Zinc(Zn)-air batteries are widely used in secondary battery research owing to their high theoretical energy density,good electrochemical reversibility,stable discharge performance,and low cost of the anode active material ***,the Zn anode also leads to many challenges,including dendrite growth,deformation,and hydrogen precipitation *** this context,Zn dendrite growth has a greater impact on the cycle *** this dissertation,a dendrite growth model for a Zn-air battery was established based on electrochemical phase field theory,and the effects of the charging time,anisotropy strength,and electrolyte temperature on the morphology and growth height of Zn dendrites were studied.A series of experiments was designed with different gradient influencing factors in subsequent experiments to verify the theoretical simulations,including elevated electrolyte temperatures,flowing electrolytes,and pulsed *** simulation results show that the growth of Zn dendrites is controlled mainly by diffusion and mass transfer processes,whereas the electrolyte temperature,flow rate,and interfacial energy anisotropy intensity are the main *** experimental results show that an optimal electrolyte temperature of 343.15 K,an optimal electrolyte flow rate of 40 ml·min^(-1),and an effective pulse charging mode.

Exposure to radiation causes DNA damage;hence, continuous surveillance and timely DNA repair are important for genome stability. Epigenetic modifications alter the chromatin architecture, thereby affecting the efficiency of DNA repair. However, how epigenetic modifiers coordinate with the DNA repair machinery to modulate cellular radiosensitivity is relatively unknown. Here, we report that loss of the demethylase ribosomal oxygenase 1(RIOX1) restores cell proliferation and reduces cell death after exposure to ionizing radiation. Furthermore, RIOX1 depletion enhances homologous recombination(HR) repair but not nonhomologous endjoining(NHEJ) repair in irradiated bone marrow cells and oral mucosal epithelial cells. Mechanistic study demonstrates that RIOX1 removes monomethylation at K491 of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase(c GAS) to release c GAS from its interaction with the methyl-lysine reader protein SAGA complex-associated factor 29(SGF29), which subsequently enables c GAS to interact with poly(ADP-ribosyl)ated poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1(PARP1) at DNA break sites, thereby blocking PARP1-mediated recruitment of Timeless. High expression of RIOX1 maintains c GAS K491 me at a low level, which impedes HR repair and reduces cellular tolerance to ionizing radiation. This study highlights a novel RIOX1-dependent mechanism involved in the non-immune function of c GAS that is essential for the regulation of ionizing radiation-elicited HR repair.

A definition of non-column volume ratio (NCVR) is brought forward by the authors. It is influenced greatly by the slendernessratio of the cylindrical billet and the slope of the wedge on the tool of skew rolling. Using the numerical simulation, the lawof variation in NCVR during the forming process is found out. At the same time experiments have been carried out underdifferent conditions, the result of which are found to be in good agreement with the theoretical predictions.

The incidence of cutaneous melanoma(CM)has been increasing annually *** this study,we identify that MrgprF,a MAS related GPR family member,is decreased in cutaneous melanoma tissues and cell lines due to hypermethylation of its promoter region,and show that patients with CM expressing high levels of MrgprF exhibit an improved clinical *** demonstrate that MrgprF forced expression inhibits tumor cell proliferation,migration,xenograft tumor growth,and *** the contrary,MrgprF knockdown promotes tumor cell proliferation and transformation of immortalized human keratinocyte-HaCaT cells,supporting the inhibitory role of MrgprF during tumor *** studies reveal that MrgprF reduces the phosphoinositol‑3‑kinase(PI3K)complex formation between p101 and p110γsubunits,the critical step for phosphatidylinositol-(3,4)-P2(PIP2)conversion to phosphatidylinositol-(3,4,5)-P3(PIP3),and then reduces the activation of PI3K/Akt *** effect can be reversed by Akt specific agonist *** addition,AMG 706,a previously documented inhibitor for endothelial cell proliferation,is identified as a potential agonist for MrgprF,and can impede tumor growth both in vitro and in *** together,our findings suggest that MrgprF,a novel tumor suppressor in cutaneous melanoma,may be useful as a therapeutic target in the future.

An experimental model of schizophrenia was established using dizocilpine （MK-801）. Rats were intragastrically administered with Wendan decoction or clozapine for 21 days prior to establishing the model. The results revealed that the latency of schizophrenia model rats to escape from the hidden platform in the Morris water maze was significantly shortened after administration of Wendan decoction or clozapine. In addition, the treated rats crossed the platform significantly more times than the untreated model rats. Moreover, the rate of successful long-term potentiation induction in the Wendan decoction group and clozapine group were also obviously increased compared with the model group, and the population spike peak latency was significantly shortened. These experimental findings suggest that Wendan decoction can improve the learning and memory ability of schizophrenic rats to the same extent as clozapine treatment.

