We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)can originate from the large bile duct group(segment bile ducts and area bile ducts),small bile duct group(septal bile ducts and interlobular bile ducts),and terminal bile duct group(bile ductules and canals of Hering)of the intrahepatic biliary tree,which can be histopathological corresponding to large duct type iCCA,small duct type iCCA and iCCA with ductal plate malformation pattern,and cholangiolocarcinoma,*** challenge in pathological diagnosis of above subtypes of iCCA falls in the distinction of cellular morphologies,tissue structures,growth patterns,invasive behaviors,immunophenotypes,molecular mutations,and surgical *** these reasons,this expert consensus provides nine recommendations as a reference for standardizing and refining the diagnosis of pathological subtypes of iCCA,mainly based on the 5th edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System.

目的构建稳定表达人核仁磷酸蛋白1(Nucleophosmin 1,NPM1)A型突变蛋白(NPM1-mA)的白血病髓性细胞系,并进行鉴定。方法利用xfectTM转染试剂将含人NPM1-mA基因的重组质粒pEGFP-C1-NPM1-mA分别转染THP-1和K562细胞系,G418筛选阳性克隆,建立稳定表达NPM1-mA的白血病细胞株THP-1-mA和K562-mA。采用RT-PCR和Western blot检测细胞NPM1-mA mRNA和蛋白水平的表达,细胞免疫化学法检测NPM1-mA蛋白的亚细胞定位,细胞生长曲线观察细胞体外增殖能力的改变。结果构建的白血病细胞株THP-1-mA和K562-mA的RT-PCR产物均可见446 bp的NPM1-mA基因条带;NPM1-mA蛋白的表达量明显升高;NPM1-mA蛋白存在于构建的2株白血病细胞胞浆中;与空载体转染组和未转染组细胞相比,转染NPM1-mA基因后,THP-1细胞体外增殖能力增强,K562细胞体外增殖能力减弱。结论已成功构建了稳定表达NPM1-mA的两株白血病细胞株THP-1-mA和K562-mA,为进一步研究NPM1基因突变对白血病细胞生物学特性的影响提供了良好的细胞模型。

Calciphylaxis is a rare disease characterized histologically by microvessel calcification and microthrombosis,with high mortality and no proven ***,we reported a severe uremic calciphylaxis patient with progressive skin ischemia,large areas of painful malodorous ulcers,and mummified *** of the worsening symptoms and signs refractory to conventional therapies,treatment with human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hAMSCs)was *** release inspections of hAMSCs,efficacy,and safety assessment,including cytokine secretory ability,immunocompetence,tumorigenicity,and genetics analysis in vitro,were *** further performed acute and long-term hAMSC toxicity evaluations in C57BL/6 mice and rats,abnormal immune response tests in C57BL/6 mice,and tumorigenicity tests in neonatal Balbc-nu nude *** the preclinical research,the patient was treated with hAMSCs by intravenous and local intramuscular injection and external supernatant application to the *** followed up to 15 months,the blood-based markers of bone and mineral metabolism improved,with skin soft tissue regeneration and a more favorable profile of peripheral blood mononuclear *** biopsy after 1-month treatment showed vascular regeneration with mature noncalcified vessels within the dermis,and 20 months later,the re-epithelialization restored the integrity of the damaged *** infusion or local treatment-related adverse events ***,this novel long-term intravenous combined with local treatment with hAMSCs warrants further investigation as a potential regenerative treatment for uremic calciphylaxis due to effects of inhibiting vascular calcification,stimulating angiogenesis and myogenesis,anti-inflammatory and immune modulation,multidifferentiation,re-epithelialization,and restoration of integrity.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.
