The TP53 tumor suppressor is the most frequently altered gene in human cancers,and has been a major focus of oncology *** p53 protein is a transcription factor that can activate the expression of multiple target genes and plays critical roles in regulating cell cycle,apoptosis,and genomic stability,and is widely regarded as the“guardian of the genome”.Accumulating evidence has shown that p53 also regulates cell metabolism,ferroptosis,tumor microenvironment,autophagy and so on,all of which contribute to tumor *** in TP53 not only impair its tumor suppressor function,but also confer oncogenic properties to p53 *** p53 is mutated and inactivated in most malignant tumors,it has been a very attractive target for developing new anti-cancer ***,until recently,p53 was considered an“undruggable”target and little progress has been made with p53-targeted ***,we provide a systematic review of the diverse molecular mechanisms of the p53 signaling pathway and how TP53 mutations impact tumor *** also discuss key structural features of the p53 protein and its inactivation by oncogenic *** addition,we review the efforts that have been made in p53-targeted therapies,and discuss the challenges that have been encountered in clinical development.

为探究国内外建筑垃圾/废弃物在道路工程中的应用研究进展,筛选了CNKI数据库2001—2022年386篇期刊论文和WoS数据库2007—2022年449篇期刊论文进行可视化分析,利用CiteSpace软件绘制了发文数量、关键词聚类等科学知识图谱。研究结果表明:该领域的研究自2008年起呈快速增长趋势,中英文期刊论文发文量均在2020年达到顶峰;国内外都广泛地将建筑垃圾/废弃物应用到道路工程中,并对其性能、机理等各方面展开了深入的研究,但国外的研究面更广,研究手段、理论水平、技术方法针对性也更强。未来,该领域的研究将会更倾向于再生技术、可持续发展和环境保护等方面。

Raindrop size distribution(DSD)plays a crucial role in enhancing the accuracy of radar quantitative precipitation estimates in the Tibetan Plateau(TP).However,there is a notable scarcity of long-term,high-resolution observations in this *** address this issue,long-term observations from a two-dimensional video disdrometer(2DVD)were leveraged to refine the radar and satellite-based algorithms for quantifying precipitation in the hinterland of the *** was observed that weak precipitation(R<1,mm h-1)accounts for 86%of the total precipitation time,while small raindrops(D<2 mm)comprise 99%of the total raindrop ***,the average spectral width of the DSD increases with increasing rain *** DSD characteristics of convective and stratiform precipitation were discussed across five different rain rates,revealing that convective precipitation in Yangbajain(YBJ)exhibits characteristics similar to maritime-like *** constrained relationships between the slopeΛand shapeμ,D_(m)and N_(w)of gamma DSDs were ***,we established a correlation between the equivalent diameter and drop axis ratio and found that raindrops on the TP attain a nearly spherical ***,the application of the rainfall retrieval algorithms of the dual-frequency precipitation radar in the TP is improved based on the statistical results of the DSD.

CEO compensation stickiness represents an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of compensation *** study uses CEO career experience data and compensation stickiness data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2020 to investigate the compensation contracts’effectiveness of CEOs with diverse career *** findings are as follows:1)Compensation stickiness is more pronounced for CEOs with diverse career *** to the mechanism test,these CEOs with diverse career experiences can obtain compensation incentives by reducing corporate uncertainty perception and improving total factor *** approach leads to increased compensation stickiness and the effectiveness of compensation *** with diverse career experiences may receive excess compensation by raising agency costs,which intensifies compensation stickiness and weakens the effectiveness of compensation contracts.2)Compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant in companies with lower investor protection,which brings about less effective compensation *** contrast,in companies with higher diversification,the compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant,which delivers more effective compensation *** conclusions deepen the research of CEO compensation contracts and provide a helpful reference for CEO compensation management practices.

Thallium(Tl) is a typical toxic heavy metal,with higher toxicity to mammals than Hg,Cd,and *** assessments of its environmental exposure and flux are central to effective management and control of Tl *** paper first presents in detail the environmental exposure and flux of Tl by typical industrial activities utilizing Tl-bearing pyrite minerals to produce sulfuric *** this purpose,sequential extraction and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) were used to investigate total content and geo-chemical partitioning of Tl in raw pyrite ores and solid roasting wastes,thereby uncovering Tl distribution and transformation during the production *** showed that some portions of Tl bearing in the minerals went into vapor,which transferred Tl into different processes;and some portions of Tl went into water during the gas washing procedure,leaving some other portions remained in the solid *** importantly,detailed investigation revealed that 40% of Tl in the pyrite minerals was active,among which 25% of Tl originally in the pyrite minerals was washed into water during gas cleaning process and 15% of active Tl retained in the *** latter portion of active Tl could be possibly transferred to the soil or water with the slag deposal or being reused;and 60% of Tl remained relatively stable in the residual phase.

Comparative characterization of two natural humic acids in the Pearl River Basin, China and their environmental implications

Two humic acids （HAs） were isolated from contaminated river sediments present under comparative conditions in the Pearl River Basin, China. YFHA （the HA extracted at an open pyrite mining area in Yunfu） exhibited a lower absorption intensity for certain bands in the Fourier transform infrared spectra, a lower E 4 /E 6 value （the UV absorbances at 465 nm （E 4 ） and 665 nm （E 6 ））, a lower apparent molecular weight, a lower polarity and a lower oxygen functionality in comparison with GZHA （the HA isolated at an urban living area in Guangzhou）. All these differences indicated a higher degree of humification of YFHA than GZHA. Overall, the enrichment patterns of permanent heavy metals in the studied HAs were similar to those in corresponding sediments. In particular, YFHA exhibited high enrichment of trace element Tl, a characteristic concomitant from the mining of the pyrite minerals. The adsorption isotherms of two HAs for goethite and pyrolusite, two representative geological materials, conformed to the Langmuir equation. Based on the qualitative relationships between the Langmuir constants of the adsorption isotherms and the chemical characteristics of HAs, the main mechanism of HA adsorption on these materials was suggested to be hydrophobic interaction. This study highlighted the promising use of HA as a peculiar bio-indicator of uncommon trace metal contaminations. The HA adsorption mechanism on representative geological materials further provided a theoretical basis for the study on the unusual metal behavior in complex environmental settings.

Synthesis, Antibacterial Activities and Nuclease Properties of Ternary Copper（II） Complex Containing 2-（2＇-Pyridyl）benzothiazole and Glycinate

A new ternary complex [Cu（PBT）（Gly）（H2O）]ClO4 （PBT=2-（2＇-pyridyl）benzothiazole, and Gly=glycinate） has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, and IR methods. The complex, structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, shows a slightly distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry in which two nitrogen atoms of PBT and the carboxylate oxygen atom O and the amino nitrogen atom N of Gly bind at the basal plane, a water molecule is coordinated at the apical position. The complex, Cu（ClO4）2 and flee PBT were each tested for their ability to inhibit the growth of two Gram（--）（Escherichia coil, Salmonella） and two Gram（＋）（Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus） microorganisms. The complex showed good antibacterial activities against the microorganisms compared with free PBT and Cu（C104）2. The interaction between the complex and calf thymus DNA in aqueous solution was investigated using electronic spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroic spectroscopy, and viscosity measurements. Results suggest that the complex could bind to DNA by an intercalative mode. In addition, the result of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that the complex can cleave the plasmid DNA by hydroxyl radicals and singlet oxygen-like species under the condition of physiological pH and room temperature.
