The stand.ng-wave thermoacoustic engines(TAE)are applied.in practice to convert thermal power into acoustic one to generate electricity or to d.ive cooling *** there is a number of existing numerical researches that provid.s a d.sign tool for pred.cting stand.ng-wave TAE performances,few existing works that compare TAE d.iven by cryogenic liquid. and.waste heat,and.optimize its performance by varying the stack plate *** present work is primarily concerned.with the numerical investigation of the performance of TAEs d.iven by cryogenic liquid. and.waste *** this,three-d.mensional(3-d.stand.ng-wave TAE mod.ls are ***-and.time-ind.pend.nce stud.es are cond.cted.*** valid.tions are then performed.by comparing with the numerical results available in the *** valid.ted.mod.l is then applied.to simulate the stand.ng-wave TAEs d.iven by the cryogenic liquid. and.the waste heat,as the temperature grad.entΔT is *** is found.that limit cycle oscillations in both systems are successfully generated.and.the oscillations amplitud. is increased.with increased.*** is id.ntified.with acoustic streaming and.the flow reversal occurring through the *** stud.ed.are then cond.cted.between the cryogenic liquid.d.iven TAE and.that d.iven by waste heat in the presence of the same temperature grad.entΔ*** is shown that the limit cycle frequency of the cryogenic liquid.system is 4.72%smaller and.the critical temperatureΔT_(cri)=131 K is lower than that of the waste heat system(ΔT_(cri)=187 K).Furthermore,the acoustic power is increased.by 31%and.the energy conversion efficiency is found.to increase by 0.42%.Finally,optimization stud.es on the stack plate spacing are cond.cted.in TAE system d.iven by cryogenic *** is found.that the limit cycle oscillation frequency is increased.with the d.creased.ratio between the stack plate spacing and.the heat penetration *** the ratio is set to between 2 and

This manuscript presents the comprehensive stud. of thickness stretching effects on the free vibration,static stability and.bend.ng of multilayer functionally grad.d.FG)carbon nanotubes reinforced.composite(CNTRC)*** nanoscale and.microstructure influences are considered.through a mod.fied.nonlocal strain grad.ent continuum *** on power-law functions,four d.fferent patterns of CNTs d.stribution are considered.in this analysis,a uniform d.stribution Ud.FG-V CNTRC,FG-X CNTRC,and.FG-O CNTRC.A 3d.kinematic shear d.formation theory is proposed.to includ. the stretching influence,which is neglected.in classical ***'s principle is applied.to d.rive the governing equations of motion and.associated.bound.ry *** solutions are d.veloped.based.on Galerkin method.to solve the governing equilibrium equations based.on the generalized.higher-ord.r shear d.formation theory and.the nonlocal strain grad.ent theory and.get the static bend.ng,buckling load.,and.natural frequencies of *** with previous works is presented.A d.tailed.parametric analysis is carried.out to highlight the impact of thickness stretching,length scale parameter(nonlocal),material scale parameter(grad.ent),CNTs d.stribution pattern,geometry of the plate,various bound.ry cond.tions and.the total number of layers on the stresses,d.formation,critical buckling load. and.vibration *** new results are also reported.in the current stud.,which will serve as a benchmark for future research.

Specific heat(Cp)and.effective thermal cond.ctivity(λ)of native maize starch(NS)were measured.by d.C and.transient heat transfer method.respectively,at d.fferent moisture contents and.*** d.pend.ncy of temperature(T)and.moisture content(W)on the two parameters were *** thermophysical properties of treated.starch(TS)by four hyd.othermal processes(RP-HMT,IV-HMT,d.-HMT and.FV-HMT)were measured.and.compared.to native *** treatments were performed.at 3 bars(133°C)for 10 *** Cp and.measurements,moisture content varied.for NS from 5 to 21.5%*** from 8.8 to 25%d.b.,respectively,and.was fixed.at 6%*** *** mod.ls were d.veloped.to specific heat and.effective thermal cond.ctivity,using a multiple regression algorithm with subsequent statistical *** proposed.mod.ls for NS based.on T and.W pred.ct Cp and.with a mean absolute error of 3.5%and.1.3%,*** d.fferences in specific heat were observed.between TS and.*** a temperature range of 40 to 160°C,Cp values varied.from 1.964 to 2.699 for NS and.1.380 to 2.085(J.g-1.°C-1)for *** contrast,the cond.ctivity of NS was almost id.ntical to that of treated.starch by FV-HMT,followed.in an increasing ord.r by those treated.by d.-HMT,RP-HMT,and.IV-HM processes.

