The metastable phase equilibria of the Li＋, Mg2＋//SO42-, borate-H2O system at 273.15 K were studied using isothermal evaporation method. The dry-salt phase diagram, water-phase diagram and the physicochemical property diagrams of the system were plotted with the metastable solubility values and physicochemical properties corresponding to density, refractive index, pH value and conductivity. The dry-salt diagram was composed of four crys- tallizing zones[lithium sulfate hydrate（Li2SO4·H2O）, epsomite（MgSO4·7H2O）, lithium metaborate octahy- drate（LiBO2.8H2O）, and hungchaoite（MgB4O7·9H2O）], five univariant curves and two invariant points （Li2SO4·H2O＋MgSO4·7H2O＋MgB4O7·9H2O and Li2SO4·H2O＋LiBO2-8H2O＋MgB4O7·9H20）. Li2B4O7 converted in- to LiBO2 in solution. Comparing the metastable phase diagram at 273.15 K and stable phase diagram at 298.15 K for the system, the crystallized area of Li2SO4·H2O and MgSO4·7H2O became large, whereas, the other phase regions became small. The J（H2O） changes regularly with increasing J（SO42-）, and the physicochemical properties change regularly with the concentration of B4O72- increasing.

One single crystal based on Th4＋ and cucurbit[6]uril （CB6） in nitric acid aqueous solutions was synthesized by slow evaporation method. The single crystal was characterized by elemental analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction, XRD, FT-IR and TGA. The complexed cation of Th4＋ is a ten coordinated structure, in which the central thorium ion is coordinated by six monodentate water molecules and two bidentate nitrates. While CB6, as a second-sphere ligand, coordinates with the water molecules of [Th （NO3）2（H2O）6]2＋ through the formation of hydrogen bonding. Two other nitrate ions act as the counter anions. Besides, there are two free water molecules in the crystal system. The formation of the Th4＋-CB6 complex can contribute to the study of the coordination of CB6 and the extraction of Th4＋ in HN03 system

In order to predict long-term flooding under extreme weather conditions in central Asia, an energy balance-based distributed snowmelt runoff model was developed and coupled with the Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT) model. The model was tested at the Juntanghu watershed on the northern slope of the Tian Shan Mountains, Xinjiang,China. We compared the performances of temperature-index method and energy balanced method in SWAT model by taking Juntanghu river basin as an application example(as the simulation experiment was conducted in Juntanghu River, we call the energy balanced method as SWAT-JTH). The results suggest that the SWAT snowmelt model had overall Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency(NSE) coefficients ranging from 0.61 to 0.85 while the physical based approach had NSE coefficients ranging from 0.58 to0.69. Overall, on monthly scale, the SWAT model provides better results than that from the SWAT-JTH model. However, results generated from both methods seem to be fairly close at a daily scale. Thestructure of the temperature-index method is simple and produces reasonable simulation results if the parameters are well within empirical ranges. Although the data requirement for the energy balance method in current observation is difficult to meet and the existence of uncertainty is associated with the experimental approaches of physical processes, the SWAT-JTH model still produced a reasonably high NSE. We conclude that using temperature-index methods to simulate the snowmelt process is sufficient, but the energy balance-based model is still a good choice to simulate extreme weather conditions especially when the required data input for the model is acquired.

Now increasing chemical modifications are discovered on genomic DNA and RNA. Up to date, more than150 chemical modifications are identified in nucleic acids. These chemical modifications do not change the sequence of DNA and RNA, but alter their structures and biochemical properties, and eventually control or regulate the spatial and temporal expression of genes. Elucidation of the functional roles of these modifications is vital to our understanding of living organisms. However, the modifications in DNA and RNA generally have extremely low abundance in vivo. Therefore, sensitive and specific detection methods are essential to decipher the functional roles of these modifications. Chemical derivatization in combination with mass spectrometry(MS) analysis has been proved to be a promising strategy to efficiently analyze these modifications in DNA and RNA. In the last several years, many chemical derivatization-MS-based analytical methods were established for the sensitive and effective analysis of nucleic acid modifications. In this review, we summarize the recent advances for deciphering modifications in DNA and RNA by chemical derivatization-MS analysis. We hope this review can stimulate the future studies of DNA and RNA modifications.

Circularly polarized luminescence （CPL） materials have been extensively studied in recent years owing to their widespread applications in 3D display,optical storage,optical anti-counterfeiting,and biological imaging,***（I） clusters have emerged as a promising candidate for CPL materials,driven by their cost-effectiveness,superior luminescent properties,precise structure,and low ***,the poor environmental stability of copper（I） clusters renders their synthesis and preservation challenging,thereby significantly impeding their ***,we have designed and synthesised a chiral double-coordinated ligand in order to construct copper（I） cluster nodes that can be further *** anticipated,by utilizing stepwise assembly strategy,a Cu4cluster node co-modified by chiral alkynyl ligands and triphenylphosphine was further assembled with Cd2+ions to obtain 2D layers structure,L/*** L/D-Cu4-Cd exhibits excellent stability and optical properties,including bright yellow emission,solvent-responsive luminescence,and CPL activity with a maximum glumup to 2.0×10-3,which shows potential applications in the WLED and *** interestingly,the material also exhibits deflection ability towards different wavelengths of linearly polarized light,showing certain potential in the preparation of circular polarizer.

The formation of C–C bonds is a crucial aspect of organic synthesis. Synthesists' long-term objective is to identify novel catalysts to optimize reaction systems based on traditional transition metal catalysis. This study explores the synthesis and catalytic potential of palladium-installed covalent metal-organic frameworks(CMOFs) based on copper cyclic trinuclear units(Cu-CTUs). By incorporating palladium ions into the imine-based framework JNM-7 through a straightforward immersion method, we achieved a notable enhancement in catalytic activity for critical C–C coupling reactions, including C–H arylation and Sonogashira cross-coupling. The resulting JNM-7-Pd demonstrated remarkable stability and recyclability, maintaining its efficiency over at least three cycles without any decline in efficiency.

BACKGROUND Radical surgery is a common treatment for patients with gastric cancer;however,it can lead to postoperative complications and intestinal barrier ***-guided quadratus lumborum block is often used for postoperative analgesia,but its effects on stress response and intestinal barrier function are not well *** To investigate the effects of an ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block on stress response and intestinal barrier function in patients undergoing radical surgery for gastric *** A total of 100 patients undergoing radical surgery for gastric cancer were randomly categorized into observation and control *** adrenaline and cortisol levels,intestinal mucosal barrier indexes,and complication rates were compared between the two groups before,during,and 1 day after *** The observation group had significantly lower plasma adrenaline and cortisol levels during surgery and at 1 day postoperatively than that of the control group(Py,intestinal barrier indexes(endotoxin and D-dimer)at 1 day postoperatively were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(Png radical surgery for gastric *** technique has the potential for clinical applications.
