The unique properties of bulk metallic glass(BMG)render it an excellent material for bone-implant *** samples are difficult to produce directly because of the critical cooling rate of *** in additive manufacturing technologies,such as selective laser melting(SLM),have enabled the development of *** successful production of materials via SLM relies significantly on the processing parameters;meanwhile,the overall energy density affects the crystallization and,thus,the final ***,to further determine the effects of the processing parameters,SLM is performed in this study to print Fe-based BMG with different properties three dimensionally using selected processing parameters but a constant energy *** printed amorphous Fe-based BMG outperforms the typical 316 L stainless steel(316 L SS)in terms of mechanical properties and corrosion ***,observations from nanoindentation tests indicate that the hardness and elastic modulus of the Fe-based BMG can be customized explicitly by adjusting the SLM processing *** cytotoxicity results show that the Fe-based BMG can enhance the viability of SAOS2 cells,as compared with 316 L *** intriguing results show that Fe-based BMG should be investigated further for orthopedic implant applications.

Background The change of anaerobic exercise abilities during and after a high-altitude expedition or hypoxic exposure is not well studied. To evaluate the effects of an extreme-altitude expedition on anaerobic performance, the lO-second supramaximal test and endocrine hormones were evaluated before and after an expedition to Peak Lenin. Methods Four subjects （3 male and 1 female, age （30.5＋16.5） years） were recruited into the study. Three sets of tests were performed, including a basic test at sea level and 20 days before first arrival at the base camp （3600 m）, a middle test done at day after returning from the summit to the base camp and the post test at the lOth day after return to the sea level. Both the supramaximal test, performed by a cycle ergometer, and body composition, performed by bioelectrical impedance analysis, were completed before the basic test and post test. The endocrine hormones including cortisol, growth hormone, testosterone, noradrenaline, adrenaline, dopamine, glucagon and β-endorphin were measured at all tests. Results Comparing the conditions before and after the expedition, the body measurement parameters were decreased alter the expedition, i.e., body weight （-4.22%, P〈O.05）, fat-free mass （-2.09%, P〈O.01） and body fat （-8.95%, P=0.172）. The peak power relative/body weight ratio （PP/BW） was similar （（9.70±1.97） vs （9.11±1.80） W/kg, P=-0.093）, while mean power/body weight ratio （MP/BW） was reduced significantly after the expedition （（9.14±1.77） vs （8.33±1.74） W/kg, P 〈0.05）. Peak power/fat-free mass （PP/FFM）, mean power/fat-free mass （MP/FFM） and fatigue index （FI） were significantly lower after the expedition （PP/FFM：（11.95±1.71） vs （10.99±1.59） W/kg, P 〈0.05; MP/FFM：（11.26±1.50） vs （10.04±1.55） W/kg, P〈O.O05; FI （85.55±4.17）% vs （77.25±4.40）%, P〈O.05）. We demonstrate inorganic halide perovskite quantum-dots-based white light-emitting diodes via three different geometries, including liquid, solid, and hybrid types. Problems of fast anion exchange and aggregation in the cases of liquidand solid-type devices are discussed in detail and push us to move towards the fabrication of a hybrid-type device structure. The experiment results illustrate that a hybrid-type device has the highest luminance efficiency(51 lm/W) and a wide color gamut(122% of NTSC and 91% of Rec. 2020). Therefore, we conclude that a hybrid-type device can provide an outstanding color gamut for high color gamut display applications.

FACILLE modified sodium hyaluronate gel was designed to be used for nasolabial fold (NLF) correction. However, no study has investigated the long-term safety and effectiveness of FACILLE. Thus, a retrospective study of 14 aesthetic clinics in China was conducted. This was the first large-scale, postmarketing study on FACILLE to evaluate the occurrence of adverse events (AEs) and provide essential information on the satisfaction of patients with FACILLE injections. This study recruited participants aged >18 years. FACILLE was injected into the NLFs on both sides of each participant’s face. The primary endpoint for safety was systemic or severe AEs at an injection site. Effectiveness was assessed on the basis of the participants’ subjective perceptions and satisfaction levels. Safety and effectiveness data were collected on the day of injection and at 2 weeks and 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 months postinjection. In total, 1552 participants were enrolled (mean age, 29.1 years), and most of them (96.5%) were women. The mean injection volume was 1.39 ± 0.658 mL, and the average number of injections was 2.4 ± 1.68. AEs were reported by 205 participants (13.2%). All AEs occurred at local injection sites. No systemic or severe AEs were observed. Local pain was the most frequently reported AE regardless of the number of injections or the injection volume. Only eight AE cases were correlated with FACILLE administration, with two cases involving local allergic reactions. The participants self-reported that they perceived the procedure to have an effectiveness of ≥90% within 6 months postinjection although this percentage decreased substantially after 9 months. Their satisfaction level was >90% within 1 month postinjection but decreased gradually after 3 months. Our results indicate that the long-term safety of FACILLE injection is adequate. It is necessary to confirm the personal data factors and the rules of verification before conducting personal data detection. So that the detection method can be written in the subsequent implementation of the automatic detection tool. This paper will conduct experiments on common personal data factor rules, including domestic personal identity numbers and credit card numbers with checksums. We use ChatGPT to test the accuracy of identifying personal information like ID card identification numbers or credit card numbers. And then use personal data correlation to reduce the time for personal data identification. Although the number of personal information factors found has decreased, it has had a better effect on the actual manual personal data identification. The result shows that it saves about 45% of the calculation time, and the execution efficiency of the accuracy is also improved with the original method by about 22%, which is about 2.2 times higher than the general method. Therefore, the method proposed in this paper can accurately and effectively find out the leftover personal information in the enterprise. .
