th2, cytokines IL4, Treg cells ratio, cytokines IL10 were decreased obviously. The differences showed statistical significance (P < 0.05). The increase or decrease of the partial CD4+ T cells of the ischemia group, heart function Ⅲ-Ⅳ group and event group was more distinctly. The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that IFN-γ and IL-17 were significantly positively correlated with LVEDd and BNP, IL-4 and IL-10 were also significantly positively correlated with LVEF, but correlated negatively with BNP, and IL-17 was negatively corr

（90-x）TeO2-xZnO-lOBi203 （x = 15, 17.5, 20 and 22.5, in mol%） and 70TeOz-2OZnO-（10-y）Bi2O3-y Na2O （y = 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10, in mol%） glasses, and the corresponding Ag paste were prepared in order to prove that the Te-based glass frit could be applied to Ag pastes to fabricate Ag electrode. The relationship between structure and properties of the glasses was analyzed. The effects of glass frit on the microstructure, adhesion force, and resistivity of the Ag electrode were studied. The microstructure of Ag electrodes and the phase analysis of interface between Ag electrodes and the Si wafer were investigated using SEM and XRD. Finally, the 70TeO2-20ZnO-5Bi2O3-5Na2O glass showed better performance in the paste. What is more, Ag crystallites could be found on the Si wafer. These results suggested that the Te-based glass frit could react with SiNx anti-reflecting coating and Si to serve as a medium for forming Ag crystallites.
