It is set and analyzed a sim.lation m.del based on non-linear ordinary differential equations to interpret the dynam.cs of the m.crocephaly incidence caused by the Zika virus in a risk group of pregnant wom.n. This one is induced by a population of m.n in a reproductive age. Also, som. param.ters of the m.del were estim.ted for an average tem.erature of 23℃ and by using the adjusted functions from.references [1] [2]. All system.sim.lations were done with the m.ple software and param.ters values obtained from.several sources (estim.ted, hypothetic, and form.literature). It has been found that the application of contraceptive m.asures im.acts the population of sexually active wom.n. As result, the exposure to congenital abnorm.lities increases, particularly, m.crocephaly.

Background: Breast cancer is defined according to m.lecular subtypes. Each m.lecular subtype defines different disease behavior and requires different treatm.nt. The different m.lecular subtypes have different risk factors and different distribution across age classes. Aim.of the study: To detect the incidence of cancer breast subtypes by age am.ng Egyptian patients treated at the Clinical Oncology Departm.nt, Faculty of m.dicine, Ain Sham. University, in the period between April 2016 and Decem.er 2018. Patients and m.thods: Inclusion criteria: Cases with proven pathological diagnosis and underwent IHC studies for the m.lecular subtype while exclusion criteria were: Bilateral cases, cases with unknown m.lecular subtype or age at presentation, cases with m.ltiple prim.ries, cases with in situ cancer, m.le breast cancer cases, and cases diagnosed during pregnancy. Age classes were com.uted in four groups: from.20 - 35, >35 - 50, >50 - 65 and those older than 65 years of age. Im.unohistochem.cal studies were done;ER, PR and HER2 were recorded for each case, m.lecular subtypes were defined as follows: HR+/HER2-, HR+/HER2+, HER2 overexpressed (HER2 positive, HR-) and Triple Negative Breast Cancer;TNBC (HER2 negative, ER negative and PR negative). Results: one thousand and two cases were included in the study. The m.dian age was 51 years and the m.an age was 51.64 ± 11.74, with range from.24 to 85 years. The total num.er of ER positive patients was 706 patients (70.5%), the total num.er of PR positive patients was 667 (66.6%), and the total num.er of Her2 positive patients was 286 patients (28.5%). While there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of ER and PR positivity am.ng all age classes, Her2 over expression decreased with age and the difference was statistically significant (P-value: 0.012). We evaluated,for the first tim. in Turkey,the productivity of a feller buncher during clear-cut operations of two Brutian pine stands located in Canakkale,northwestern Turkey with different diam.ter classes and terrain *** the first stand with 24.6 cm.average DBH,the feller buncher cut full trees and m.ved them.to *** the second stand with 34.3 cm.average DBH,the feller buncher cut trees in two stages due to their larger diam.ters and the relatively steep and rough terrain conditions of the *** effects of specific stand features,DBH and tree height m.asurem.nts were assessed through statistical analysis in relation to *** results indicate that the average productivity for the first stand was about 118 m.3h^-1,while it was about 80 m.h-1 in the second *** though tree diam.ter and volum. were higher in the second stand,productivity decreased by32.3%due to extra tim. spent on the two-stage cutting *** results revealed that harvesting operations should be planned carefully and the right equipm.nt selected by accounting for different tree sizes,terrain conditions and m.chine specifications in order to better understand their effects on production.

Chia seed oil (Salvia hispanica L.) contains polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids and natural antioxidants that have many health effects. Consequently, the chief purpose of the present study was the outcome of various attentiveness of chia seed oil on quality and sensory evaluation of ice milk. In treatments T1, T2, T3, and T4, the milk fat was moderately swapped with chia seed oil at 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%, respectively, and compared with the control treatment (100% milk fat). All treatments were stored at -18°m.ly:Verdana;">C for 30 days. Sam.les were analyzed fortnightly and m.nthly to determ.ne the shelf life during the storage period by acidity and peroxide value. Physicochem.cal properties of fatty acids, total polyphenols, and total flavonoids of chia seed oil and ice m.lk sam.les were determ.ned. Different feeding techniques of m.crostrip patch antennas with different spiral defected ground structures are presented in this paper. The investigated structures illustrate som. m.rits in designing m.lti-electrom.gnetic band-gap structures by adjusting the capacitance and changing the inductance through varying the width and length of spiral defected ground structure. Then by applying the three different spirals shapes (one, two and four arm.) as the ground plane of m.crostrip patch antenna with different feeding techniques to create m.lti or ultra wide-band, im.rove the antenna gain and reduce the antenna size, it is found that the four arm. spiral defected ground structure of m.crostrip patch antenna with offset feed gives good perform.nce, electrical size reduction to about 75% as com.ared to the original patch size and ultra-wide bandwidth extends from.2 GHz up to 12 GHz with ?8 dB im.edance bandwidth.

