After recognising more than 25 years ago,that combustion and incineration facilities are sources for polychlorinated dioxin(PCDD)and furans(PCDF),there were developed different methods to sample and to determine the dioxin concentrations in flue gas emissions. Because all the methods were manual sampling methods,the maximum sampling times were limited to several *** spot measurements do not give reliable informations about the total PCDD/PCDF and other POPs emissions of a plant and do not help to decrease the mistrust of the residents living near to such *** continuous online monitoring of PCDD/PCDF is not feasible for compliance measurements,the continuos sampling is the method of choice for supervision of *** long-term sampling of PCDD/PCDF emissions over the whole year gives comprehensive information on the total emission of a facility and details of the emission of the chosen time periods. Therefore long term sampling with AMESA is the practical choice for continuous monitoring of PCDD/PCDF emission from waste incinerators and other industrial emission sources. The Stockholm Convention on persistent organic pollutants(POPs) lists in addition to PCDD/PCDF also polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)and hexachlorobenzene(HCB)as unintentionally produced POPs(UP- POPs).This might result in an increased request for emission monitoring of PCDD/PCDF and other UP-POPs. Furthermore one aim of the Stockholm Convention is to continuously reduce and where feasible to eliminate UP-POPs in the next two *** the convention aims in destruction of POPs stockpiles and POPs remediation *** activities will request a strict emission monitoring including PCDD/PCDF, PCBs and other *** the question arose if all listed UP-POPs can be monitored by the AMESA system under the standard application(XAD2,30℃,4 weeks sampling duration)or ifa modification of the sampling system would be necessary. Mulberry(Morus alba l.)leaf extract is well-known for its health-promoting ***,food processing conditions affect its bioactive profile,which could be limited by ***,assessing the impact of encapsulating techniques on the digestibility of embedded biocompounds requires further ***,the aimed of this study was to assess the effects of carrier materials and drying techniques on(i)bioaccessibility and bioavailability indexes,(ii)stability of nutraceuticals,and(iii)changes in antioxidant activities of mulberry leaf extract powder by using an in vitro oral-gastrointestinal *** was performed out at 37°C in darkness by shaking encapsulated extract with human saliva during 2 min,followed by 2 h of incubation with a pepsin-HCl mixture,then mixed for 2 h with bile salts and *** digestion the samples were acidified and HPlC assayed.A significant(pls content was noted during the intestinal phase with more reduction in gamma-aminobutyric acid(34.91–51.14%)compared to that of flavonols(16.58–28.90%),1-deoxynojirimycin(17.56–20.42%)and phenolic acids(0.53–0.67%)in the gastric *** encapsulation was observed to enhance the bioaccessibility,negative effects were found in terms of the bioefficiency and ***,encapsulation techniques mostly affected the ion reducing capacity than the radical scavenging *** outcomes suggested that carriers had a major effect on the digestibility and antioxidative activity,whilst the drying techniques mostly affect the bioaccessibility and bioavailability of the flavonols.

由8-甲酰基-7-羟基香豆素与碳酰肼经一步缩合反应可制得探针1。研究发现,探针1对Zn^(2+)和F-离子均呈现荧光增强和比率比色的高灵敏和高选择性响应,检出限低至10-8 mol·l^(-1)。通过光谱、ITC、1H NMR滴定及质谱分析,详细地研究了探针与离子形成的配合物性质。在不同的介质中,探针不仅同时表现出对金属阳离子Zn^(2+)和对阴离子F-的识别,而且吸收和发射波长均有显著的差异:1-Zn^(2+)配合物的最大吸收波长为360 nm,而1-F-配合物为400 nm;1-Zn^(2+)配合物的荧光激发和发射波长分别为360和454 nm,而1-F-配合物分别为400和475 nm。此外,探针1还能应用于活体PC3细胞中Zn^(2+)的荧光成像。

Third-order non-linearities are important because they allow control over light pulses in ubiquitous high-quality centro-symmetric materials like silicon and *** four-wave mixing provides a direct measure of the third-order non-linear sheet susceptibility x^(3)(where l represents the material thickness)as well as technological possibilities such as optically gated detection and emission of *** picosecond pulses from a free electron laser,we show that silicon doped with P or Bi has a value of x^(3)lin the THz domain that is higher than that reported for any other material in any wavelength *** immediate implication of our results is the efficient generation of intense coherent THz light via upconversion(also a x^(3)process),and they open the door to exploitation of nondegenerate mixing and optical nonlinearities beyond the perturbative regime.

Fuzzy Set Identification of Bone Marrow Cells

Using rubricytes and lymphocytes as examples,this paper presents a fuzzy set theory and method to identify human bone marrow hematopoiesis system cells (BMCs).On the basis of the Cauchy’s distribution function,this paper sets up a series of membership function formulae of the BMC feature fuzzy subsets,general identification formulae of fuzzy sets for the BMCs,as well as identification formulae of fuzzy sets for rubricytes and *** formulae will assist with the quantitation of unknown cells compared to standard cells.
