AIM：To study the role of lamivudine in improving the efficiency of interferon for the treatment of mutant type chronic hepatits ***:Fifteen patients with mutant type chronic hepatitis Bwere prospectively *** patients had liver histology and serology to prove the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis *** patient received4.5millionunits of interferon alpha-2a thrice weekly and 100mg of oral lamivudine daily for *** were observed and tested for blood chemistry every week for the initial 4weeks and every 2weeks thereafter during the treatment until *** the end of treatment,patients were followed up at4-week intervals for an additional6months,SerumHBVDNAlevels were tested using the liquid phase molecular hybridization *** with non-detectable HBVDNA were also tested using the real-time polymerase chain *** patient,who did not finish treatment due to *** ***:At the end of treatment.7(50%)patients had serum ALTlevels within normal limits:12(86%)patients had serumHBVDNAlevels<5pg/mLusing the liquid phase molecular hybridization assay,but only8(67%)were<20copies/dL using the real-time polymerase chain reaction Six months after treatment only two(14%)patents had a susained complete response to the combination therapy with serum ALTlevel<35iu/Land undetectable serum HBVDNA ***:These pilot data showed that lamivudine did not increase the efficacy of interferon in the treatment of mutant type chronic *** liquid phase molecular hbridization assay was not sensitive enough to detect the lov HBVDNAlevels during combined interferon and lamivudine therapy.

A Method for Identification and Compensation of Machining Errors of Digital Gear Tooth Surfaces

In order to generate the digital gear tooth surfaces(DGTS)with high efficiency and high precision,a method for identification and compensation of machining errors is demonstrated in this *** errors are analyzed directly from the real tooth *** topography data of the part are off-line measured in the post-process.A comparison is made between two models:CAD model of DGTS and virtual model of the physical measured *** a matching rule is given to determine these two surfaces in an appropriate *** developed error estimation model creates a point-to-point map of the real surface to the theoretical surface in the normal direction.A“pre-calibration error compensation”strategy is *** processing the results of the first trail cutting,the total compensation error is predicted and an imaginary digital tooth surface is reconstructed. The machining errors in the final manufactured surfaces are minimized by generating this imaginary *** example of ma- chining 2-D DGTS verifies the developed *** research is of important theoretical and practical value to manufacture the DGTS and other digital conjugate surfaces.

Puncturing the auricular heart area can improve the condition of myocardial is-chemia of CHD. These can be observed from ST-T turning to normal or nearly normal, Q-X/Q-T ra-tio was decreased. Puncturing the auricular heart area can improve the cardiac function of CHD. Thiscan be shown from the fact that PEP became shortened, LVET became prolonged, PEP/LVET ratiowas decreased, A/E-O was reduced, IRT was reduced after acupuncture. There are a certain rela-tionship and specificity between the auricular heart area and the heart.

In order to study the impact of PE optional courses on female college students’ fitness health,this paper respectively explores into the impact of such PE optional courses as dancesport,basketball,volleyball,badminton,Taekwondo by means of experimentation,measurement,and mathematical statistics,*** as can be seen from its results,the influence of these courses on female college students’ fitness health differs greatly from each other-basketball courses can enhance students’ quality of explosive force more than badminton;Taekwondo can improve their strength quality more than dancesport does;and compared with Taekwondo,dancesport,volleyball courses perform better in boosting students’ function of respiratory system;while as for other qualities and functions,as well as the body shape development,these courses have not shown a significant *** it is suggested that further study should be conducted on the causes and inherent laws of such significant differences in the impact of PE optional courses on students’ fitness health,so as to provide some reference to the theory and practice of PE optional *** the deepening of college PE teaching reforms,PE optional courses have already turned into a basic organizational form of PE and health curriculum in regular colleges and exhibited a unique charm,favored by a wide range of *** what is the impact on female college students’ fitness health of different optional courses? And how can curriculum management and practice efficiently regulate and control different items of teaching? In order to overcome the shortcoming of the existing image encryption schemes [1, 2], a novel self- adaptive image security system using bit-level operation based on hyper-chaos is presented. In the proposed scheme, a 2D Logistic chaotic map is used to scramble the position of image pixels. Then, in order to obtain the effect of diffusion, the pseudorandom sequences generated by hyper-chaotic system are utilized to change the values of permutated image pixels. Simulation experiment results indicate that the proposed algorithm is of high security. It can not only possess a large key space but can also resist exhaustive attack, differential attack and chosen-plaintext attack, etc.

＜正＞On the basis of different principles and criteria, the classification of prestressed steel structures is generalized and improved in this paper, and then several typical projects concerning the practical applications of prestressed steel structure are briefly introduced herein, which the authors have experienced According to the authors’ theoretical study and project practice in recent years, key technologies of construction for prestressed steel structures are summarized （including cable system selection, cable fabrication and installation, cable tension and adjustment）. Finally, the preliminary theory of VT technology （virtual tension）, a new technology applied to cable tensile construction, is presented.
