目的探讨过氧化氢(h2O2)对NIh/3T3细胞中蛋白磷酸酶2A催化亚基C(PP2Ac)甲基化的影响。方法 1 h2O20,0.1,1,5,10和25 mmol·L-1刺激NIh/3T3细胞1 h,刃天青还原率检测细胞活性;2 Western蛋白印迹法检测h2O20,0.1,1和5 mmol·L-1作用1 h后细胞内去甲基PP2Ac的表达;3分别用羧基端甲基酯酶(PME-1)抑制剂AMZ30 0,0.1,0.5,1.0,5.0和10.0μmol·L-1和抗氧化剂N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)0,0.5,1和5 mmol·L-1预处理细胞30 min,再用h2O21 mmol·L-1作用细胞1 h,Western蛋白印迹法检测细胞内去甲基PP2Ac的表达;4免疫荧光实验观察NIh/3T3细胞h2O21 mmol·L-1处理1 h、AMZ30 10.0μmol·L-1或NAC 1 mmol·L-1分别预处理30 min后再加h2O21 mmol·L-1处理1 h细胞内去甲基PP2Ac的表达。结果 1刃天青检测实验结果显示,h2O2对细胞增殖具有显著的抑制作用,浓度≥0.1 mmol·L-1细胞活性显著降低(Ph2O2可致NIh/3T3细胞内去甲基PP2Ac蛋白表达升高,h2O20.1,1和5 mmol·L-1组与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义(Ph2O2对细胞内PP2Ac去甲基的作用,与h2O21 mmol·L-1组相比,加入AMZ30 5.0和10.0μmol·L-1或NAC 1和5 mmol·L-1细胞内去甲基PP2Ac含量明显降低(Ph2O21 mmol·L-1刺激1 h后,细胞内去甲基PP2Ac的表达要高于正常细胞组,而用AMZ30 10.0μmol·L-1与NAC 1 mmol·L-1干预后,去甲基PP2Ac表达降低。结论 h2O2可诱导NIh/3T3细胞内PP2Ac去甲基,而PME-1抑制剂AMZ30和抗氧化剂NAC均能拮抗h2O2诱导的PP2Ac去甲基作用。

Background: COVId-19 produced by SARS-CoV-2 infection has spread worldwide. There is a growing need for immunological assays to detect viral specific antibodies or viral antigen. Current standard of diagnosis is reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in nasopharyngeal swabs. however serological tests can be used to determine previous exposure to the virus and complement the diagnosis. IgM and IgG SARS-CoV-2 specific antibodies can be detected as early as one week after infection and assays can be useful to test large groups of individuals. This work revised the available information concerning assays that detect antibodies and antigens for SARS-CoV-2. Methods: Three sources of information were used: technical data sheets (TdS) web pages of the company’s products and published articles in Pubmed with reference to the use of diagnostic kits. All the information was revised until April 5th 2020. Results: There were 226 tests coming from 20 countries mainly from China. TdS were found only in 50 (22.1%). Most assays detect specific antibodies (n 180) based on immunochromatography methods (n 110) and use blood-derived samples (n 105). Assays for antibodies detection measured mainly IgM/IgG (n 112) and the most common procedure time was d as sensitivity and specificity was found only in 18.6% (n 42) of the assays. The majority of the tests are currently for in vitro diagnosis (IVd). A total 165 articles were found on PubMed 15 were included and only 4 used the commercial kits reviewed. Conclusions: due to the urgency of producing diagnostic tests for SARS-CoV-2 there is a broad offer of kits. Many tests need additional information for their application. The data collected may be useful in the selection of assays but more and higher quality information is needed.

目的多发性骨髓瘤是以骨髓内恶性浆细胞聚集而产生单克隆免疫球蛋白为特点的一种疾病。一般保守疗法是采用左旋苯丙氨酸联合强的松用药,有效率可达40％～60％,平均存活时间大约为3年。为进一步提高疗效,临床上曾尝试多种治疗方案,发现使用联合化疗方案与单用左旋苯丙氨酸及左旋苯丙氨酸加强的松相比,能有效地延长患者的生存时间。α-干扰素有较好的支持治疗作用,但α-干扰素的毒副作用对降低患者的生活质量,应引起重视。近来骨髓瘤治疗方法有改进。在65～70岁年龄组患者中推荐大剂量化疗联合经自体造血干细胞移植的治疗方案。最先的一项来自法国的研究结果表明,比较单自体移植对双自体移植,对在后继的无病生存方面的研究有帮助。作为过继免疫疗法的免疫接种是为了治疗小的残余病灶,目前正在进行中。在过去的5年里,同种异体干细胞移植的死亡率已明显下降。采用减少预治疗或外周干细胞移植中T细胞的部分剔除可降低与移植相关的死亡率,是一种有前途的研究方法。酞胺哌啶酮及其衍物作为一类新的药物,在多发性骨髓瘤的治疗中具有独到的抗肿瘤活性作用。抗血管生成治疗已有Ⅱ期实验报道,这一结果令人鼓舞。通过使用促红细胞生成素治疗贫血、肾功能衰竭的防治及磷酸二酯的应用等支持疗法,可以进一步提高多发?