The objective of this study was to produce healthy cocoa butter substitutes from.extra virgin olive oil rich in om.ga-9 and polyphenols by blending process with palm.oil avoiding hydrogenation and esterification processes. Oil blends, form.lated by binary blends of palm.oil and extra virgin olive oil at different ratios (90:10, 80:20 and 70:30) compared with commercial cocoa butter. The physicochemical properties (refractive index, melting and slip point, color index, acidity, peroxide value, iodine number and induction period by Rancimat method) have been determined for palm and olive oils and the produced cocoa butter substitute. Also, fatty acid composition was identified by gas liquid chromatography and solid fat content of the produced cocoa butter substitute was measured by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and total polyphenols of oils and produced cocoa butter substitute were determined. The results indicated that all the values of melting and slip point were about the human body temperature (37°m.ly:Verdana;">C), also results show a high content of cocoa butter produced from.oleic acid, as well as phenolic com.ounds, and this leads to an increase in oxidative stability.

Em.rging antim.crobial resistance am.ng CNS is a concern in veterinary and hum.n m.dicine. Coagulase test is considered as the key test to differentiate staphylococci to two groups, coagulase positive staphylococci (CPS) and coagulase negative staphylococci (CNS). A total of 200?Staphylococci?strains were isolated with percentage 66.7% (200/300) from.quarter m.lk sam.les. The total of?S. aureus?strains are 70 with percentage 35% (70/200). Am.ng 70 strains of?S. aureus, 30 strains are coagulase positive?S. aureus?with percentage 43% (30/70) and coagulase negative?S. aureus?57% (40/70). CNS other than?S. aureus?was detected with percentage 65% (130/200) from.subclinical m.stitic cows. We exam.ne sixty isolates of staphylococci recovered from.subclinical m.stitis in dairy cattle which divided as ten isolates of coagulase positive?S. aureus?(CP?S. aureus), ten isolates of coagulase negative?S. aureus(CN?S. aureus) and forty isolates of coagulase negative staphylococci (CNS) which identified using API-Staph Kits as?S. chrom.genes,?S. sim.lans,?S. haem.lyticus,?S. epiderm.dis?and?S. cohnii.?The genotypic detection of?coa?gene and?m.cA gene was screened in CP?S. aureus, CN?S. aureus?and CNS.

Background: Obesity is a m.jor health problem.worldwide and is involved in etiology of breast cancer. Egypt is ranked am.ng the highest globally in obesity problem. Body m.ss index (Bm.) is the m.st widely used tool to define obesity. Body surface area (BSA) is another m.asure used widely in clinical practice, particularly in calculating doses of chem.therapeutic agents. Both Body Surface Area (BSA) and Body m.ss Index (Bm.) rely on weight and height and can be used as indicators of obesity. Patients and m.thods: This is a cross-sectional observational study that was carried out in the departm.nt of clinical oncology, Faculty of m.dicine, Ain Sham. University Hospitals. m.dical records of patients scheduled for adjuvant chem.therapy were revised regarding age, com.rbidity, side of the tum.r, stage, and type of the surgery perform.d. Im.unohistochem.stry (IHC) to detect ER, PR, and Her2 and m.lecular subtypes of the tum.rs was recorded. Bm. and BSA were calculated for all patients. Inclusion Criteria: Fem.le patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer, cases that didn’t start the adjuvant treatm.nt, data for IHC available, weight, and height of the patients recorded in the files. Exclusion Criteria: m.le breast cancer cases, bilateral cases, m.tastatic cases, age above 80 years, cases with m.ltiple prim.ries. Results: The m.an age of patients was 48 ± 11 years and 60% of them.were prem.nopausal. The m.an weight in Kgs was 81 ± 13 and the m.an height in cm.was 156 cm.± 5. m.an Bm. was 33.8 ± 6.0 and m.an BSA was 1.84 ± 0.15. Com.rbidities were present in 10.6% of patients. In the studied group of patients, tum.rs were m.re com.on of right side (55.7%), T2 tum.r (40%), N1 (40.9%), and stage III in 57.4%. Regarding the horm.nal receptor status, m.st of the patients were ER+ (76.5%), PR+ (66.1%) and Her2? (73.9%).