濮阳市中小学生超重肥胖现况及影响因素分析

目的分析濮阳市中小学生超重肥胖现况和影响因素,为更精准地制定防控中小学生超重肥胖措施提供科学理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取濮阳市1个区和2个县的16所学校共4776名中小学生进行身高体重测量和问卷调查,使用χ^(2)检验和logistic回归模型分析超重肥胖的影响因素。结果2021年濮阳市中小学生超重肥胖检出率为37.08%,其中超重检出率为17.69%,肥胖检出率为19.39%。男生肥胖检出率(22.96%)和超重肥胖检出率(42.08%)均高于女生(15.65%,31.85%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为40.89,53.55,P值均<0.001);随着学段的升高,肥胖检出率和超重肥胖检出率都呈现下降趋势。logistic回归分析提示,女生(OR=0.638,95%CI:0.550~0.740)是中小学生肥胖的保护因素,低学段(小学OR=1.843,95%CI:1.424~2.386;初中OR=1.325,95%CI:1.038~1.691)、过去7 d吃新鲜水果次数每天1次及以上(OR=1.424,95%CI:1.204~1.684)是中小学生肥胖的危险因素。结论濮阳市中小学生的超重肥胖问题较为严重,需要从超重肥胖的影响因素精准切入,才有可能控制中小学生的超重肥胖问题。

Currently,the microwave absorbers usually suffer dreadful electromagnetic wave absorption(EMWA)performance damping at elevated temperature due to impedance mismatching induced by increased conduction ***,the development of high-performance EMWA materials with good impedance matching and strong loss ability in wide temperature spectrum has emerged as a top ***,due to the high melting point,good electrical conductivity,excellent environmental stability,EM coupling effect,and abundant interfaces of titanium nitride(TiN)nanotubes,they were designed based on the controlling kinetic diffusion procedure and Ostwald ripening *** from boosted heterogeneous interfaces between TiN nanotubes and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),enhanced polarization loss relaxations were created,which could not only improve the depletion efficiency of EMWA,but also contribute to the optimized impedance matching at elevated ***,the TiN nanotubes/PDMS composite showed excellent EMWA performances at varied temperature(298-573 K),while achieved an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)value of 3.23 GHz and a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value of−44.15 dB at 423 *** study not only clarifies the relationship between dielectric loss capacity(conduction loss and polarization loss)and temperature,but also breaks new ground for EM absorbers in wide temperature spectrum based on interface engineering.

Effect of aging treatment on microstructure and corrosion behavior of Al-Zn-Mg aluminum alloy in aqueous solutions with different aggressive ions

The microstructure and corrosion behavior of Al-Zn-Mg alloy(namely 7×××)after natural aging treatment(NAT)and artificial aging treatment(AAT)in aqueous NaCl solutions containing different aggressive ions have been investigated in current *** of microstructure characterization demonstrate that the aging treatment has a great influence on the grain size and *** grain size is relatively sizeable and no evident precipitates are observed in alloy after NAT comparable with that after *** electrochemical corrosion behavior of alloy was studied by polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The corrosion potential(E_(corr))of the aluminum alloy is more negative in 3.5 wt.%NaCl containing 0.052 wt.%NaHSO_(3)solution than that in 3.5 wt.%NaCl solutions with or without 0.907 wt.%NaHCO_(3).Charge transfer resistance(Rct)results reveal that alloy after AAT has an enhancement of corrosion resistance compare with that after *** the immersion time increasing,mostly pitting spreads over the surface of the alloy only in NaCl solution,whereas exfoliation corrosion mainly occurs in NaCl solutions containing NaHSO_(3)or NaHCO_(3).

According to advantages of neural network and characteristics of operatingprocedures of engine, a new strategy is represented on the control of fuel injection and ignitiontiming of gasoline engine based on improved BP network algorithm. The optimum ignition advance angleand fuel injection pulse band of engine under different speed and load are tested for the samplestraining network, focusing on the study of the design method and procedure of BP neural network inengine injection and ignition control. The results show that artificial neural network technique canmeet the requirement of engine injection and ignition control. The method is feasible for improvingpower performance, economy and emission performances of gasoline engine.
