An Effective Approach for the Preparation of High Performance Thermal Conductive Polymer Composites Containing Liquid Metal

The preparation of high-performance thermal conductive composites containing liquid metals(LM)has attracted significant ***,the stable dispersion of LM within polymer solution and effective property contribution of liquid metals remains significant challenges that need to be *** by the properties of the dendritic structure of the tree root system in grasping the soil,“shear-induced precipitation-interfacial reset-reprotonation”processing strategy is proposed to prepare nanocomposites based on aramid micron fibers(AMFs)with hierarchical dendritic *** to the combination of van der Waals force provided by hierarchical dendritic structure,electrostatic interaction between AMFs and LM,coordinative bonding of―NH to LM,together with interfacial re-setting and multi-step protonation,several features can be achieved through such strategy:conducive to the local filler network construction,improvement of interfacial interaction,improvement of the stability of filler dispersion in the solvent,and enhancement of mechanical and thermal properties of the *** resulting AMFsp H=4/LM films demonstrate a thermal conductivity of 10.98 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at 70%filler content,improvement of 126.8%compared to ANFs/LM film;while maintaining a strength of~85.88 MPa,improvement of 77%compared to AMFs/LM *** also possess insulation properties,enable heat dissipation for high power *** work provides an effective strategy for the preparation of high performance polymer composites containing liquid metal.

Traditional garnet solid electrolyte(Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12))suffers from low room temperature ionic conductivity,poor air stability,high sintering temperature and energy *** the development prospects of high-entropy materials with high structural disorder and strong component controllability in the field of electrochemical energy storage,herein,a novel high-entropy garnet-type oxide solid electrolyte,Li_(5.75)Ga_(0.25)La_(3)Zr_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)Sn_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)O_(12)(LGLZTSNO)was constructed by partially replacing the Li and Zr sites in Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)with Ga and Ti/Sn/Nb elements,*** experimental and density functional theory(DFT)calculation results show that the high-entropy LGLZTSNO electrolyte has preferable room temperature ion conductivity,air stability,interface contact performance with lithium anode,and the ability to suppress lithium *** to the improvement of electrolyte performance,the critical current density of Li/Ag@LGLZTSNO/Li symmetric cell was increased from 0.42 to 1.57 mA cm^(−2),and the interface area specific impedance(IASR)was reduced from 765.2 to 42.3Ωcm^(2).Meanwhile,the Li/Ag@LGLZTSNO/LFP full cell also exhibits excellent rate performance and cycling performance(148 mA h g^(−1)at 0.1 C and 124 mA h g^(−1)at 0.5 C,capacity retention up to 84.8%after 100 cycles at 0.1 C),showing the application prospects of high-entropy LGLZTSNO solid electrolyte in high-performance all solid state lithium batteries.

A novel fracture-cavity reservoir outcrop geological knowledge base construction method considering parameter collection and processing, mutual transformation of data-knowledge, application and update

This study endeavors to formulate a comprehensive methodology for establishing a Geological Knowledge Base(GKB) tailored to fracture-cavity reservoir outcrops within the North Tarim Basin. The acquisition of quantitative geological parameters was accomplished through diverse means such as outcrop observations, thin section studies, unmanned aerial vehicle scanning, and high-resolution cameras. Subsequently, a three-dimensional digital outcrop model was generated, and the parameters were standardized. An assessment of traditional geological knowledge was conducted to delineate the knowledge framework, content, and system of the GKB. The basic parameter knowledge was extracted using multiscale fine characterization techniques, including core statistics, field observations, and microscopic thin section analysis. Key mechanism knowledge was identified by integrating trace elements from filling, isotope geochemical tests, and water-rock simulation experiments. Significant representational knowledge was then extracted by employing various methods such as multiple linear regression, neural network technology, and discriminant classification. Subsequently, an analogy study was performed on the karst fracture-cavity system(KFCS) in both outcrop and underground reservoir settings. The results underscored several key findings:(1) Utilization of a diverse range of techniques,including outcrop observations, core statistics, unmanned aerial vehicle scanning, high-resolution cameras, thin section analysis, and electron scanning imaging, enabled the acquisition and standardization of data. This facilitated effective management and integration of geological parameter data from multiple sources and scales.(2) The GKB for fracture-cavity reservoir outcrops, encompassing basic parameter knowledge, key mechanism knowledge, and significant representational knowledge, provides robust data support and systematic geological insights for the intricate and in-depth examination of the genetic

