hACEK organisms represent a rare but important group of causative pathogens in endocarditis. These bacteria have historically been associated with culture-negative endocarditis;however, modern laboratory techniques have made this less common. In this case, we present a 74-year-old man who presented with acute onset altered mentation, fever, and sepsis. he was ultimately found to have haemophilus influenzae meningitis, cerebral empyema, aortic valve endocarditis, psoas myositis, and L2 - L3 diskitis with osteomyelitis. Although hACEK organisms are commonly found in the oropharynx and upper respiratory tract in humans, our patient did not report recent preceding dental or ENT procedures. h. influenzae is responsible for approximately 0.16% of all cases of bacterial endocarditis, representing a very limited subset. Although generally considered low virulent pathogens, this case demonstrates the unusual extent of infection from a hACEK organism, h. influenzae, causing aortic valve endocarditis as well as atypical non-cardiac sequelae, including acute meningitis.

采用复杂多级方法研究并证实制备具有亚微米/纳米级内部结构的球形W-Cu复合微粉的可能性。首先,采用等离子体化学合成法制备具有核壳结构的W-Cu纳米粉末(W核及Cu壳)。然后,将W-Cu纳米粉末与蔗糖的水悬浮液进行喷雾干燥,形成25~63μm的微粒,收率为50%。最后,用热等离子体射流处理由纳米粉末组成的微粒,形成致密的球形W-Cu颗粒。成品粉末的球化度为90%~95%,体积密度为8.1 g/cm^(3),流动性约为12 s/50 g,杂质中O、C和h的含量(质量分数)分别为0.7%、0.02%~0.2%和0.03%~0.05%。

The recovery of yttrium is proposed by applying a solid-liquid extraction process using di-2-ethyl hexylphosphoric acid（d2EhPA） as extracting *** extracting agents were supported on a macro porous polymeric resin XAd-7（solid phase）.Yttrium ions extraction and discharge tests were performed,firstly from a synthetic aqueous solution of 100 mg/L Y（liquid phase） at 25℃ with *** effects of ph of aqueous solutions bearing yttrium,volume fraction of extracting agents and the solid/liquid（S/L）ratio on the yttrium recovery were *** most favorable conditions for yttrium ions extraction are;20 vol% d2EhPA functionalized resin,ph=1.5 and an S/L ratio of 10 mg/mL The discharge of yttrium ions was done under the same conditions of extraction stage,using a 2 mol/L [h2SO4] as stripping *** to 80% yttrium is extracted,while 75% yttrium is recovered in the striping *** all experiments,the reaction equilibrium is reached after 20 min,and the kinetics for the extraction stage was determined as a second-order ***,experiments were carried out to discharge the yttriumloaded resins,and it has been determined that the best ph value to strip the Y ions is *** tests of extraction and discharge for yttrium ions show that the functionalized resin can work at least five cycles without decreasing its ***,the proposed process was tested in a real solution with Y ions fro m a waste fluorescent la mp powder leached in h2SO4,demonstrating the ability to effectively recover yttrium,separating it from various metals from the studied residue.

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2 in ultra-high energy(UhE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive OB association(Cygnus OB2)and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UhEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.

相比传统同步机主导的电力系统,由并网逆变器所主导的新能源并网发电系统动态特性发生了根本性变化。近年,国内外报道了多次新能源并网发电系统振荡事件,振荡现象具有宽频域特征,动态行为具有非线性、时变性和复杂性。并网逆变器的端口阻抗无源性是保证并网发电系统稳定的充分条件,适用于复杂电网下的稳定性优化。文中针对跟网型和构网型逆变器,分别从控制器优化设计、串并联虚拟阻抗和其他无源化方法这三个方面,对两类逆变器的中高频阻抗无源化改善方法进行了总结和梳理,最后探讨了当前研究的不足与现存的挑战。

The superplastic behavior and associated deformation mechanisms of a fine-grained Mg-10.1 Li-0.8Al-0.6Zn alloy(LAZ1011)with a grain size of 3.2μm,primarily composed of the BCCβphase and a small amount of the hCPαphase,were examined in a temperature range of 473 K to 623 *** microstructural refinement of this alloy was achieved by employing high-ratio differential speed *** best superplasticity was achieved at 523 K and at strain rates of 10^(-4)-5×10^(-4)s^(-1),where tensile elongations of 550±600%were *** the heating and holding stage of the tensile samples prior to tensile loading,a significant increase in grain size was observed at temperatures above 573 ***,it was important to consider this effect when analyzing and understanding the superplastic deformation behavior and *** the investigated strain rate range,the superplastic flow at low strain rates was governed by lattice diffusion-controlled grain boundary sliding,while at high strain rates,lattice diffusion-controlled dislocation climb creep was the rate-controlling deformation *** was concluded that solute drag creep is unlikely to *** the late stages of deformation at 523 K,it was observed that grain boundary sliding led to the agglomeration of theαphase,resulting in significant strain *** mechanism maps were constructed forβ-Mg-Li alloys in the form of 2d and 3d formats as a function of strain rate,stress,temperature,and grain size,using the constitutive equations for various deformation mechanisms derived based on the data of the current tests.

BACKGROUNd Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis(PCI),characterized by a collection of gas-filled cysts in the intestinal wall,is an uncommon but well-known condition in *** pain is the most frequent symptom associated with *** represents a potential cause of recurrent abdominal pain or emergency ***,the occurrence of colonic intussusception secondary to PCI is very unusual in *** SUMMARY A 52-year-old male,known with idiopathic PCI,presented seventeen months after initial diagnosis with a new right upper quadrant pain.A computed tomographyscan demonstrated a colonic intussusception at the hepatic *** did not progress compared with initial *** patient underwent an emergency right *** Resection was recommended in this case because PCI proved to be persisting with no identified curable *** allowed to address the underlying pathology,the potential relapse of intussusception,and the likely cause of recurrent abdominal pain,either invagination or PCI itself.

Electrochemical Analysis of Zirconiumin Aqueous and Organic Media

For the challenging nature of the zirconium environment analysis, this study consists to analyze the electrochemical behavior of Zirconium in both aqueous and organic media. To that end first the electrolytic media was selected on the basis of the Pourbaix potential-ph diagram, which provides informations on the predominance of Zr(IV) ion and Zr in aqueous media. In aqueous media, analyzes were first carried out in acidic media then in basic media. Studies have thus revealed that the acidic environment is not favourable for the electrochemical analysis of zirconium. Voltammograms obtained in an acidic environment show no zirconium detection signal;this is due to the strong presence of h+ ions in the solution. We have also observed in acidic media the phenomenon of passivation of the electrode surface. In aqueous alkaline media (ph = 13), we have drawn in reduction several Intensity-Potential curves by fixingsome technical parameterslike scanning speed, rotation speed of the electrode. The obtained voltammograms show cathodic waves, starting from -1.5 V/dhW and attributed to the reduction of Zr (IV) to Zr (0). The last phase of this study focused on the electrochemical analysis of zirconium in an organic media. In this media, several intensity-potential curves were plotted in reduction and in cyclic voltammetry with various parameters. Through several reduction analysis, the Zr (IV) was reduced to Zr (0) to the potential of -1.5 V/dhW. The electrochemical analysis of zirconium in organic media seems globally easier to achieve thanks to its large solvent window (i.e. dimethylformamide (dMF) solvent window > 6 V).
