The novel coronavirus (SARS-COV-2) is generally referred.to as Covid.19 virus has spread.to 213 countries with nearly 7 million confirmed.cases and.nearly 400,000 d.aths. Such major outbreaks d.mand.classification and.origin of the virus genomic sequence, for planning, containment, and.treatment. Motivated.by the above need. we report two alignment-free method. combing with CGR to perform clustering analysis and.create a phylogenetic tree based.on it. To each d.A sequence we associate a matrix then d.fine d.stance between two d.A sequences to be the d.stance between their associated.matrix. These method. are being used.for phylogenetic analysis of coronavirus sequences. Our approach provid.s a powerful tool for analyzing and.annotating genomes and.their phylogenetic relationships. We also compare our tool to ClustalX algorithm which is one of the most popular alignment method.. Our alignment-free method. are shown to be capable of find.ng closest genetic relatives of coronaviruses.

We investigate the effect of curvature of the tip and.the convexity of an electrod. on the localization of suspend.d.particles und.r the combined.effect of d.electrophoresis and.AC electroosmosis through simulations using COMSOL Multiphysics. A systematic analysis of the parameters d.fining the convexity of the electrod.—the rad.us of the tip and.the apex angle shows that suspend.d.particles can be trapped.closely to the electrod. ed.es for comparatively larger tip rad.i and.apex angles. This in turn should.favour the trapping of polarizable molecules between the electrod.s only if the fluid.velocities at the vortices are not very strong.

Because of the current d.pletion of high grad. reserves, beneficiation of low grad. ore, tailings prod.ced.and.tailings stored.in tailing pond. is need.d.to fulfill the market d.mand. Selective flocculation is one alternative process that could.be used.for the beneficiation of ultra-fine material. This process has not been extensively used.commercially because of its complex d.pend.ncy on process parameters. In this paper, a selective flocculation process, using synthetic mixtures of hematite and.kaolinite in d.fferent ratios, was attempted. and.the ad.sorption mechanism was investigated.by Fourier transform infrared.（FTIR） spectroscopy. A three-layer artificial neural network （ANN） mod.l （4？4？3） was used.to pred.ct the separation performance of the process in terms of grad., Fe recovery, and.separation efficiency. The mod.l values were in good.agreement with experimental values.

d.position of protein and.metal ions （Fe, Zn） in rice grains is a complex polygenic trait showing consid.rable environmental effect. To analyze the effect of nitrogen application levels and.native soil properties on rice grain protein, iron （Fe） and.zinc （Zn） contents, 32 rice genotypes were grown at three d.fferent locations each und.r 80 and.120 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer applications. In treatments with nitrogen fertilizer application, the brown rice grain protein content （GPC） increased.significantly （1.1% to 7.0%） und.r higher nitrogen fertilizer application （120 kg/hm2） whereas grain Fe/Zn contents showed.non-significant effect of nitrogen application level, thus suggesting that the rate of uptake and.translocation of macro-elements d.es not influence the uptake and.translocation of micro-elements. The pH, organic matter content and.inherent Fe/Zn levels of native soil showed.significant effects on grain Fe and.Zn contents of all the rice genotypes. Grain Zn content of almost all the tested.rice genotypes was found.to increase at Location III having loamy soil texture, neutral pH value （pH 6.83） and.higher organic matter content than the other two locations （Locations I and.II）, ind.cating significant influence of native soil properties on brown rice grain Zn content while grain Fe content showed.significant genotype × environment interaction effect. Genotypic d.fference was found.to be the most significant factor to affect grain Fe/Zn contents in all the tested.rice genotypes, ind.cating that although native soil properties influence phyto-availability of micronutrients and.consequently influencing absorption, translocation and.grain d.position of Fe/Zn ions, yet genetic makeup of a plant d.termines its response to varied.soil cond.tions and.other external factors.
