Triple negative breast cancer(TN BC)is a complex and malignant breast cancer subtype that lacks expression of the estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(H ER2),thereby making therapeutic targeting *** is generally considered to have high malignancy and poor ***,patients diagnosed with certain rare histomorphologic subtypes of TNBC have better prognosis than those diagnosed with typical triple negative breast *** addition,with the discovery and development of novel treatment targets such as the androgen receptor(AR),PI3K/AKT/mTOR and AMPK signaling pathways,as well as emerging immunotherapies,the therapeutic options for TNBC are *** this paper,we review the literature on various histological types of TNBC and focus on newly developed therapeutic strategies that target and potentially affect molecular pathways or emerging oncogenes,thus providing a basis for future tailored therapies focused on the mutational aspects of TNBC.

Fibrous bmcite has very unique structure and physical properties. Brucite fibers were exfoliated into single nanofibers by using dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate （AOT） as a dispersant through mechanical agitation and ultrasonic dispersion; and then, the nanofibers were modified by stearic acid and （3-aminopropyl）triethoxysilane （y-APS） compound modification agent. The nanofibers were characterized by using X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）, and thermal gravimetric analysis. It is found that AOT has good effect on the dispersion. The single fiber has a consis- tent morphology, and fibrous bmcite is dispersed and modified without destroying the crystal structure. Infrared and thermal analysis shows that the surface modification of fibrous brucite is achieved by forming chemical bonds between the coupling agent and magnesium hydroxide.

该研究以竹笋壳为原料合成了具有多孔结构和亲水性磷酸基团的羟基磷灰石改性竹笋壳生物炭(BSHAP),用于高效吸附废水中的铀酰离子(UO_(2)^(2+))。BS-HAP的多孔结构可有效增加与UO_(2)^(2+)的接触面积,促进对UO_(2)^(2+)的吸附;BS-HAP中的磷酸基团可为化学吸附UO_(2)^(2+)提供结合位点,使得BS-HAP对UO_(2)^(2+)具有优异的吸附性能。同时,Ca^(2+)与UO_(2)^(2+)之间的离子交换作用以及生物炭与UO_(2)^(2+)之间的静电相互作用,协同促进了BSHAP对UO_(2)^(2+)的吸附。在酸性条件下,BS-HAP对UO_(2)^(2+)的吸附容量为815.2 mg·g^(-1)。BS-HAP不仅对UO_(2)^(2+)具有强的吸附能力,还具有良好的选择性和稳定性,即使经多次循环使用,仍能保持对UO_(2)^(2+)的高效去除能力。BS-HAP为含铀废水处理提供了有效方法,对推动绿色可持续的废水处理技术发展具有重要意义。

The quantum many-body problem(QMBP) has become a hot topic in high-energy physics and condensed-matter physics. With an exponential increase in the dimensions of Hilbert space, it becomes very challenging to solve the QMBP, even with the most powerful computers. With the rapid development of machine learning, artificial neural networks provide a powerful tool that can represent or approximate quantum many-body states. In this paper, we aim to explicitly construct the neural network representations of hypergraph states. We construct the neural network representations for any k-uniform hypergraph state and any hypergraph state,respectively, without stochastic optimization of the network parameters. Our method constructively shows that all hypergraph states can be represented precisely by the appropriate neural networks introduced in [Science 355(2017) 602] and formulated in [Sci. ***. Astron. 63(2020) 210312].

以高温和常温处理的水稻幼苗叶片为材料,对影响cDNA-AFLP分析体系的关键因素进行了分析,建立了适宜水稻的cDNA-AFLP分析体系,并得到了清晰可辨的cDNA-AFLP指纹图谱。结果表明:离心柱式试剂盒提取的RNA较完整,纯度较高;双链逆转录试剂盒形成的cDNA经EcoRⅠ(37℃,2 h)和MseⅠ(65℃,2 h)完全酶切后,4℃连接过夜;20μL的体系中,连接产物稀释10倍液5.0μL作为预扩增的模板,并且预扩增反应的循环数为35,预扩增产物稀释20倍作为选择性扩增的模板,扩增结果较佳;6%PAGE分离快速银染法显示,64对选择性扩增引物中筛选出多态生条带丰富的AFLP引物50对。本研究为利用cDNA-AFLP分析水稻抗高温基因进行深入的研究奠定了基础。

2011～2012年,以当地主推的中粒型品种海门大青皮、小粒型品种启豆2号和自主育成具有知识产权的鲜食蚕豆品种通鲜1号、通鲜2号、通鲜3号、通蚕鲜6号4个大粒型蚕豆品种为供试材料,进行品种和打顶处理的裂区试验,研究打顶对其产量及构成因素的影响。结果表明不同品种的株高不存在显著差异,鲜荚产量、生物产量、收获指数等产量相关性状有差异,通鲜1号、通鲜2号、通鲜3号以及通蚕鲜6号这4个育成品种的产量表现明显高于海门大青皮和启豆2号,在单荚鲜重方面也具有明显的优势。打顶处理有效地降低了蚕豆株高和生物产量,提高了鲜荚产量以及收获指数,表明打顶可以使设施蚕豆获得更好的生态效益以及经济效益。

With the rapid development of machine learning,artificial neural networks provide a powerful tool to represent or approximate many-body quantum *** was proved that every graph state can be generated by a neural ***,we introduce digraph states and explore their neural network representations(NNRs).Based on some discussions about digraph states and neural network quantum states(NNQSs),we construct explicitly an NNR for any digraph state,implying every digraph state is an *** obtained results will provide a theoretical foundation for solving the quantum manybody problem with machine learning method whenever the wave-function is known as an unknown digraph state or it can be approximated by digraph states.

Machine learning is currently the most active interdisciplinary field having numerous applications; additionally, machine-learning techniques are used to research quantum many-body problems. In this study, we first propose neural network quantum states(NNQSs) with general input observables and explore a few related properties, such as the tensor product and local unitary operation. Second, we determine the necessary and sufficient conditions for the representability of a general graph state using normalized NNQS. Finally, to quantify the approximation degree of a given pure state, we define the best approximation degree using normalized NNQSs. Furthermore, we observe that some N-qubit states can be represented by a normalized NNQS, such as separable pure states, Bell states and GHZ states.

Control design of 60kW PEMFC generation system for residential applications

This paper presented a control design methodology for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) generation system for residential applications. The dynamic behavior of the generation system is complex in such applications. A comprehensive control design is very important for achieving a steady system operation and efficiency. The control strategy for a 60 kW generation system was proposed and tested based on the system dynamic model. A two-variable single neuron proportional-integral (PI) decoupling controller was developed for anode pressure and humidity by adjusting the hydrogen flow and water injection. A similar controller was developed for cathode pressure and humidity by adjusting the exhaust flow and water injection. The desired oxygen excess ratio was kept by a feedback controller based on the load current. An optimal seeking controller was used to trace the unique optimal power point. Two negative feedback controllers were used to provide AC power and a suitable voltage for residential loads by a power conditioning unit. Control simulation tests showed that 60 kW PEMFC generation system responded well for computer-simulated step changes in the load power demand. This control methodology for a 60 kW PEMFC generation system would be a competitive solution for system level designs such as parameter design, performance analysis, and online optimization.
