As a natural disaster,extreme precipitation is among the most destructive and influential,but predicting its occurrence and evolution accurately is very challenging because of its rarity and *** the example of the“2.·7”extreme precipitation event(17–2. July 2.2.)in Henan Province,this study explores the potential of using physics-guided machine learning to improve the accuracy of forecasting the intensity and location of extreme *** physics-guided ways of embedding physical features,fusing physical model forecasts and revised loss function are used,i.e.,(1)analyzing the anomalous circulation and thermodynamical factors,(2.analyzing the multi-model forecast bias and the associated underlying reasons for it,and(3.using professional forecasting knowledge to design the loss function,and the corresponding results are used as input for machine learning to improve the forecasting *** results indicate that by learning the relationship between anomalous physical features and heavy precipitation,the forecasting of precipitation intensity is improved significantly,but the location is rarely adjusted and more false alarms *** reasons for this are as *** anomalous features used here mainly contain information about large-scale systems and factors which are consistent with the model precipitation deviation;moreover,the samples of extreme precipitation are sparse and so the algorithm used here is ***,by combining“good and different”multi models with machine learning,the advantages of each model are extracted and then the location of the precipitation center in the forecast is improved ***,by combining the appropriate anomalous features with multi-model fusion,an integrated improvement of the forecast of the rainfall intensity and location is ***,this study is a novel exploration to improve the refined forecasting of heavy precipitation with extreme intensity and high variability,

A simulation analysis and an experiment are carried out to investigate how the gap difference between the breaks of a direct current vacuum circuit breakers with multi-breaks(MB-DC VCB)caused by the mechanism dispersion of the breaker influences the distribution of TRV among the *** interruption model of MB-DC VCB,combining the continuous transition model,is established to analyse the rising rate of transient recovery voltage and the dielectric strength recovery speed of the breaks for MB-DC VCB under different gap difference *** on the experimental platform of dual break DC vacuum circuit breaker breaking,the correctness of the simulation model is verified on a DC VCB with the double-breaks interruption experimental ***,a model is applied to the non-synchronous interruption simulation of a DC VCB with *** relationship between the TRVs of the breaks under different gap difference conditions is analysed using the comparative analysis method,obtaining the maximum gap difference at the moment of breaking *** results of this study show that large-gap breaks have a higher TRV than small-gap breaks(the fracture of the action delay module),with double fractures reaching 1.4 times and triple fractures reaching a maximum of 1.52.times;the ability of small-gap breaks to withstand TRV is weak,giving rise to re-breakdown or even interruption failure;as the number of fractures increases,the maximum gap difference also *** the synchronous interruption ability of the MB-DC VCB is conducive to improving the interruption performance and interruption success rate of this type of a circuit breaker.

Single crystals of a bismuth-based coordination polymer(CP)with carboxyl-thiol ligands,[Bi(C_(8)H_(2.O_(4)S_(2.)(C2.8N)]n(Bi-DSBDC-DMA,DMBDC=2.5-disulfur-1,4-dicarboxylate,DMA=dimethylamine),have been successfully synthesized.X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that Bi-DSBDC-DMA possesses a layered structure,with two-dimensional(2.)Bi-DSBDC networks alternating with layers composed of dimethylamine *** material demonstrates semiconducting properties,featuring an optical bandgap of 2.2.eV and an electrical conductivity of 2.10^(-8) S/***,electrodes based on this material exhibit a capacity of 2.0 mAh/g after 2.0 cycles for lithium-ion storage.

Stomatal regulation is critical for mangroves to survive in the hyper-saline intertidal zone where water stress is severe and water availability is highly ***,very little is known about the stomatal sensitivity to vapour pressure deficit(VPD)in mangroves,and its co-ordination with stomatal morphology and leaf hydraulic *** measured the stomatal response to a step increase in VPD in situ,stomatal anatomy,leaf hydraulic vulnerability and pressure-volume traits in nine true mangrove species of five families and collected the data of genome *** aimed to answer two questions:(1)Does stomatal morphology influence stomatal dynamics in response to a high VPD in mangroves?with a consideration of possible influence of genome size on stomatal morphology;and(2.do leaf hydraulic traits influence stomatal sensitivity to VPD in mangroves?We found that the stomata of mangrove plants were highly sensitive to a step rise in VPD and the stomatal responses were directly affected by stomatal anatomy and hydraulic ***,denser stomata was correlated with faster stomatal closure at high VPD across the species of Rhizophoraceae,and stomata size negatively and vein density positively correlated with genome *** negative leaf osmotic pressure at the full turgor(πo)was related to higher operating steady-state stomatal conductance(gs);and a higher leaf capacitance(Cleaf)and more embolism resistant leaf xylem were associated with slower stomatal responses to an increase in *** addition,stomatal responsiveness to VPD was indirectly affected by leaf morphological traits,which were affected by site salinity and consequently leaf water *** results demonstrate that mangroves display a unique relationship between genome size,stomatal size and vein packing,and that stomatal responsiveness to VPD is regulated by leaf hydraulic traits and stomatal *** work provides a quantitative framework to better understand of stomatal regulation in mangroves

Benign familial neonatal convulsions (BFNC) is a rare autosomal dominant inherited epilepsy syndrome. Two voltage-gated potassium channel genes, KCNQ2.and KCNQ3. have been identified as the genes responsible for BFNC. Here we report two Chinese families with clinical histories of typical BFNC. Using six microsatellite markers, two located at KCNQ2.locus and four at KCNQ3.locus, linkage analysis was performed in the two families, which excluded the linkage of BFNC to KCNQ3. but could not exclude the linkage to KCNQ2. Direct DNA sequencing of the KCNQ2.gene in the two families was performed, and two formerly unknown polymorphisms were identified, but no KCNQ2.mutation was found in the two families. Our study suggests the genetic heterogeneity in Chinese families with BFNC and proves the existence of a new gene locus for BFNC.

FTIR spectra of inclusions sampled from fault-zone reservoirs of the northwestern Junggar Basin show that water, with different abundances, does exist in petroleum inclusions. It is thus implied that petroleum inclusions can seldom form without water. Different inclusions hosted in one single grain, and formed in one oil charging phase, have a largely varied ratio of water to oil and slightly changed CH3.CH2.ratio. This likely provides evidence for fault-related episodic migration and accumulation of hydrocarbons.
