The velocity interferometer system for any reflector(VISAR) coupled with a streaked optical pyrometer(SOP) system is used as a diagnostic tool in inertial confinement fusion(ICF) experiments involving equations of state and shock *** validate the process of adiabatically compressing the fuel shell through precise tuning of shocks in experimental campaigns for the double-cone ignition(DCI) scheme of ICF, a compact line-imaging VISAR with an SOP system is designed and implemented at the Shenguang-II upgrade laser facility. The temporal and spatial resolutions of the system are better than 30 ps and 7 μm, respectively. An illumination lens is used to adjust the lighting spot size matching with the target size. A polarization beam splitter and λ/4 waveplate are used to increase the transmission efficiency of our system. The VISAR and SOP work at 660 and 450 nm, respectively, to differentiate the signals from the scattered lights of the drive lasers. The VISAR can measure the shock velocity. At the same time, the SOP system can give the shock timing and relative strength. This system has been used in different DCI campaigns, where the generation and propagation processes of multi-shock are carefully diagnosed.

目的:观察附子理中汤联合足三里穴位注射配合循经热熨法对腹腔镜胃癌术后(脾胃虚寒证)患者胃肠激素、炎症反应、营养参数和血清微管解聚蛋白(Stathmin)、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-3α(MIP-3α)的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至2023年3月该院收治的胃癌患者126例,分组方式为随机数字表法。对照组42例患者(脱落2例,最终纳入40例)给予常规西医治疗,观察1组42例患者(脱落3例,最终纳入39例)在对照组的基础上给予足三里穴位注射配合循经热熨法治疗,观察2组42例患者(脱落2例,最终纳入40例)在观察1组的基础上给予附子理中汤治疗。比较三组患者的临床疗效,记录肛门首次排气时间、首次经口进食时间和首次排便时间;术后1、15 d测定三组患者营养参数(血清血红蛋白、转铁蛋白和白蛋白),检测炎症反应指标[血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)]、胃肠激素指标[胃泌素17(G-17)、胃动素(MTL)]及MIP-3α、Stathmin水平。结果:观察1组、观察2组患者的总有效率分别为94.87%(37/39)、97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察2组患者肛门首次排气时间、首次经口进食时间和首次排便时间短于对照组、观察1组,且观察1组患者短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后15 d,观察2组患者转铁蛋白、血红蛋白和白蛋白水平高于对照组、观察1组,且观察1组患者高于对照组;观察2组患者HO-1、HIF-1α和IL-6水平低于对照组、观察1组,且观察1组患者低于对照组;观察2组患者G-17、MTL水平高于对照组、观察1组,且观察1组患者高于对照组;观察2组患者Stathmin、MIP-3α水平低于对照组、观察1组,且观察1组患者低于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:附子理中汤联合足三里穴位注射配合循经热熨法治疗腹腔镜胃癌术后患者,可减少炎症反应,调节胃肠激素和营养参数,降低Stathmin、MIP-3α水平,促进疾病康复,提高临床疗效。

目的观察穴位注射足三里穴联合腹部穴位贴敷治疗腹腔镜术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效及对患者胃肠黏膜损伤修复作用和创伤应激、胃泌素调节及血清生长素释放肽(Ghrelin)和胃动素(motilin,MTL)的影响。方法将128例腹腔镜术后胃肠功能紊乱患者按随机数字表法分为联合组和西医组,每组64例。西医组予西医常规治疗,联合组在西医常规治疗基础上予穴位注射足三里穴联合腹部穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间和临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清MTL、Ghrelin、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、二胺氧化酶(diamine oxidase,DAO)、D-乳酸(D-lactic acid,D-LA)、瓜氨酸、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、醛固酮和皮质醇水平的变化。结果联合组总有效率为96.9%,高于西医组的84.4%(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间均较西医组短(P<0.05);联合组治疗后中医证候积分中疲乏无力、食欲不振、脘腹痞满、食物后痞满加重、大便溏稀和恶心呕吐的评分较西医组降低(P<0.05);联合组治疗后血清TNF-α、醛固酮、皮质醇、DAO、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ和D-LA水平低于西医组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后血清MTL、Ghrelin、GAS和瓜氨酸水平高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上,穴位注射足三里穴联合腹部穴位贴敷治疗腹腔镜术后胃肠功能紊乱可减少患者创伤应激反应,改善胃动力,促进胃肠黏膜损伤修复,缓解患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Understanding the rapid spread of antimicrobial resistance genes mediated by IS26

