Safety is regarded as the second basic need in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs(1943),and safety recognition and circumvention behaviour in the route-choice decision-making process should therefore be accommodated in network-traffic equilibrium analysis *** paper proposes a framework by which crash frequency,forecasted using the safety-analysis method or compiled from historical data for intersections,is used to measure the safety consciousness of *** are then classified into different groups according to their acceptable-risk thresholds,and each group has its own route-choice *** behaviour whereby drivers are willing to bear additional costs in order to circumvent travel risk is incorporated into the variational inequality model based on the user equilibrium in the perceived route-choice set(UE-PRCS),which is an extension of Wardrop’s first *** Frank–Wolfe algorithm,based on the convex combination method,is employed to obtain the solution.A small road network is used as a case study to illustrate the proposed framework,incorporating risk recognition and circumvention behaviour under different combinations of traffic demand and risk-sensitivity group *** results show that the standard user equilibrium is a special case of the UE-PRCS,but that the UE traffic state is more common than the UE-PRCS under different parameters.

Soil bacterial and fungal communities resilience to long-term nitrogen addition in subtropical forests in China

Atmospheric nitrogen(N)deposition is predicted to increase,especially in the ***,the responses of soil microorganisms to long-term N addition at the molecular level in N-rich subtropical forests have not been clarified.A long-term nutrient addition experiment was conducted in a subtropical evergreen old-growth forest in *** four treatments were:control,low N(50 kg N ha^(-1)a^(-1)),high N(100 kg N ha^(-1)a^(-1)),and combined N and phosphorus(P)(100 kg N ha^(-1)a^(-1)+50 kg P ha^(-1)a^(-1)).Metagenomic sequencing characterized diversity and composition of soil microbial communities and used to construct bacterial/fungal co-occurrence ***-treated soils were more acidic and had higher levels of dissolved organic carbon than *** were no significant differences in microbial diversity and community composition across *** addition of nutrients increased the abundance of copiotrophic bacteria and potentially beneficial microorganisms(e.g.,Gemmatimonadetes,Chaetomium,and Aureobasidium).Low N addition increased microbiome network *** rare fungi were identified as module hubs under nutrient addition,indicating that low abundance fungi were more sensitive to increased *** results indicate that the overall composition of microbial communities was stable but not static to long-term N *** findings provide new insights that can aid predictions of the response of soil microbial communities to long-term N addition.

In recent years,convolutional neural networks(CNNs)have been applied successfully in many ***,these deep neural models are still considered as“black box”for most *** of the fundamental issues underlying this problem is understanding which features are most influential in image recognition tasks and how CNNs process these *** is widely believed that CNN models combine low‐level features to form complex shapes until the object can be readily classified,however,several recent studies have argued that texture features are more important than other *** this paper,we assume that the importance of certain features varies depending on specific tasks,that is,specific tasks exhibit feature *** designed two classification tasks based on human intuition to train deep neural models to identify the anticipated *** designed experiments comprising many tasks to test these biases in the Res Net and Dense Net *** the results,we conclude that(1)the combined effect of certain features is typically far more influential than any single feature;(2)in different tasks,neural models can perform different biases,that is,we can design a specific task to make a neural model biased towards a specific anticipated feature.

Negative capacitance(NC)has the potential to enable low power microelectronics beyond the fundamental thermionic limit,and it has been theorized that the thermodynamically unstable NC of ferroelectrics can be stabilized by linear dielectric,making negative capacitance ferroelectric field effect transistors(NC-FeFET)***,the validity of NC as a physical concept for ferroelectrics remain contentious despite numerous theoretical and experimental investigations,and the intrinsic ferroelectric NC with suppressed polarization has not been demonstrated except locally at vortex *** NC-FeFET with subthreshold swing(SS)lower than 60 mV/dec limit has been reported,such device characteristics has not been directly connected to suppressed polarization at materials’level,and alternative mechanisms other than NC have also been *** we demonstrate stable sub-60 mV/dec SS with hysteresis free Isingle bondV in NC-FeFET based on SrTiO_(3)/Pb(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_(3)/SrTiO_(3) heterostructure,and observe its suppressed polarization at both macroscopic and microscopic *** intrinsic ferroelectric NC thus is experimentally confirmed and directly connected to NC-FeFET performance,and the mica-based device is also highly flexible and robust under cyclic bending as well as extended heating.

