中温质子导体电解池型氨合成反应器研究

当前传统的氨气规模化生产造成了大量的能源消耗和碳排放,需要寻找一种低碳的技术途径,因此,绿氨合成成为“双碳”背景下的重要研究课题之一。质子导体型陶瓷电解池(Protonic Ceramic Electrolysis Cells,PCECs)可采用可再生电力电解水蒸气原位制氢,有望用作绿氨合成反应器。本研究采用Ni-BaCe_(0.7)Zr_(0.1)Y_(0.2)O_(3)−δ(BCZY)多孔复合陶瓷,研究了质子导体燃料电极的材料特性和合成氨反应条件,650℃时获得了1.04×10^(−10) mol/(s·cm^(2))合成氨速率。基于以上结果,以等静压-浸渍-共烧的工艺方法制备了活性面积达到10 cm^(2)的管式质子导体型电解池。其在650℃,1.4 V电压下获得3 A电解电流,并在合成氨工况条件下稳定运行;管式电池原位产氢能够用于Ni-BCZY燃料电极上的合成氨过程并显著促进了氨产率的提升,合成氨速率达到7.02×10^(−10) mol/(s·cm^(2))。200 h的测试结果表明,电解池的电化学性能与合成氨速率均表现出良好的稳定性,显示了作为绿氨合成反应器的潜力。

The Jovian magnetosphere is modulated by the solar wind and centrifugal force. The configuration of the magnetic field in the previous model of the magnetosphere including the centrifugal force is consistent with the observations at low magnetic latitude （Λ〈50°）, while there is a substantial difference between the results of the model and the observations at high magnetic latitude （Λ≥50°）, especially in the distant magnetotail. Based on the previous model, a new configuration of the Jovian magnetosphere in the night side is suggested by a three-step transformation in this study. The new magnetosphere obtained by the transformation method is flattened in the z-direction and stretched in the x-direction in distant magnetotail, which agree with general knowledge.

The numerical stability of the extended alternating-direction-implicit-finite-difference-time-domain （ADI-FDTD） method including lumped models is analyzed. Three common lumped models are investigated： resistor, capacitor, and inductor, and three different formulations for each model are analyzed： the explicit, semi-implicit and implicit schemes. Analysis results show that the extended ADI-FDTD algorithm is not unconditionally stable in the explicit scheme case, and the stability criterion depends on the value of lumped models, but in the semi-implicit and implicit cases, the algorithm is stable. Finally, two simple microstrip circuits including lumped elements are simulated to demonstrate validity of the theoretical results.

Cold rolling and post-deformation annealing(PDA)heat treatments were used to produce heterogeneous grain structures(HGS)in a single-phase face-centered cubic(fcc)Cr_(10)Co_(30)Fe_(30)Ni_(30)high-entropy alloy(HEA).The microstructural evolution and microstructure-property relationship of the HEA were systematically studied under different *** could be achieved in PDA-treated samples at 875℃for 20 s and at 900℃for 20 s(PDA-900-20 s).PDA-900-20 s sample exhibits the most excellent combination of strength and ductility,showing a tensile yield strength of~590 MPa,an ultimate strength of~706 MPa and a total elongation of~23.9%.Additionally,compared with the homogenized counterpart exhibiting homogenous grains,PDA-900-20 s sample displays a notable increment of~413%in yield strength and simultaneously maintains a good *** dominated strengthening mechanisms in PDA-900-20 s sample are grain-boundary strengthening and heterogeneous deformation-induced(HDI)strengthening,whereas the good ductility is mainly resulted from the HDI ***,the present study provides an effective and simple pathway to overcome the strength-ductility tradeoff of typical fcc HEAs through heterogeneous microstructure.

It is well known that aurorae are prominent on planets with a global magnetic field and occur where open magnetic field lines *** UV spectrometer used for investigating the characteristics of the atmosphere of Mars(SPICAM)on board the Mars Express made the first observation of auroral-type emission in the cusp region of the strong crustal magnetic field on Mars and found that the arc of the Martian aurora zone is very narrow in width,which obviously differs from that of other *** on the observation,we put forward a model of a crustal magnetic field on the Martian aurora zone through the morphology of Martian *** the model,equivalent currents are proposed;the topology and magnitude of the magnetic field generated by these equivalent currents are consistent with that of the crustal magnetic field in the Martian aurora *** morphology of the Martian aurora zone generated through the model matches well with the observations made by the Mars Express orbiter.
