Objective to examine the relationship of single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in candidate genes with the lipid responses to *** Chinese patients were treated with simvastatin 40 mg daily for at least 6 weeks.20 SNPs in 11 genes were *** 95 patients age(mean±SD)57.5±10.6 years completed the *** Adiponectin 45t>G polymorphism was significantly related to absolute reductions in total cholesterol(tC)and LDL-cholesterol with a trend(P=0.053)for percentage reductions in tC(tt∶tG∶GG=-38.4%∶-35.6%∶-32.6%).Similar findings were seen with LDL-Receptor(LDLR)SNPs(2052t>C and 1866C>t)with absolute reductions in tC and LDL-cholesterol significantly *** Breast Cancer Resistance Protein(ABCG2)421C>A polymorphism was related(Pto HDL-cholesterol response(CC∶CA∶AA=+0.50%∶-5.73%∶-11.41%).Conclusions Adiponectin,LDLR and ABCG2 SNPs had some influence on the lipid responses to simvastatin.

Metabolic adaptation of cancer cells is a key tactic for maintaining their tumorigenicity and viability in the tumor immune microenvironment （tIME）.Concurrent modulation on the metabolic pathway and immune system could change the living condition of cancer cells and potentiate the efficacy of anticancer drugs.A copper complex （DDCu） was designed to influence the energy metabolism of cancer cells and reshape the *** restrained the production and transportation of lactate by inhibiting the expression of lactate dehydrogenase and monocarboxylate transporter 4,thereby altering the metabolic pathway of cancer cells and improving the acidic tumor ***,DDCu was reduced to Cu+by cellular glutathione to react with lipoylated proteins of the tricarboxylic acid cycle and destabilize the Fe–S cluster proteins,leading to the aggregation of dihydrolipoamide S-acetyltransferase and cuproptosis in cancer ***,DDCu promoted the polarization of macrophages from the M2 to M1 phenotype,activated CD4+and CD8+t cells,and reversed the *** a result,DDCu inhibited the tumor growth through a synergy between metabolic regulation and immunomodulation.

A set of thermodynamic descriptions of the temary compounds （mainly α-CulnSe2, δ-CulnSe2, Culn3Se5 and CulnsSe8） in the Cu-In-Se system was established by adopting sub-lattice model. the model parameters are carefully evaluated by integrating the experimental data of thermodynamic properties, phase equilibrium and theoretical calculation of formation energies of different point defects. the evaluated Gibbs energies of the compounds reasonably agree with that estimated from EMF experiment and ab initio calculation. the calculated phase relationships in the Cu-In-Se system are in accord with the experimental phase diagrams. the obtained standard enthalpy of formation of CulnSe2 is close to that reported in the literatures.

Ru@RuO2 core-shell nanorods were successfully synthesized by heat-treating Ru nanorods with air oxidation through an accurate control of the temperature and time. the structure, composition, dimension, and adsorption property of the core-shell nanorods were well characterized with XRD and tEM. the catalytic activity and stability were electrochemically evaluated with a rotating disk electrode, a rotating ring-disk electrode, and chronopotentiometric methods. the Ru@RuO2 nanorods reveal excellent bifunctional catalytic activity and robust stability for both oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER). the overpotentials for OER and HER are 320 m V and 137 m V at the current density of10 m A cm-2, respectively. the catalytic activity of Ru@RuO2 nanorods for OER is 6.5 times higher than that of the state-of-the-art catalyst IrO2 according to the catalytic current density measured at 1.60 V(versus RHE).the catalytic activity of Ru@RuO2 nanorods for HER is comparable to 40%Pt/C by comparing the catalytic current densities at à0.2 V.

Norm optimal iterative learning control(NOILC) has recently been applied to iterative learning control(ILC) problems in which tracking is only required at a subset of isolated time points along the trial duration. this problem addresses the practical needs of many applications, including industrial automation, crane control, satellite positioning and motion control within a medical stroke rehabilitation context. this paper provides a substantial generalization of this framework by providing a solution to the problem of convergence at intermediate points with simultaneous tracking of subsets of outputs to reference trajectories on subintervals. this formulation enables the NOILC paradigm to tackle tasks which mix "point to point" movements with linear tracking requirements and hence substantially broadens the application domain to include automation tasks which include welding or cutting movements, or human motion control where the movement is restricted by the task to straight line and/or planar segments. A solution to the problem is presented in the framework of NOILC and inherits NOILC s well-defined convergence properties. Design guidelines and supporting experimental results are included.

A novel adaptive-impulsive scheme is proposed for synchronizing fractional-order chaotic systems without the necessity of knowing the attractors＇ bounds in priori. the nonlinear functions in these systems are supposed to satisfy local Lipschitz conditions but which are estimated with adaptive laws. the novelty is that the combination of adaptive control and impulsive control offers a control strategy gathering the advantages of both. In order to guarantee the convergence is no less than an expected exponential rate, a combined feedback strength design is created such that the symmetric axis can shift freely according to the updated transient feedback strength. All of the unknown Lipschitz constants are also updated exponentially in the meantime of achieving synchronization. two different fractional-order chaotic systems are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the novel adaptive-impulsive control scheme.

Iterative learning control(ILC) is a high performance control technique for systems operating in a repetitive manner.A novel design methodology is developed in this paper to incorporate optimal tracking time allocation within the point-topoint ILC framework for discrete time systems. this leads to significant performance improvements compared to fixed time points(e.g. energy reduction). An optimization problem is formulated based on the point-to-point tracking requirement and the via-point temporal constraints. A two stage design framework is proposed to solve this problem, yielding an algorithm based on norm optimal ILC and the coordinate descent method, which automatically minimizes control effort while maintaining high performance tracking. the proposed algorithm is implemented on a gantry robot experimental test platform, with results verifying its practical effectiveness in the presence of model uncertainty.
