目的病人针灸治疗时,漏针可能造成严重后果。为增强针灸安全性,本研究将开发一个基于深度学习的自动云端数针系统。方法本研究利用拍有针灸针的手机图片为曾预先训练的定向目标检测模型(Oriented R-CNN)进行转移学习,以开发一种能够自动计算图片中针灸针数量的目标检测算法。我们首先拍摄了一个包含590张图片的训练集以及一个包含1025张图片的验证集。随后在带有NVIDIA Tesla T4图形处理器(GPU)的Google Colab环境中部署了MMRotate工具箱为模型进行训练。我们将训练的模型与Telegram bot手机小程序界面集成,并评估模型的准确率、精确率和召回率。本小程序中云端数针系统的速度则以端到端处理时间计算。结果在每张图片20根针的验证集情景中,我们的定向检测模型在准确率、精确率和召回率上分别达到96.49%、99.98%和99.84%,平均端到端处理时间为1.535秒。结论这项云服务系统在速度、准确性和可靠性上的提升展示了深度学习物体检测技术改进针灸实践的潜力。

The mechanism of urea's action in protein denaturation remains largely *** provide an experimental basis for molecular dynamics(MD)simulations on urea-protein interactions,we investigated the effect of urea on human intestinal fatty acid binding protein(hIFABP)by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).Hydrogen-deuterium exchange(HDX)rates at2 M urea indicate that urea affects hIFABP in a residue-specific manner via direct urea-protein interactions and preferentially weakens hydrogen bonds between highly protected ***-specific effects of urea on NMR peak intensities and chemical shifts further support the presence of direct urea-protein ***(2D)water-rotating frame Overhauser enhancement(ROE)data shows one protein-bound water molecule in contact with Val66 and Trp82,one putative bound water molecule in interaction with Thr76 and E-F loop,and that urea at low concentrations cannot displace these protein-bound water *** urea-nuclear Overhauser effect(NOE)experiments using 15N-urea further show no tightly protein-bound urea *** results thus suggest specific,but weak or transient,urea-protein interactions,supporting the direct interaction model of urea denaturation.

为获得更加真实的多孔沥青混合料(PAC)黏附/黏聚失效行为,提出了一种考虑砂浆随机分布的细观有限元建模方法;基于X射线CT扫描和图像处理技术量化了PAC的真实细观结构和砂浆分布,研究了砂浆的随机分布特性;通过可精确控制砂浆厚度的拉拔试验评价了不同厚度砂浆的黏附/黏聚性能,确定了不同厚度砂浆对应的内聚力模型参数;在砂浆-集料边界和砂浆内部嵌入零厚度内聚力单元,并基于PAC内不同区域的砂浆厚度赋予该区域内聚力单元相应的模型参数,最终构建了考虑砂浆随机分布的细观有限元模型(模型A),研究了PAC黏附/黏聚失效行为的细观演化过程。研究结果表明:推荐将试件分割为36份用于表征砂浆的随机分布特性,砂浆厚度对其黏附/黏聚性能、失效模式以及内聚力模型参数具有显著影响,当砂浆厚度小于0.9 mm或在1.2~1.8 mm时为黏附失效,大于1.9 mm时为黏附-黏聚混合失效,其他厚度下为黏聚失效,且同一失效模式下,黏附/黏聚强度随着砂浆厚度的增大而增大;与不考虑砂浆随机分布的细观有限元模型(模型B)相比,模型A和B的起裂点均为黏附失效,但失效位置不同,模型B以单一的黏附失效为主,模型A表现出多种黏附/黏聚失效行为,与现场复杂的黏附/黏聚失效行为更加一致;砂浆的随机分布对PAC黏附/黏聚失效过程、应力分布、裂缝发展具有显著的影响,故考虑砂浆的随机分布能够更加准确地识别PAC黏附/黏聚失效的最不利位置,增大砂浆厚度能够延缓黏附/黏聚失效的扩展过程。

The China Space Station Telescope(CSST)is a two-meter space telescope with multiple back-end *** Fine Guidance Sensor(FGS)is an essential subsystem of the CSST Precision Image Stability System to ensure the required absolute pointing accuracy and line-of-sight *** this study,we construct the Main Guide Star Catalog for *** accomplish this,we utilize the information about the FGS and object information from the Gaia Data Release *** provide an FGS instrument magnitude and exclude variables,binaries,and high proper motion stars from the catalog to ensure uniform FGS guidance ***,we generate a HEALPix index,which provides a hierarchical tessellation of the celestial sphere,and employ the Voronoi algorithm to achieve a homogeneous distribution of stars across the *** distribution ensures adequate coverage and sampling of the *** performance of the CSST guide star catalog was assessed by simulating the field of view of the FGS according to the CSST mock survey strategy *** analysis of the results indicates that this catalog provides adequate coverage and *** catalog's performance meets the FGS requirements,ensuring the functioning of the FGS and its guidance capabilities.

Assessments of phytoplankton diversity in Sabah waters,North Borneo,have primarily relied on morphology-based identification,which has inherent biases and can be ***-Generation Sequencing(NGS)technology has been shown to be capable of overcoming several limitations of morphology-based *** were collected from the Sepanggar Bay over the course of the year 2018 in different monsoon ***-based identification and NGS sequencing of the V8–V9 region of the 18S LSU rDNA were used to investigate the diversity of the phytoplankton *** and NGS showed complementary results with more diatom taxa detected by microscopy whereas NGS detected smaller and rarer *** harmful algal genera in the study site comprised of Skeletonema,Margalefidinium,Pyrodinium,Takayama,and Alexandrium as detected by *** study showed that that an integrative approach of both morphological and molecular techniques could provide more comprehensive information about the phytoplankton community as the approach captured quantitative variability as well as the diversity of phytoplankton species.

Robust Fingerprint Construction Based on Multiple Path Loss Model (M-PLM) for Indoor Localization

A robust radio map is essential in implementing a fingerprint-based indoor positioning system(IPS).However,the offline site survey to manually construct the radio map is time-consuming and *** interpolation techniques have been proposed to infer the virtual fingerprints to reduce the time and effort required for offline site *** paper presents a novel fingerprint interpolator using a multi-path loss model(MPLM)to create the virtual fingerprints from the collected sample data based on different signal paths from different access points(APs).Based on the historical signal data,the poor signal paths are identified using their standard *** proposed method reduces the positioning errors by smoothing out the wireless signal fluctuations and stabilizing the signals for those poor signal *** consideringmultipath signal propagations from different APs,the inherent noise from these signal paths can be ***,locations of the signal data with standard deviations higher than the threshold are *** new fingerprints are then generated at these locations based on the proposed M-PLM interpolation function to replace the old *** proposed technique interpolates virtual fingerprints based on good signal paths with more stable signals to improve the positioning *** results show that the proposed scheme enhances the positioning accuracy by up to 44%compared to the conventional interpolation techniques such as the Inverse Distanceweighting,Kriging,and single Path *** a result,we can overcome the site survey problems for IPS by building an accurate radio map with more reliable signals to improve indoor positioning performance.
