Co-incorporation of Chinese milk vetch(Astragalus sinicus L.)and chemical fertilizers alters microbial functional genes supporting short-time scale positive nitrogen priming effects in paddy soils

Nitrogen(N)priming is a microbially mediated biochemical process as affected by different incorporation ***,little information is known about the microbial mechanisms driving the response of N priming to co-operation of Chinese milk vetch(CMV,Astragalus sinicus L.)and different rates of chemical fertilizers in paddy soils in South ***,an anaerobic incubation experiment was conducted to study N priming effects(PE)and their relationships with soil microbial functional genes after CMV incorporation alone(M),co-incorporation of CMV with 100%(normal dosage)chemical fertilizers(MC100),and co-incorporation of CMV with 80% chemical fertilizers(MC80).Co-incorporation of CMV and chemical fertilizers enhanced the short-time scale(the first 20 d of incubation)positive PE of N,while no significant differences existed among the three treatments on day 60 or 90 of incubation(P>0.05).Compared with the M treatment,gross priming effect(GPE)in the MC100 and MC80 treatments significantly increased by 34.0% and 31.3%,respectively,and net priming effect(NPE)increased by 47.7% and 47.8%,respectively,during the first 20 d of incubation(P<0.05).This was likely attributed to soil nutrient availability and added substrate *** MC100 and MC80 treatments increased the gdhA gene abundance by 5.0% and 9.8%,increased the gdh2 gene abundance by 12.7% and 45.7%,and increased the nasB gene abundance by 9.5% and 41.4%,respectively,in comparison with the M treatment on day 20 of *** analyses indicated that soil microbial functional genes involved in N mineralization(gdhA and gdh2),assimilatory nitrate reduction(nasB),and nitrification(amoB)were significantly correlated with N priming under different incorporation practices during the incubation period(P<0.05).Thus,co-incorporation of CMV and chemical fertilizers can regulate soil microbial community functional gene structure,which may accelerate mineralization and assimilatory nitrate reduction and inhibit

To address problems caused by rice machine transplanting such as injury to the seedlings and recovery period that extend growth period,this study explored the effects of different machine transplanting methods on the physiological and yield characteristics of late rice in China,and determine the appropriate machine transplanting method for late rice,which was expected to provide a basis for high-yield and high-efficient cultivation of machine-transplanted late *** indica rice Taiyou 398 and conventional indica rice Jing Gangruanzhan were selected as the research objects,and large-pot carpet seedling machine transplanting(M1),conventional pot carpet seedling machine transplanting(M2)and ordinary carpet seedling machine transplanting(M3)were adopted respectively to analyze their effects on seedling quality,population physiological characteristics,yield and its components and economic benefits of late *** results showed that compared with M2 and M3,M1 achieved higher seedling quality,showing significant advantages in the early stage despite average root entwining force that met the requirement of machine *** seedlings transplanted using M1 had shorter recovery period after mechanical transplanting,with earlier tillering,earlier peak seedling,and slower declining of stems and tillers in the late stage;the peak seedling number was not high,but the effective tiller number and earbearing tiller percentage were significantly higher than those achieved by the other two machine transplanting ***,M1 achieved stronger photosynthetic capacity of flag leaves before HS,with more photosynthetic products in stems and leaves transported to panicles and more efficiently after *** with seedlings transplanted using M2 and M3,the recovery period of those transplanted using M1 was shortened by 3 and 5 d,the heading stage(HS),and maturity stage(MS)were advanced,which effectively reduced the risk and impact of“cold dew wind”on machine-transplanted

Flammable ionic liquids exhibit high conductivity and a broad electrochemical window,enabling the generation of combustible gases for combustion via electrochemical decomposition and thermal *** characteristic holds significant implications in the realm of novel satellite *** a fraction of the electrical energy into energetic ionic liquid fuels,the thermal decomposition process is facilitated by reducing the apparent activation energy required,and electrical energy can trigger the electrochemical decomposition of ionic liquids,presenting a promising approach to enhance combustion efficiency and energy *** study applied an external voltage during the thermal decomposition of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole nitrate([EMIm]NO_(3)),revealing the effective alteration of the activation energy of[EMIm]NO_(3).The pyrolysis,electrochemical decomposition,and electron assisted enhancement products were identified through Thermogravimetry-Differential scanning calorimetry-Fourier transform infrared-Mass spectrometry(TG-DSC-FTIR-MS)and gas chromatography(GC)analyses,elucidating the degradation mechanism of[EMIm]NO_(3).Furthermore,an external voltage was introduced during the combustion of[EMIm]NO_(3),demonstrating the impact of voltage on the combustion process.

The synergy of single atoms(SAs)and nanoparticles(NPs)has demonstrated great potential in promoting the electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR);however,the rationalization of the SAs/NPs proportion remains one challenge for the catalyst ***,a Ni2+-loaded porous poly(ionic liquids)(PIL)precursor synthesized through the free radical self-polymerization of the ionic liquid monomer,1-allyl-3-vinylimidazolium chloride,was pyrolyzed to prepare the Ni,N co-doped carbon materials,in which the proportion of Ni SAs and NPs could be facilely modulated by controlling the annealing *** catalyst Ni-NC-1000 with a moderate proportion of Ni SAs and NPs exhibited high efficiency in the electrocatalytic conversion of CO_(2)into *** Ni K-edge X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES)spectra and theoretical calculations were conducted to gain insight into the synergy of Ni SAs and *** charge transfer from Ni NPs to the surrounding carbon layer and then to the Ni SAs resulted in the electron-enriched Ni SAs active *** the electroreduction of CO_(2),the coexistence of Ni SAs and NPs strengthened the CO_(2)activation and the affinity towards the key intermediate of*COOH,lowering the free energy for the potential-determining*CO_(2)→*COOH step,and therefore promoted the catalysis efficiency.