Cyanine is a meritorious fluorogenic core for the construction of fluorescent probes and its phototherapeutic potential has been enthusiastically explored as ***,the covalent conjugation of cyanine with other potent therapeutic agents not only boosts its therapeutic efficacy but also broadens its therapeutic ***,we summarize miscellaneous cyanine-therapeutic agent conjugates in cancer theranostics from literature published between 2014 and *** application scenarios of such theranostic cyanine conjugates covered common cancer therapeutic modalities,including chemotherapy,phototherapy and targeted ***,cyanine conjugates that serve as nanocarriers for drug delivery are introduced as *** an additional section,we analyze the potential of these conjugates for clinical ***,this review is aimed to stimulate research interest in exploring unattempted therapeutic agents and novel conjugation strategies and hopefully,accelerate clinical translation in this field.

Nitrogen-Doped Nanoporous Carbons through Direct Carbonization of a MetaI-Biomolecule Framework for Supercapacitor

Nitrogen-doped nanoporous carbons have been successfully synthesized by direct carbonization of a nitrogen- rich metal-biomolecule framework, zinc glutamate （Zn（HzO）（CsHyNO4）-H20）, as a template without any additional carbon or nitrogen sources. The surface area and pore size distribution of the resultant carbon materials were studied based on the carbonization temperature. These carbons exhibited high specific surface area （as high as 1619.2 m2og i for ZGC-1000）. Furthermore, ZGC-1000 also provided a large specific capacitance of 140.8 F·g^- 1 at a current density of 0.25 A·g^-1 when measured in a three-electrode system. It is believed that the presence of the nitro- gen-doped nanoporous carbons prepared from the metal-organic frameworks will further facilitate the exploration of such materials as supercapacitors.

The Pearl River Mouth Basin （PRMB） covers an area of approximately 20× 104 ***,oil-gas fields detected in this area thus far are highly concentrated and controlled predominantly by second-order structural belts,the seven largest of which aggregate proved oil reserves of 7.7× 108 m3,accounting for 86％ of the total discovered reserve in the *** second-order structures have one common phenomenon：oil is contained in all traps present in *** other words,they are all belt-wide petroliferous *** has identified eight types of second-order structural belts under two categories in the eastern *** petroliferous properties are subject to three typical constraints：petroliferous properties of subsags hosting these structural belts,locations of these belts in the petroleum system,and availability of traps prior to the hydrocarbon expulsion and *** formation and distribution of oil reservoirs in these belts are characterized by subsag-belt integration and ＂three-in-one＂.The former indicates that sags and the second-order structural belts within the supply range of the sags constitute the basic units of hydrocarbon accumulations and are therefore *** latter indicates that a belt-wide petroliferous second-order structural belt always contains three important elements：hydrocarbon richness,effective pathway and pre-existing traps.

The cationic polymerizations of 1,3-pentadiene initiated by AlCl3 inn-hexane at 30 degrees C have been carried out in the presence of various arenes, i.e., benzene, toluene, p-xylene, o-xylene, m-xylene and mesitylene. The presence of all these arenes have reduced in different degrees the formation of crosslinked products. Namely, the crosslinking reaction, a major side-reaction during the cationic polymerization of 1,3-pentadiene, has been suppressed by adding the aromatic compounds. The results showed that a chain transfer to arene took place and this transfer process hindered the generation of the crosslinked polymer. IR and H-1 NMR spectra have confirmed the existence of the corresponding aryl groups in the resulting polymers.