Cross-linked Electrospun Gel Polymer Electrolytes for Lithium-Ion Batteries

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)benefit from an effective electrolyte system design in both terms of their safety and energy storage ***,a series of precursor membranes with high porosity were produced using electrospinning technology by mixing PVDF and triblock copolymer(PS-PEO-PS),resulting in a porous structure with good interconnections,which facilitates the absorbency of a large amount of electrolyte and further increases the ionic conductivity of gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs).It has been demonstrated that post-cross-linking of the precursor membranes increa ses the rigidity of the nanofibers,which allows the polymer film to be dimensionally sta ble up to 260℃while maintaining superior electrochemical *** obtained cross-linked GPEs(CGPEs)showed high ionic conductivity up to 4.53×10^(-3)S·cm^(-1).With the CGPE-25,the assembled Li/LiFeP04 half cells exhibited good rate capability and maintained a capacity of 99.4%and a coulombic efficiency of99.3%at 0.1 *** results suggest that the combination of electrospinning technique and post-cross-linking is an effective method to construct polymer electrolytes with high thermal stability and steadily decent electrochemical performance,particularly useful for Lithium-ion battery applications that require high-temperature usage.

In recent years,countries worldwide have actively advocated electric vehicles for environmental ***-ever,restrictions on the driving range and charging have hampered the promotion of electric *** study proposes a portable,auxiliary photovoltaic power system based on a foldable scissors mechanism for electric *** system includes a photovoltaic power generation module and an electricity transfer *** photovoltaic power generation module built based on a foldable scissors mechanism is five times smaller than in its unfolded state,improving its portability in its folded *** electricity transfer module transfers electricity into the cabin via wireless power transfer units and stores electricity in *** simulation exper-iments were conducted to evaluate the system’s performance:maximum output power of 1.736 W is measured when the load is 5Ω,while maximum wireless power transfer efficiency is up to 57.7% with 10Ω *** elec-tric vehicle in chengdu city was simulated for a case *** results show that the annual output of a single photovoltaic power system can drive the MINIEV for 423.625 km,indicating that the proposed system would be able to supply power for electric vehicles as an auxiliary power supply system.

Metabolic disorders and hepatitis: Insights from a Mendelian randomization study

BACKGROUND Hepatitis is a systemic disease that often results in various ***-bolic disorders,the most common comorbidities in clinical practice,were selected for this *** To investigate the causal relationship between comorbidities and hepatitis trea-tment *** A total of 23583378 single nucleotide polymorphisms from 1248743 cases and related summaries of genome-wide association studies were obtained from online public databases.A two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR)was performed to investigate causality between exposure[type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2D),hyperlipidemia,and hypertension]and outcome(chronic hepatitis B or C in-fections).RESULTS The data supported the causal relationship between comorbidities and hepatitis infections,which will affect the severity of hepatitis progression and will also provide a reference for clinical *** three exposures showed a link with progression of both hepatitis B(T2D,P=0.851;hyperlipidemia,P=0.596;and hypertension,P=0.346)and hepatitis C(T2D,P=0.298;hyperlipidemia,P=0.141;and hypertension,P=0.035).CONCLUSION The results of MR support a possible causal relationship between different ex-posures(T2D,hyperlipidemia,and hypertension)and chronic hepatitis progression;however,the potential mechanisms still need to be elucidated.

High-Performance Recyclable Furan-based Epoxy Resin and Its Carbon Fiber Composites with Dense Hydrogen Bonding

The emerging biomass-based epoxy vitrimers hold great potential to fulfill the requirements for sustainable development of *** the existence of dynamic chemical bonds in vitrimers often reduces both the thermal and mechanical properties of epoxy resins, it is challenging to produce recyclable epoxy vitrimers with both excellent mechanical properties and good thermal stability. Herein, a monomer 4-(((5-(hydroxymethyl)furan-2-yl)methylene)amino)phenol(FCN) containing furan ring with potential to form high density of hydrogen bonding among repeating units is designed and copolymerized with glycerol triglycidyl ether to yield epoxy resin(FCN-GTE), which intrinsically has dual hydrogen bond networks, dynamic imine structure and resultant high performance. Importantly, as compared to the BPA-GTE, the FCN-GTE exhibits significantly improved mechanical properties owing to the increased density of hydrogen bond network and physical crosslinking interaction. Furthermore, density functional theory(DFT) calculation and in situ FTIR analysis is conducted to decipher the formation mechanism of hydrogen bond network. In addition, the FCN-GTE possesses superior UV shielding, chemical degradation, and recyclability because of the existence of abundant imine bonds. Notably, the FCN-GTE-based carbon fiber composites could be completely recycled in an amine *** study provides a facile strategy for synthesizing recyclable biomass-based high-performance epoxy vitrimers and carbon fiber composites.
