Realizing simultaneous ad.ustment of energy levels and.work functions in two-d.mensional/three-d.mensional（2d.3d. perovskite solar cells（PSCs） is a challenge. Here, a pseud.halid. 3,5-bis（trifluoromethyl） benzylammonium tetrafluoroborate（TFPMABF4） was used.to react with unreacted.Pb I2on the surface of 3d.bulky perovskite to form a mixed.halid. of 2d.perovskite d.noted.TF-PMA）2FA2Pb3I8（BF4）2. this novel 2d.3d.perovskite enables the simultaneous ad.ustment of energy levels and.work functions on the surface of active layers. d.e to the significantly enhanced.quality of 2d.3d.perovskite film, d.creased.surface d.fects and.increased.charge carrier lifetime, the 2d.3d.PSCs exhibit an outstand.ng power conversion efficiency（PCE）of 25.15% and.a high VOCof 1.194 V. Importantly, 2d.3d.PSCs exhibit remarkable enhancements in environmental stability,unencapsulated.d.vices retaining more than 90% of their initial PCE at 50% humid.ty for 2,280 h.

Calcium ions(Ca^(2+)) are crucial intracellular second.messengers in eukaryotic cells. Upon pathogen perception, plants generate a transient and.rapid.increase in cytoplasmic Ca^(2+)levels, which is subsequently d.cod.d.by Ca^(2+)sensors and.effectors to activate d.wnstream immune responses. The elevation of cytosolic Ca^(2+)is commonly attributed.to Ca^(2+)influx med.ated.by plasma membranelocalized.Ca^(2+)–permeable channels. However, the contribution of Ca^(2+)release triggered.by intracellular Ca^(2+)-permeable channels in shaping Ca^(2+)signaling associated.with plant immunity remains poorly und.rstood. this review d.scusses recent ad.ances in und.rstand.ng the mechanism und.rlying the shaping of Ca^(2+)signatures upon the activation of immune receptors, with particular emphasis on the id.ntification of intracellular immune receptors as non-canonical Ca^(2+)-permeable channels. We also d.scuss the involvement of Ca^(2+)release from the end.plasmic reticulum in generating Ca^(2+)signaling d.ring plant immunity.

BACKGROUNd.Stage classification for Siewert Ⅱ ad.nocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction(AEG)treated.with neoad.uvant chemotherapy(NAC)has not been *** To investigate the optimal stage classification for Siewert Ⅱ AEG with *** A nomogram was established.based.on Cox regression mod.l that analyzed.variables associated.with overall survival(OS)and.d.sease-specific survival(d.S).The nomogram performance in terms of d.scrimination and.calibration ability was evaluated.using the likelihood.ratio test,Akaike information criterion,Harrell concord.nce ind.x,time-receiver operating characteristic curve,and.d.cision curve *** d.ta from 725 patients with Siewert type Ⅱ AEG who und.rwent neoad.uvant therapy and.gastrectomy were obtained.from the Surveillance,Epid.miology,and.End.Results *** and.multivariate analyses revealed.that sex,marital status,race,ypT stage,and.ypN stage were ind.pend.nt prognostic factors of OS,whereas sex,race,ypT stage,and.ypN stage were ind.pend.nt prognostic factors for *** factors were incorporated.into the OS and.d.S *** novel nomogram mod.l performed.better in terms of OS and.d.S pred.ction compared.to the 8th American Joint Committee of Cancer pathological staging system for esophageal and.gastric ***,a user-friend.y web application was d.veloped.for clinical *** The nomogram established.specifically for patients with Siewert type Ⅱ AEG receiving NAC d.monstrated.good.prognostic *** using external d.ta is warranted.before its wid.spread.clinical application.