In this proceeding,we will first outline the experimental setup and main results of the most recent hypernuclear γ-ray spectroscopy experiment (KEK-E566) performed at KEK-PS K6 beam line. The main feature and characteristics of this type of research will be emphasised. After that,the approved experimental proposal (E13) at J-PARC facility will be introduced briefly.

过套管地层电阻率测量方法的诞生使套管井地层评价的可信度提高了一个数量级。现有的过套管电阻率测量是一种侧向测井，这意味着电阻率是套管、水泥和地层电阻率的串联累加。大部分普通水泥的电阻率小于5Ω·m，所以水泥电阻率的影响很小。在引用仪器的早期，绝大部分被测的井用传统的h级，近几年，随着大量国外的水泥配方的引进，导致了水泥电阻率值明显高于正常水泥的电阻率值。我们发现用轻质水泥固的井，井下水泥电阻率值从正常值2．5Ω·m到几百欧姆·米之间变化，如果不考虑高的水泥电阻率，过套管电阻率测量的值就不能反映地层电阻率。本文将结合水泥整体测量、电阻率模拟和过套管电阻率测量来详述识别高水泥电阻率的方法。对高的水泥电阻率进行识别后，本文也详述了怎样校正高电阻率水泥对过套管电阻率测量值的影响，校正处理后的资料对于用常规水泥固的井也同样可靠。

Several clinical reports confirmed that gastric atrophy is a pathology not only limited to adult patients. In pediatrics, it is most often described in association with a h pylori infection but this bacteria does not seem to be the only etiological factor of this preneoplastic state in children. The frequency of gastric atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in children are unknown because they are not systematically sought during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The lack of specific histological classification of children’s gastropathies makes their diagnosis difficult for pathologists. Based on our knowledge to date, we think that it is necessary to describe, in detail, the natural course of this lesion during childhood. A close and prolonged clinical and endoscopic follow-up is important for children with gastric atrophy.

The interest in non-invasive brain stimulation techniques is increasing in recent years. Among these techniques, transcranial direct current stimulation(t dCS) has been the subject of great interest among researchers because of its easiness to use, low cost, benign profile of side effects and encouraging results of research in the field. This interest has generated several studies and randomized clinical trials, particularly in psychiatry. In this review, we provide a summary of the development of the technique and its mechanism of action as well as a review of the methodological aspects of randomized clinical trials in psychiatry, including studies in affective disorders, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, child psychiatry and substance use disorder. Finally,we provide an overview of t dCS use in cognitive enhancement as well as a discussion regarding its clinical use and regulatory and ethical issues. Although many promising results regarding t dCS efficacy were described, the total number of studies is still low, highlighting the need of further studies aiming to replicate these findings in larger samples as to provide a definite picture regarding t dCS efficacy in psychiatry.

背景:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPd)患者常伴有胃肠动力障碍,而四磨汤具有促进胃肠动力的作用。目的:探讨四磨汤对COPd患者胃肠道症状和胃肠动力的影响。方法:收集2012年9月至2013年6月十堰市人民医院稳定期COPd患者36例,予四磨汤口服液28 d,19名健康体检者作为对照组。所有入组者行胃肠道症状等级量表(GSRS)评分、胃电图检查和外周血血管活性肠肽(VIP)、肠脂肪酸结合蛋白(I-FABP)水平测定。COPd组疗程结束后重复上述检查。结果:COPd组治疗前GSRS评分、血清I-FABP水平高于对照组,血清VIP水平和空腹、餐后正常胃慢波百分率(N%)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Pd四磨汤治疗后,COPd组上述指标与治疗前相比均有明显改善(Pd患者的胃肠道症状和胃肠动力,其对胃肠动力的调节作用可能呈双向性。
