As a novel two-dimensional(2D)semiconductor material with biocompatibility and ferromagnetic properties,Nb_(3)Cl_(8)exhibits a great prospect in the field of implantable electrical *** this work,the effects of the light illumination and the gate voltage on the desorption of O_(2)molecules from Nb_(3)Cl_(8)were systemically investigated via the in situ electrical transport characterization in the vacuum *** experimental results showed that the light illumination and the negative gate voltage could enhance the desorption of oxygen molecules while the positive gate voltage could promote the re-adsorption of O_(2).The multi-bit storage function was demonstrated via adjusting the p-doping effect caused by oxygen adsorption.A novel mechanism of optical writing and electrical erasing in this Nb_(3)Cl_(8)memristor was proposed,which was in coincidence with the expected results of the control experiment in *** results shed light on the great potential of Nb_(3)Cl_(8)in high-density data storage,neuromorphic,wearable applications and implantable devices application.

We elaborate on a toy model of matter bounce, in which the matter content is constituted by two fermion species endowed with four fermion interaction terms. We describe the curvaton mechanism that is thus generated, and then argue that one of the two fermionic species may realize baryogenesis, while the other（lighter） one is compatible with constraints on extra hot dark matter particles.

Changes in wetland ecosystems have a critical impact on the local ecology and species *** development scenarios and policies are key factors influencing their ***,we studied changes of wetlands in the middle Yangtze River basin(MYRB)in 2001-2020,and a patch-generated land use simulation(PLUS)model and random forest(RF)method were applied to predict and analyze the changes under different scenarios in the MYRB in the future(i.e.2035-2095).The results indicated that:(1)The regions with high wetland proportions were concentrated in the central and eastern MYRB in 2001-2020,with a 1.5%decrease in overall wetland area;(2)The RF could simulate the future ecological quality with training and testing accuracies of 0.98 and 0.92,respectively;(3)Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI)less than 0.5 in the central and eastern regions and 13.3%reduction in the northwest in the SSP245 *** general,the study provides a basis for future regional studies of ecosystem quality and provides data to support wetland conservation and management.

Nanometer perovskite-type complex oxide LaMnO3 with average size of 18.7nm was prepared by sol-gel method, and it exhibited much higher catelytic activity for complete oxidation of methane than that of LaMnO3 with large particle size. The increasing of catulytic activity may be attributed to the increasing of surface area and the change of surface structure for nanometer LaMnO3.

In traditional networks , the authentication is performed by certificate authoritys（CA）,which can＇t be built in distributed mobile Ad Hoc Networks however. In this pa per, we propose a fully self-organized public key management based on bidirectional trust model without any centralized authority that allows users to generate their public-private key pairs, to issue certificates, and the trust relation spreads rationally according to the truly human relations. In contrast with the traditional self-organized public-key management, the average certificates paths get more short, the authentication passing rate gets more high and the most important is that the bidirectional trust based model satisfys the trust re quirement of hosts better.

In the paper,we propose a novel linearly implicit structure-preserving algorithm,which is derived by combing the invariant energy quadratization approach with the exponential time differencing method,to construct efficient and accurate time discretization scheme for a large class of Hamiltonian partial differential equations(PDEs).The proposed scheme is a linear system,and can be solved more efficient than the original energy-preserving ex-ponential integrator scheme which usually needs nonlinear *** experiments are performed to verify the conservation,efficiency and good performance at relatively large time step in long time computations.

针对电网故障引发的双馈电机磁链阻尼振荡问题,提出一种基于虚拟阻尼绕组的灭磁控制方法。首先根据双馈电机的电磁关系分析了在电网故障下定子磁链的动态变化过程。在此基础上建立了双馈电机矢量控制的数学模型。通过MATLAB软件进行仿真实验,对比分析了改进与常规控制策略下,电压跌落和电压骤升后定子磁链d轴分量与定子磁链q轴分量的变化波形。改进的灭磁方法可有效对抗磁链的振荡冲击,提升了双馈风力发电机在电网故障下的运行性能。
