The development of three -dimensional(3 -D) scaffolds with highly open porous structure is one of the most important issues in tissue *** this study,3-D macroporous gelatin/hyaluronic acid(GE/HA) hybrid scaffolds with varying porous morphology were prepared by freeze -drying their blending solutions and subsequent chemical crosslinking by using 1 -Ethyl -3 -(3 -dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC).The resulting scaffolds were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Their swelling,in vitro degradation properties and compressive strength were also *** evaluate in vitro cytocompatibility of scaffolds,mouse L929 fibroblasts were seeded onto the scaffolds for cell morphology and cell viability *** was found that the porous structure of scaffolds can be tailored by varying the ratios of gelatin to HA,both the swelling ratios and degradation rate increased with the increase of HA content in hybrid scaffolds,and crosslinking the scaffolds with EDC improved the degradation resistance of the scaffold in culture media and increased the mechanical strength of *** in vitro results revealed that the prepared scaffolds do not induce cytotoxic effects and suitable for cell growth,especially in the case of scaffolds with higher gelatin *** combined results of the physicochemical and biological studies suggested that the developed GE/HA hybrid scaffolds exhibit good potential and biocompatibility for soft tissue engineering applications.

Over the past decade,the Chinese tax authorities have been actively supporting the development of the Belt and Road Initiative,by creating a unique cross-border tax and fee service model with Chinese characteristics,which has laid a solid foundation for the establishment of the "TaxExpress" cross-border service *** October 2023,the State Taxation Administration of china(STA) officially launched the "TaxExpress" brand,focusing on one service matrix,two service teams,three service mechanisms,and four knowledge *** brand aims to enhance cooperation between ministries and commissions,promote international exchanges,and establish a framework for effective cross-border tax and fee *** forward,the STA will continue to leverage existing resources to support high-level opening up,by enhancing brand value,improving measures for international tax and fee services,expanding cross-border tax and fee services,strengthening professional talent teams,so as to develop a cross-border tax and fee service system that combines Chinese characteristics with international best practices.

Aim:To classify the genes responsible for apoptosis in QGY-7703 cells in-duced by homoharringtonine (HHT).Methods:Apoptosis in QGY-7703 cellsinduced by HHT was demonstrated by DNA fragmentation and morphologicalobservation,cDNA microarray technology was used to detect gene transcription,and the result of microarrays for genes was confirmed by ***:Seventy-eight individual mRNA were identified and their transcription levelschanged *** genes,of which 68% were upregulated and 32%were downregulated,were partially related to *** were mostlyoncogenes,tumor suppressors,enzymes,and ***:HHT is apotential drug in the treatment of liver ***-β,TNF,FAS,p38MAPK,and p53 apoptosis signaling pathways were activated during apoptosis in QGY-7703 *** inducible genes may play important roles in apoptosis anddeserve to be further studied.

AIM:To investigate the clinical significance of hepatic blood inflow occlusion without hemihepatic artery control (BIOwHAC) in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS:Fifty-nine patients with HCC were divided into 3 groups based on the technique used for achieving hepatic vascular occlusion:group 1,vascular occlusion was achieved by the Pringle maneuver (n=20);group 2,by hemihepatic vascular occlusion (HVO) (n=20);and group 3,by BIOwHAC (n=19).We compared the procedures among the three groups in term of operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative liver function,postoperative complications,and length of hospital ***:There were no statistically significant differences (P > 0.05) in age,sex,pathological diagnosis,preoperative Child's disease grade,hepatic function,and tumor size among the three *** intraoperative complications or deaths occurrred,and there were no significant intergroup differences (P > 0.05) in intraoperative bleeding,hepatic function change 3 and 7 d after operation,the incidence of complications,and length of hospital *** and Pringle maneuver required a significantly shorter operation time than HVO;the difference in the serum alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase levels before and 1 d after operation was more significant in the BIOwHAC and HVO groups than in the Pringle maneuver group (P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:BIOwHAC is convenient and safe;this technique causes slight hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury similar to HVO.