Insertion sequences(ISs)promote the transmission of antimicrobial resistance genes(ARGs)across bacterial ***,their contributions and dynamics during the transmission of resistance remain *** this study,we selected is26 as a representative transposable element to decipher the relationship between ISs and ARGs and to investigate their transfer features and transmission *** retrieved 2656 translocatable IS26-bounded units with ARGs(tiS26-bUs-ARGs)in complete bacterial genomes from the NCBI RefSeq *** total,124 ARGs spanning 12 classes of antibiotics were detected,and the average contribution rate of IS26 to these genes was 41.2%.We found that IS26-bounded units(IS26-bUs)mediated extensive ARG dissemination within the bacteria of the Gammaproteobacteria class,showing strong transfer po-tential between strains,species,and even *** Is26-bUs expanded in bacterial populations over time,and their temporal expansion trend was significantly correlated with antibiotic *** wide dissemination could be due to the nonspecific target site preference of ***,we experimentally confirmed that the introduction of a single copy of is26 could lead to the formation of a composite transposon mediating the transmission of“passenger”*** observations extend our knowledge of the IS26 and provide new insights into the mediating role of ISs in the dissemination of antibiotic resistance.

Physical parameter estimation with MCMC from observations of Vela X-1

We present a parameter estimate for continua, and He-like triplets of the high resolution X-ray spectra with a Bayesian inference and a Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) tool. The method is applied for Vela X-1 with three different orbital phases(φ), Eclipse, φ = 0.25, and φ = 0.5, which are adopted from the Chandra High-Energy Transmission Grating Spectrometer(HETGS). A parameterized two-component power-law model [Sako et al., Astrophys. J. 525, 921(1999)] and a multi-Gaussian model are applied to model these continua and He-like triplets, respectively. A uniform distribution over each parameter is used as the prior belief. Posterior probability distribution functions of parameters and the covariances among them are explored by using the MCMC method. The main advantages are(i) all model-based parameters are set to be free instead of artificially fixing some of the parameters during the data-model fitting;(ii) the contributions from satellite lines are considered;(iii) backgrounds are treated as a correction to the observation errors;and(iv) the confidence interval of each parameter is given. The fitted results show that the column density of scatter component(N_H^(scat)) varies from phase to phase, which imply a non-spherical structure of the stellar wind in Vela ***, the wind velocities derived from main lines of each set of He-like triplets show better self-consistency than those in previous publications, which could provide a reliable approach for the diagnostics of photoionized plasma in astrophysical objects and the laboratory.

Effects of basic fibroblast growth factor on angiogenin expression and cell proliferation in H7402 human hepatoma cells

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cancers worldwide. Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), which is highly expressed in developing tissues and malignant cells, regulates cell growth, differentiation, and migration. Its expression is essential for the progression and metastasis of HCC. This study aims to investigate the effects of bFGF on the expression of angiogenin, another growth factor, which plays an important role in tumor angiogenesis, and on cell proliferation in H7402 human hepatoma cells. The bFGF sense cDNA or antisense cDNA was stably transfected into H7402 cells. Genomic DNA PCR analysis demonstrated that human bFGF sense cDNA or antisense cDNA was inserted into the genome. Furthermore, the expression of bFGF and angiogenin was examined by RT-PCR and Western blot assays. MTT and colony formation assays were employed to determine cell proliferation. Stable bFGF over-expressing and under-expressing transfectants were successfully established. Expression of angiogenin was decreased in the over-expressing bFGF cells (sense transfectants) and was increased in the under-expressing bFGF cells (antisense transfectants). Cell proliferation increased in the bFGF sense transfectants and decreased in the bFGF antisense transfectants. These results demonstrated that the endogenous bFGF may not only negatively regulate the angiogenin expression but also contribute to the overall cell proliferation in H7402 human hepatoma cells. This study may be helpful in finding a potential therapeutic approach to HCC.

Reservoir and development characteristics of the Da'anzhai tight oil in Sichuan Basin,SW China
