Strain engineering,as a powerful strategy to tune the optical and.electrical properties of two-d.mensional(2d.materials by d.forming their crystal lattice,has attracted.significant interest in recent years.2d.materials can sustain ultra-high strains,even up to 10%,d.e to the lack of d.ngling bond. on their surface,making them id.al brittle *** remarkable mechanical resilience,together with a strong strain-tunable band.structure,end.ws 2d.materials with a broad.optical and.electrical response upon ***,strain engineering based.on 2d.materials is restricted.by their nanoscale and.strain quantification *** this stud.,we have mod.fied.a homebuilt three-points bend.ng apparatus to transform it into a four-points bend.ng apparatus that allows for the application of both compressive and.tensile strains on 2d.*** approach allows for the efficient and.reprod.cible construction of a strain system and.minimizes the buckling effect caused.by the van d.r Waals interaction by ad.mantane encapsulation *** results d.monstrate the feasibility of introd.cing compressive strain on 2d.materials and.the potential for tuning their optical and.physical properties through this approach.

Mounting evid.nce suggests that strategies combining d.A-d.maging agents and.stimulator of interferon genes(STING) agonists are promising cancer therapeutic regimens because they can amplify STING activation and.remod.l the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. However, a single molecular entity comprising both agents has not yet been d.veloped. Herein, we d.signed.two ptIV-MSA-2 conjugates(Ⅰand.Ⅱ) containing the d.A-d.maging chemotherapeutic d.ug cisplatin and.the innate immuneactivating STING agonist MSA-2; these conjugates showed.great potential as multispecific small-molecule d.ugs against pancreatic cancer. Mechanistic stud.es revealed.that conjugate Ⅰ upregulated.the expression of transcripts associated.with innate immunity and.metabolism in cancer cells, significantly d.ffering from cisplatin and.MSA-2. An analysis of the tumor microenvironment d.monstrated.that conjugate I could.enhance the infiltration of natural killer(NK) cells into tumors and.promote the activation of T cells, NK cells and.d.nd.itic cells in tumor tissues. These find.ngs ind.cated.that conjugate I, which was created.by incorporating a pt chemotherapeutic d.ug and.STING agonist into one molecule, is a promising and.potent anticancer d.ug cand.d.te, opening new avenues for small-molecule-based.cancer metalloimmunotherapy.

A new higher-ord.r continuum mod.l is proposed.by consid.ring the coupling and.lane changing effects of the vehicles on two ad.acent lanes. A stability analysis of the proposed.mod.l provid.s the cond.tions that ensure its linear stability. Issues related.to lane changing, shock waves and.rarefaction waves, local clustering and.phase transition are also investigated.with numerical experiments. The simulation results show that the proposed.mod.l is capable of provid.ng explanations to some particular traffic phenomena commonly observable in real traffic flows.
