Dermatomyositis,an idiopathic inflammatory myopathy,is characterized by distinctive skin manifestations,proximal muscle weakness,and multiple organ involvement and can be accompanied by *** provide a reference for dermatologists and clinicians in other relevant fields of clinical practice,experts from the Dermatology Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Health Care and the National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases developed this consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of adult dermatomyositis using Chinese and international literature and expert advice.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

基于网络药理学和动物实验研究麝香通心滴丸防治糖尿病心肌病的作用机制

通过网络药理学、分子对接及动物实验探究麝香通心滴丸(Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills,STDP)防治糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)的作用机制。借助BATMAN、TCMSP、GeneCards等数据库筛选STDP防治DCM的活性成分及作用靶点,利用STRING数据库及Cytoscape软件构建STDP防治DCM作用靶点的蛋白-蛋白相互作用(protein-protein inte-raction,PPI)网络及“药物-活性成分-靶点”网络,通过DAVID数据库对作用靶点进行GO和KEGG富集分析,采用AutoDock Vina软件对关键信号通路核心受体蛋白与其对应活性成分进行分子对接验证。采用高脂喂养联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方法建立DCM大鼠模型,分为对照组、模型组、STDP低剂量组(20 mg·kg^(-1))、STDP高剂量组(40 mg·kg^(-1))、二甲双胍组(200 mg·kg^(-1));连续给药8周后超声心动图检测各组大鼠心功能,苏木精-伊红(hematoxylin-eosin,HE)染色观察各组大鼠心肌病理改变,天狼猩红染色检测各组大鼠心肌胶原纤维沉积,WGA染色检测心肌肥大程度,蛋白免疫印迹法检测各组大鼠心肌组织中p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase,p38)、磷酸化p38(phosphorylation-p38,p-p38)、c-Jun氨基末端激酶(c-Jun N-terminal kinase,JNK)、磷酸化JNK(phosphorylation-JNK,p-JNK)、caspase-3及C-caspase-3蛋白的表达。网络药理学筛选得到STDP活性成分199种,对应靶点1655个,与463个DCM疾病靶点取交集,得到134个STDP防治DCM的潜在作用靶点,并筛选出糖尿病并发症中的AGE-RAGE信号通路;分子对接结果显示miltirone、dehydromiltirone和tryptanthrin与RAGE均有较好的结合力。动物实验结果证实,STDP可有效保护DCM大鼠心功能,与模型组比较,STDP低、高剂量组p-p38、p-JNK、C-caspase-3蛋白表达水平均显著降低。综上,SDTP可能通过影响AGE-RAGE信号通路发挥对DCM大鼠心功能的保护作用。

以青海海北高寒草地为研究对象,进行连续8 a的模拟放牧和围栏封育野外试验,研究模拟放牧和围栏封育对高寒草地地上植物群落和地下土壤线虫群落组成、物种多样性及其营养类群的影响,揭示植物群落结构与土壤线虫之间的相关性.结果表明,与围栏封育相比较,模拟放牧使植物群落物种丰富度、物种多样性指数升高,禾草类重要值显著下降而杂类草重要值显著上升.模拟放牧会显著降低食细菌线虫和杂食-捕食线虫的密度,对植物寄生线虫和食真菌线虫密度没有显著影响.总体上模拟放牧会显著降低土壤0~10 cm表层线虫群落组成和数量,但对线虫优势属没有产生影响.模拟放牧管理措施通过影响植物群落间接影响土壤线虫群落多样性,对土壤线虫与植物群落的相关关系产生一定的影响.

The elastic scattering angular distributions of ^(13)C at 340 MeV and ^(14)C at 294 MeV and 342 MeV on a ^(208)Pb target,which correspond to approximately five times the Coulomb barriers,were measured at the Radioactive Ion Beam line in *** data were analyzed within the optical model and continuum-discretized coupled-channels(CDCC)framework,and the results of both calculations could effectively account for the experimental *** differential cross sections of elastic scattering revealed no particular suppression at the Coulomb nuclear interference peak angles,suggesting that the breakup coupling effects on the elastic scattering angular distributions were negligibly small in this incident energy *** contributions from the couplings with inelastic states to the elastic cross sections were of minor importance within the angular range covered by these experiments.

随着引调水工程逐步向信息化、智能化和孪生化发展,针对各层级通信网络与通信技术在适配性上存在的诸多问题,分别建立了技术、智能和经济3项一级指标及带宽、时延、可靠性、安全性、灵活性、先进性、扩展性、建设成本和运维成本9项二级指标,搭建出引调水工程通信网络性能指标模型,并将AHP与FCE相结合,构建了基于AHP-FCE模型的引调水通信网络评价体系,最后以滇中引水工程通信网络为例,利用该模型计算得到引调水工程通信网络汇聚层和接入层最适配的通信技术分别为OSU-OTN和全光PON。可见所构建的指标模型及AHP-FCE评价体系不仅能对滇中引水工程设计、实施提供指引,也能为类似的技术选型工作提供了一种新的思路和方法。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

子宫颈腺鳞癌根治性放化疗与开腹手术肿瘤学结局对比研究

目的探讨根治性放化疗与开腹手术治疗子宫颈腺鳞癌的肿瘤学结局。方法基于中国子宫颈癌临床诊疗项目大数据库筛选子宫颈腺鳞癌患者,以国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)2018分期作为分层依据,比较根治性放化疗与开腹手术患者肿瘤学结局。结果 (1)初始入组:根治性放化疗组97例,开腹手术组373例。根治性放化疗组5年总生存率(OS)与5年无病生存率(DFS)均差于开腹手术组(OS:69.2%vs. 83.7%,P<0.001;DFS:57.8%vs.81.3%,P<0.001)。Cox多因素分析显示根治性放化疗是影响患者肿瘤学结局的独立危险因素(OS:HR=2.094,95%CI 1.243~3.530,P=0.006;DFS:HR=2.477,95%CI 1.585~3.871,P<0.001)(2)ⅡB期及以内病例两组分别为36例和248例。两组5年OS与DFS差异无统计学意义(OS:89.9%vs. 88.3%,P=0.813;DFS:83.6%vs. 86.7%,P=0.510)。Cox多因素分析显示两组肿瘤学结局差异无统计学意义(OS:HR=0.731,95%CI 0.152~3.520,P=0.696;DFS:HR=0.726,95%CI 0.218~2.417,P=0.601)。(3)ⅢC期根治性放化疗组20例,开腹手术组100例。两组5年OS及DFS均提示开腹手术有着更优的肿瘤学结局(OS:44.6%vs. 65.9%,P=0.007;DFS:39.7%vs. 61.5%,P=0.012)。但Cox多因素分析显示两组肿瘤学结局差异无统计学意义(OS:HR=2.091,95%CI 0.936~4.672,P=0.072;DFS:HR=1.748,95%CI 0.827~3.692,P=0.143)。(4)Ⅲ~Ⅳ期根治性放化疗组48例,开腹手术组102例。两组5年OS差异无统计学意义,开腹手术组有更优的5年DFS(OS:58.7%vs. 66.9%,P=0.160;DFS:38.9%vs. 62.4%,P=0.012)。但Cox多因素分析显示,两组肿瘤学结局差异无统计学意义(OS:HR=2.126,95%CI 0.998~4.537,P=0.051;DFS:HR=1.855,95%CI 0.914~3.766,P=0.087)。结论总体上子宫颈腺鳞癌患者根治性放化疗肿瘤学结局差于开腹手术;但经Cox多因素进一步分层分析,无论是ⅡB期以内患者还是ⅡB期以上期别的患者,两种治疗方式5年肿瘤学结局无显著性差异。