The chemical preparation, crystal structure and.infrared.spectroscopic characterization of the triaqua（4-amino-6-methoxypyrimid.ne） cuprate（II） sulfate, [Cu（C5H7N3）（H2O）3]SO4, is reported. The compound.crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric orthorhombic space group P212121 with lattice parameters a = 7.9025（3）, b = 11.1189（4）, c = 12.9720（4） , V = 1139.81（7） ~3 and.Z = 4. The Cu（II） cation is fivecoord.nated. in an early half-way between square pyramid.l and.trigonal bipyramid.l fashion, by two nitrogen atoms of the 4-amino-6-methoxypyrimid.ne ligand.and.three water oxygen atoms. In the atomic arrangement, the organic ligand. and.the 5-connected.Cu centers are linked.with each other to give a 1-d.corrugated.hybrid.chain running along the b-axis d.rection. The chains are interconnected.by the SO4^（2-） anions via O–H...O, O–H...S, C–H...O and.N–H...O hyd.ogen bond. to form layers spread.ng parallel to the（011） plane. The vibrational absorption band. were id.ntified.by infrared.spectroscopy. Quantitative measurements of the second.harmonic generation（SHG） of a powd.red.sample at 1064 nm were performed.and.a relative efficiency of 5.2 times the Kd. stand.rd.was observed. Magnetic properties were also d.fined.to characterize the complex. Magnetic measurements revealed.that this material had.a oned.mensional antiferromagnetic character. The magnetic parameters were g = 2.11 and.2J/k b = -36 K.

because linseed.oil may influence maternal and.fetal metabolisms, we investigated.its role in the mod.lation of lipid.metabolism in cafeteria d.et-ind.ced.obese rats and.their offspring. Female Wistar rats were fed.control or cafeteria food. which were either supplemented.or not supplemented.with linseed.oil （5%） for I month before and.d.ring gestation. At parturition, serum and.tissue lipid. and.enzyme activities were analyzed. Cafeteria d.et ind.ced.ad.erse metabolic alterations in both mothers and.offspring. Linseed.oil improved.metabolic status. In conclusion, linseed.oil d.splayed.health benefits by mod.lating tissue enzyme activities in both obese mothers and.their newborns.

background. d.etary fatty acid. have important homeostatic functions in regulating the immune response and.may exert beneficial effects on immune alterations d.ring obesity. Objective: To assess the in vitro effects of oil fatty acid., d.fferent oils (olive, linseed. Nigel, sunflower) were tested.on T-lymphocyte proliferation, Th1- and.Th2-type cytokine prod.ction, and.intracellular oxid.nt/antioxid.nt status in obese patients. Method.: Peripheral blood.lymphocytes were isolated.using Histopaque and.were in vitro cultured.and.stimulated.by Con A in the presence or absence of the oils. Cell proliferation, interleukin-2, interleukin-4 and.interferon-γ (INFγ) secretions and.intracellular oxid.tive status (glutathione (GSH), malond.ald.hyd. (Md.), carbonyl protein levels, catalase activity and.micronuclei frequency) were investigated. Results: Abnormalities in lymphocyte function and.intracellular oxid.tive stress were observed.in obesity. Linseed.oil ind.ced.a red.ction in T-lymphocyte proliferation and.IL-2 prod.ction while Nigel oil increased.them in both obese and.control groups. In ad.ition, Nigel oil enhanced.IFNγ and.IL-4 secretion. Olive and.sunflower oils had.no effect on lymphocyte proliferation and.cytokine secretion in both groups. Linseed.and.Nigel oils ind.ced.an increase in T cell GSH concentrations and.catalase activity with a concomitant d.crease in Md., carbonyl protein contents and.micronuclei frequency especially in obese patients. Conclusion: Linseed.and.Nigel oils had.beneficial effects on lymphocyte proliferation, cytokines secretions and.red.x status, while olive and.sunflower oils had.no effects on immune cell function in obesity.

In this article, thermo vibration analysis of functionally grad.d.(FG) nanobeams subjected.to linear and.uniform temperature d.stribution is stud.ed. The structure is mod.lled.by new efficient shear beam theory considering the effect of shear d.formation without shear correction factor. The mentioned.theory satisfies the zero bound.ry traction cond.tions on the beam surfaces and.can be used.for transverse shear strains trigonometric d.stribution. Material properties of the nanostructure are assumed.temperature-d.pend.nt and.FG based.on the d.stribution of power law. The influence of size scale is captured.utilising Eringen theory of non-local elasticity.
