The Zhongjiang gas field is a typical large gas field in terrigenous strata of the Western Sichuan *** remains debatable which member of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation served as the source rock. and how significant the member contributed to the gas accumulations in the Zhongjiang gas *** this study,we analyzed the essential characteristics of the Lower Jurassic source rock. and the geochemical features of light hydrocarbons in natural gas from the 2nd(T_(3)χ^(2))and 4th members(T_(3)χ^(4))of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation(T_(3)χ),as well as the Middle Jurassic Shaximiao(J_(2)s)and q.anfoya(J_(2)q.*** on this,we explored the sources of the natural gas in the Zhongjiang gas field and determined the natural gas migration patterns and their effects on the properties of light hydrocarbons in the natural *** results indicate that the Lower Jurassic lacustrine source rock. of the Zhongjiang gas field contain humic organic matter,with vitrinite reflectance(R_(0))values ranging from 0.86%to 0.98%.Samples meeting the criterion for effective source rock.[total organic carbon(TOC)content≥0.75%]exhibited an average TOC content of merely 1.02%,suggesting significantly lower hydrocarbon generation potential than source rock. in the underlying T3x,which show higher thermal maturity and TOC *** natural gas samples from T_(3)χ^(2),T_(3)χ^(4),J_(2)s,and J_(2)q.reservoirs,their C_(5-7)iso-alk.ne content was significantly higher than their n-alk.ne content,and their methylcyclohexane(MCH)index ranged from 59.0%to 77.3%,indicating the predominance of methylcyclohexane in C_(7)light *** indicated by the origin identification and gas-source correlation based on the geochemical features of light hydrocarbons,the natural gas in the Zhongjiang gas field is typical coal-derived *** gas from the primary pay zone of the Shaximiao Formation,with significantly high k.(1),(P_(2)+N_(2))/C_(7),and P_(3)/C_(7)values,predominantly ori

With the increasing demand for beauty and health,clear aligners(CAs)have been widely applied among patients with ***,patients treated with CAs also face some potential complications,such as demineralization,dental caries,and periodontal *** addition,some patients have additional needs to improve their q.ality of life,such as bleaching *** order to prevent or solve these problems,the modification of CAs is a promising method because their extensive long-term contact with tooth surfaces mak.s them ideal devices for implementing adjuvant medical *** this review,we discuss various advanced CAs with medical functions based on the clinical needs of *** far as we k.ow,the additional functions of CAs mainly include antibacterial,remineralization,whitening,and accelerating tooth *** functions are achieved by two major pathways,the combination of CAs with drugs/biomaterials and increasing the capacity or affinity of *** addition,we discuss the current limitations of in vitro experiments which are designed to explore the effectiveness and properties of novel CAs,and the challenges of bringing a multifunctional appliance from proposal to clinical *** the end of this review,we provide insights into the broader prospects for the improvement of CAs.

Biologic therapy, such as those that target tumor necrosis factor(TNF) signaling, has proven to be an efficacious method of treatment for patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) with regards to symptom management and mucosal healing. However, the rising prevalence of IBD worldwide and the everincreasing burden of biologic pharmaceuticals in the health care industry is alarming for insurance companies, clinicians, and patients. The impending patent expiry and the relatively high costs of biologics, particularly anti-TNF agents, have paved the way for biosimilar development for IBD. The United States Food and Drug Administration defines a biosimilar as a biological product that is highly similar to its reference medicinal product, with no clinically meaningful differences in terms of safety, purity, and potency. The hope with biosimilars is that their entry into the mark.t will be able to drive competition between pharmaceutical companies to reduce prices lik. that of the generic mark.t, and that access to appropriate biologic treatments for IBD patients is increased in the long-term. Yet, there are challenging issues such as indication extrapolation and interchangeability that are still being debated in the field of IBD and must be addressed in future issued guidance. This review will discuss the issues and implications concerning the use of biosimilar therapy for IBD.

