Despite the discovery of a series of fullerenes and a handful of noncarbon clusters with the typical topology of Ih-C60, the sm.llest fullerene with a large degree of curvature, C20, and its other-elem.nt counterparts are difficult to isolate experim.ntally. In coinage m.tal nanoclusters（NCs）, the first all-gold fullerene, Au32, was discovered after a long-lasting pursuit, but the isolation of sim.lar silvery fullerene structures is still challenging. Herein, we report a flying saucer-shaped 102-nuclei silver NC（Ag102） with a silvery fullerene kernel of Ag32, which is em.raced by a robust cyclic anionic passivation layer of（KPO4）10. This Ag32kernel can be viewed as a non-centered icosahedron Ag12encaged into a dodecahedron Ag20, form.ng the silvery fullerene of Ag12@Ag20. The anionic layer（KPO4）10is located at the interlayer between the Ag32kernel and Ag70shell, passivating the Ag32silvery fullerene and tem.lating the Ag70shell. The ~tBuPhS-and CF3COO-ligands on the silver shell show a regioselective arrangem.nt with the 60 ~tBuPhS-ligands as expanders covering the upper and lower of the flying saucer and 10 CF3COO-as term.nators neatly encircling the edges of the structure. In addition, Ag102 shows excellent phototherm.l conversion efficiency（η） from.the visible to near-infrared region（η = 67.1% ± 0.9% at 450 nm. 60.9% ± 0.9% at 660 nm.and 50.2% ± 0.5% at 808 nm., rendering it a prom.sing m.terial for phototherm.l converters and potential application in rem.te laser ignition. This work not only captures silver kernels with the topology of the sm.llest fullerene C20, but also provides a pathway for incorporating alkali m.tal（m. into coinage m.tal NCs via m.oxoanions.

As an interdisciplinary product,water-soluble gold nanoclusters(AuNCs)stabilized by ligands containing carboxyl(-COOH)group have garnered significant attention from.synthetic chem.sts and biologists due to their im.ense potential for biom.dical ***,revealing the crystallographic structures of-COOH-functionalized AuNCs rem.ins a ***,we successfully applied the salting-out m.thod to obtain a series of high-quality single crystals of-COOH-functionalized Au_(25)nanoclusters and revealed their crystallographic ***,K_(3)Au_(25)(2-Hm.a)_9(m.a)_6]^(-)(Au25a)protected by 2-m.rcaptonicotinic acid features an unprecedented tetram.ric Au_(4)(SR^(S))_(3)(SR^(S,N))_(2)staple m.tifs surrounding the icosahedral Au_(13)kernel,breaking the traditional perception on the structure of Au_(25)(SR)_(18).Au25a exhibits a distinct near-infrared em.ssion at 970 nm.with long lifetim. of 8690 ns,which have been studied by transient absorption spectroscopy and tim.-dependent density functional *** work com.ensates for the research gap in the experim.ntal structure of-COOHfunctionalized AuNCs and opens up a new avenue to explore their structure-property correlations.

m.m. and m.m. are critical regulators of the p53 tum.ur suppressor and are overexpressed in m.ny hum.n m.lignancies. However, in recent years, their im.act on genom. instability was shown to be at least, in part, independent of p53. Both m.m. and m.m. inhibit DNA break repair through their association with the m.ell/RadSO/Nbs1 DNA repair com.lex. Recent evidence indicates that harnessing m.m. and/or m.m.-m.diated inhibition of DNA break repair in cancer cells could provide a therapeutic opportunity, particularly for those m.lignancies that have lost functional p53.

Background: Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) is known to alter tissues of the orbital cavity, including the optic nerve. However, its effect on m.asured global Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer (gRNFL) is not well elucidated. This case evaluates the effect of teprotum.m.b on gRNFL in a patient with m.derate TED. Observations: A 60-year-old fem.le with controlled ocular hypertension and m.derate TED received 8 standard IV teprotum.m.b infusions. Com.rehensive ocular evaluations were perform.d pre-, during-, and post-treatm.nt. Bilateral gRNFL thickness decreased (10 m.OD;12 m.OS) at 4 m.nths post-treatm.nt start, persisting at 8 m.nths, but recovered at 20 m.nths. Conclusions and Im.ortance: Teprotum.m.b treatm.nt in patients with TED led to a transient bilateral decrease in gRNFL thickness, which was restored to baseline levels with no adverse events reported. m.nitoring gRNFL changes in teprotum.m.b-treated patients is crucial as gRNFL thinning indicates retinal ganglion cell dam.ge. Teprotum.m.bs ability to dam.en the IGF-IR inflam.atory cascade m.y have reduced retinal inflam.ation, leading to recovery.

BACKGROUND Ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO)is a com.on congenital urinary tract disorder in *** can be diagnosed as early as in utero due to the presence of hydronephrosis or later in life due to sym.tom.tic *** To evaluate the discrepancy between dynam.c contrast-enhanced m.gnetic resonance urography(dm.U)and scintigraphy 99m.technetium.m.rcaptoacetyltriglycine(m.G-3)for the functional evaluation of *** Between 2016 and 2020,126 patients with UPJO underwent surgery at Robert Debré*** these,83 received a prenatal diagnosis,and 43 were diagnosed during *** of the 126 patients underwent surgery based on the clinical situation and postnatal ultrasound findings without undergoing functional im.ging *** renal function was evaluated preoperatively using scintigraphy m.G-3(n=28),dm.U(n=53),or both(n=40).In this study,we included patients who underwent surgery for UPJO and scintigraphy m.G-3+dm.U but excluded those who underwent only scintigraphy m.G-3 or *** patients were divided into groups A(10%discrepancy).We exam.ned the discrepancy in split renal function between the two m.dalities and investigated the possible risk *** The split renal function between the two kidneys was com.ared in 40 patients(28 boys and 12 girls)using scintigraphy m.G-3 and *** renal function,as determ.ned using both m.dalities,showed a difference of10%in 9 *** of the relative renal function using dm.U revealed an excellent correlation coefficient with renal scintigraphy m.G-3 for both *** Our findings dem.nstrated that dm.U is equivalent to scintigraphy m.G-3 for evaluating split renal function in patients with UPJO.