Comprehensive reform of community health service in east,middle and west regions of China:from patients’perspective

Objectives:To analyze the satisfaction of patients with community health service(CHS)and the changes of the CHS delivered before and after the new health reform in different regions of China,and to put forward relevant policy recommendations for CHS ***:Twelve community health centers were selected by random sampling in each of the eight typical cities in the east,middle and west regions of *** survey was conducted among patients visiting these institutions during daily work ***:The proportions of the participants who stated that the medical environment,service attitude and medical skills of the doctors were improved were higher in the west region than those of the east and middle regions;but the percentage of patients who held that the drug price had lowered was higher in the east region than those of the middle and west region,the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.0125).The patients’satisfaction rates with medical environment,service attitude,and technical skills of the medical staff in the west region were 88.9%,91.5%and 81.6%respectively,which were higher than those in the east and middle *** the east region,the satisfaction rate with the reimbursement for this visit was 58.5%,which was highest among the three regions;in the west region,patients’satisfaction rates with drug types and preventive care were 51.5%and 65.9%,respectively,which was significantly higher than those in the east and middle regions(P<0.0125).As recommended by the participants,the top three aspects of health services that need to be improved were drug type and quality(25.3%),drug prices(21.8%)and technical skills(18.2%)in the east region;infrastructure(28.2%),drug prices(21.8%)and drug types and quality(21.2%)in the middle region;infrastructure(30.8%),drug types and quality(28.1%)and reimbursement(27.9%)in the west ***:The comprehensive CHS reform should take the opinions of patients into account;essential drug sy

为提高排肥均匀性,以大颗粒尿素为研究对象,设计了一种水平涡轮叶片式精量排肥器,对关键参数进行了设计与机理分析,确定了影响排肥均匀性的影响因素和参数范围,并基于离散元仿真软件确定了对数螺旋线叶片曲面参数。以涡轮叶片数量、涡轮转速和排肥口开度为试验因素,进行了排肥量的单因素试验和排肥均匀性的BoxBehnken多因素试验,结果表明,排肥量与转速呈良好的线性关系,决定系数R2不小于0.96,对于确定叶片数量的排肥涡轮,可匹配不同排肥口开度的涡轮底盘并实时控制排肥涡轮转速来调节排肥量,易于实现变量施肥作业,且排量范围内排肥均匀性较好;涡轮叶片数和排肥口开度的交互作用对排肥均匀性影响高度显著,各因素影响的主次顺序为涡轮叶片数、涡轮转速和排肥口开度;当涡轮叶片数为8个、涡轮转速为98 r/min、排肥口开度为40°时,排肥均匀性系数为97.24%,实际试验验证结果与优化结果相吻合;对磷酸二胺颗粒肥料的适应性验证试验结果表明,两种颗粒肥料排肥器排肥均匀性系数接近97%,排肥量稳定性变异系数小于2%,排肥器具有较好的排肥均匀性和排量稳定性;对比分析目前常用外槽轮排肥器,设计的水平涡轮叶片式精量排肥器有效地提高了颗粒肥料的排肥均匀性。

PCA算法采用一维向量计算协方差矩阵,再求特征向量,不仅计算量大,而且会破坏图像的二维结构。为此对PCANet进行改进,提出(2D)~2-PCANet。该网络采用(2D)~2-PCA算法计算特征模板,利用二维图像矩阵计算协方差矩阵,然后求特征向量。相比PCA算法,不仅计算量小,而且会保留更多图像的二维关系。使用(2D)~2-PCANet和PCANet在杂草种子图像数据集上进行实验,结果表明,相比PCANet,该算法取得了更高的识别率,最高为97.04%。进一步采用稀疏正交交换法,通过减小每层图像的重构误差来训练特征模板,相比未进行特征模板训练的网络,识别率提高了0.8%。

妊娠诊断是肉兔繁殖管理中的重要环节,尤其是早期妊娠诊断,可提前未妊娠母兔的再授精时间,提高种兔利用率,缩短繁殖周期。针对人工摸胎诊断法存在对母兔腹内胚胎产生机械损伤、母兔应激反应大及对工人经验要求高等缺陷,该研究基于妊娠母兔与未妊娠母兔腹内有无孕囊组织所引起的光学特性差异,提出一种基于空间漫反射光的母兔妊娠诊断方法,研制了快速、无侵入式的便携诊断装置。该装置由具有2个红外发光二极管(LightEmittingDiode,LED,LED发光波长分别为850和930nm)、3个硅基光电二极管和外围电路的传感探头和信号处理主机组成。利用该便携诊断装置采集130只人工授精14 d后的母兔(包括63只妊娠母兔和67只未妊娠母兔)腹部漫反射光强度数据,将采集的数据按照7∶3的比例划分为训练集和测试集,训练集数据分别用于建立偏最小二乘判别分析(Partial Least Squares Discrimination Analysis,PLS-DA)模型和支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)分类模型,测试集数据用于模型性能测试,并对比两种模型的分类性能。同时,利用PLS-DA对采样数据进行有监督的主成分分析和变量重要性分析,结果表明妊娠母兔与未妊娠母兔的采样数据之间存在差异,可以被较好的分类。对比两种分类模型的分类性能发现SVM对妊娠母兔和未妊娠母兔的分类性能均比PLS-DA好,对测试集数据的灵敏度、特异性和准确率分别为80.95%、83.33%和82.05%。研究结果表明,该研究提出的光学妊娠诊断方法可行,研制的诊断装置可对授精14 d后的母兔进行妊娠诊断,对提高兔产业体系智能化装备水平有积极的促进作用。