Interest in the dynamics of soil respiration(R_(S))in subalpine forest ecosystems is increasing due to their high soil carbon density and potential sensitivity to environmental ***,as a principal silvicultural practice,the long-term impacts of thinning on R_(S) and its heterotrophic and autotrophic respiration components(R_(h) and Ra,respectively)in subalpine plantations are poorly understood,espe-cially in winter.A 3-year field observation was carried out with consideration of winter CO_(2) efflux in middle-aged sub-alpine spruce plantations in northwestern China.A trench-ing method was used to explore the long-term impacts of thinning on Rs,Rn and R_(a).Seventeen years after thinning,mean annual Rs,Rn and R_(a) increased,while the contribu-tion of R_(h) to R_(s) decreased with thinning *** significantly decreased winter R,because of the reduction in R_(n) but had no significant effect on *** temperature sensitivity(q.(10))of R_(h) and R_(a) also increased with thinning intensity,with lower q.(10) values for R_(h)(2.1-2.6)than for Ra(2.4-2.8).The results revealed the explanatory variables and pathways related to R_(n) and R_(a) *** increased soil moisture and nitrate nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N),and the enhanced nitrogen and water availability promoted R_(h) and R_(a) by improving fine root biomass and microbial *** results highlight the positive roles of NO_(3)^(-)-N in stimulating R_(s) components following long-term ***,applications of nitrogen fertilizer are not recommended while thinning subalpine spruce plantations from the perspective of reducing soil CO_(2) *** increased q.(10) values of R_(s) components indicate that a large increase in soil CO_(2) emissions would be expected following thinning because of more pronounced climate warming in alpineregions.

The ground-state mass excess of the T_(z)=−2 drip-line nucleus ^(22)Al is measured for the first time as 18103(10)k.V using the newly-developed Bρ-defined isochronous mass spectrometry method at the cooler storage ring in *** new mass excess value allowed us to determine the excitation energies of the two low-lying 1+states in ^(22)Al with significantly reduced uncertainties of 51 *** compared to the analogue states in its mirror nucleus ^(22)F,the mirror energy differences of the two 1^(+)states in the ^(22)Al-^(22)F mirror pair are determined to be−625(51)k.V and−330(51)*** excitation energies and mirror energy differences are used to test the state-of-the-art ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group calculations with four sets of interactions derived from the chiral effective field *** mechanism leading to the large mirror energy differences is investigated and attributed to the occupation of theπs_(1/2) orbital.

Obesity has become a significant global public health issue. Previous studies have found that the chenpi has the anti-obesity activity. However， the anti-obesity phytochemicals and their mechanisms are still unclear. This study investigated the anti-obesity phytochemicals and molecular mechanisms involved in treating obesity by chenpi through network.pharmacology and molecular dock.ng. Seventeen bioactive phytochemicals from chenpi and its 475 related anti-obesity targets have been identified. The k.GG pathway analysis showed that the PI3k.Ak. signaling pathway， MAPk.signaling pathway， AMPk.signaling pathway， and NF-k.ppa B signaling pathway are the main signaling pathways involved in the anti-obesity effect of chenpi. According to molecular dock.ng analysis， the phytochemicals of chenpi can bind to central anti-obesity targets. Based on the ADMET analysis and network.pharmacology results， tangeretin exhibited the lowest predicted toxicity and the highest potential for anti-obesity effects. In the in vitro lipid accumulation model， tangeretin effectively suppressed the FFA-induced lipid in HepG2 cells by upregulating the PI3k.Ak./GSk.β signaling pathway based on the result of q.PCR and Western Blotting. The outcomes of this research give insights for future research on the anti-obesity phytochemicals and molecular mechanisms derived from chenpi， also providing the theoretical basis for developing anti-obesity functional foods based on chenpi.

This paper proposes a secure output regulation (SOR) scheme for network.switched systems(NSSs) experiencing severely unstable dynamics (SUDs). This scheme aims to address the complex consecutive asynchrony caused by long-duration denial-of-service (LDDoS) attack.. When the denial-of-service(DoS) attack.lasts longer than the dwell time of each subsystem, switching to a new subsystem is necessary to manage the unstable dynamic behavior caused by SUDs. The controller cannot immediately obtain information about the new modality. However, owing to the delayed access to new modality information by the controller, consecutive asynchrony occurs. To tack.e this, we propose a resilient switching rule that mitigates the impact of consecutive asynchrony by choosing the optimal subsystem once the minimum dwell time is met. Multi-stage event-triggering mechanisms (METMs) are proposed to coordinate with switching signals by incorporating modality matching conditions and a switching-q.learning algorithm. These mechanisms reduce asynchronous durations by aligning modality matching conditions and terminating attack. using attack.parameters. This control scheme for SOR of NSSs with SUDs disturbed by LDDoS attack. provides a detailed analysis of dynamic switching behavior, leveraging the resilient switching rule and METMs. Finally,the feasibility of the proposed methodology is substantiated through simulations with an F-18 aircraft model.
