The influence of reaction temperature on the preparation of sic coating on carbon fibers by the reaction of silicon monoxide with the deposited pyrolytic carbon （Pyc） layer has been *** rising reaction temperature,the thickness of sic layer increases and the sic grain is *** apparent activation energy for the synthesis of sic layer is about 103.3 kJ/*** oxidation resistance of carbon fiber can be improved by the sic/Pyc layers *** initial oxidation temperature of the sic/Pyc coated carbon fiber is about 300℃ higher than that of the uncoated carbon *** oxidation of the sic/Pyc coated carbon fiber is owing to the diffusion of oxygen through the cracks generated by the mismatch of thermal expansion.

我们报道1例45岁晶状体内残留铁片伴轻微前葡萄膜炎症状患者。局部使用睫状肌麻痹剂和皮质类固醇后视力改善。6mo后由于白内障形成,视力严重恶化。而晶状体囊外切除联合异物取出术联合后房型人工晶状体植入术后视力明显恢复。本研究说明白内障人工晶状体植入手术能使保守治疗无效的白内障所导致的低视力获得良好的视力。

Effect of rare-earth oxides on properties of silicon nitride obtained by normal sintering and sinter-HIP

This paper presented the microstructure, mechanical properties and oxidation behavior of silicon nitride obtained by both conventional sintering and sintering followed by hot isostatic pressing （HIP）. silicon nitride with additives such as 5 wt.% Al2O3 and 5 wt.% Ln203 （Ln= La, La concentrate, Gd or La＋Gd） were studied. The results revealed that Gd203 additions increased the formation of elongated grains of β-si3N4, the fracture toughness and oxidation resistance. La2O3 additions led to higher densification and hardness values, while addition of La2O3 concentrate promoted the formation of materials with intermediate properties, compared to the other studied compositions. Hot isostatic pressing increased the hardness but decreased the fracture toughness of the material, mainly because it allowed residual pores to close and also reduced the average aspect ratio of β-si3N4 grains.

Four metallated conjugated oligothiophenes, s-1, s-2, s-3 and s-4, with platinum（II） aryleneethynylenes as the electron-rich building block were synthesized to investigate their physicochemical and photovoltaic properties. These small molecules possess fairly low-lying HOMO energy levels which match with the LUMO energy level of the electron acceptor Pc70BM （[6,6]-phenyl-c71-butyric acid methyl ester）. Using the simple process of spin-coating solution fabrication technique, s-I：Pc70BM （1：4, w/w） based organic solar cells exhibiting a high Voc of 0.913 V, with a PcE value of 0.88% were developed. In contrast, the Osc device based on s-2：Pc70BM （3：7, w/w） displayed a higher PcE of 1.59% with a higher Jsc value of 5.89 mA cm^-2. The device based on s-4：PcToBM （1：4, w/w） exhibited a PcE value of 1.56%, with a Voc of 0.917 V.

Thin-film composite (TFc) nanofiltration (NF) membranes were fabricated via the interfacial polymerization of piperazine (PIP) and 1,3,5-benzenetricart)oiiyl trichloride on polysulfone (Psf) support membranes blended with K^+-responsive poly(N-isopropylacryamideco- acryloylamidobenzo-15-crown-5)(P(NIPAM-co- AAB15c5)). Membranes were characterized by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, atomic force microscope, scanning electron microscope, contact angle, and filtration tests. The results showed that:(1) under K^+-free conditions, the blended P(NIPAM-co-AAB15c5)/Psf supports had porous and hydrophilic surfaces, thereby producing NF membranes with smooth surfaces and low MgsO4 rejections;(2) With K^+ in the PIP solution, the surface roughness and water permeability of the resultant NF membrane were increased due to the K^+-induced transition of low-content P(NIPAM-co-AAB15c5) from hydrophilic to hydrophobic;(3) After a curing treatment at 95℃, the improved NF membrane achieved an even higher pure water permeability of 10.97 L·m^-2·h^-1 - bar1 under 200 psi. Overall, this study provides a novel method to improve the performance of NF membranes and helps understand the influence of supports on TFc membranes.

X-ray Free Electron Lasers （XFELs） have advanced research in structure biology, by exploiting their ultra-short and bright X-ray pulses. The resulting ＂diffraction before destruction＂ experimental approach allows data collection to outrun radiation damage, a crucial factor that has often limited resolution in the structure determination of biological molecules. since the first hard X-ray laser （the Linac coherent Light source （LcLs） at sLAc） commenced operation in 2009, serial femtosecond crystallography （sFX） has rapidly matured into a method for the structural analysis of nano- and micro-crystals. At the same time, single particle structure determination by coherent diffractive imaging, with one particle （such as a virus） per shot, has been under intense development. In this review we describe these applications of X-ray lasers in structural biology, with a focus particularly on aspects of data analysis for the computational research community. We summarize the key problems in data analysis and model reconstruction, and provide perspectives on future research using computational methods.

To improve the efficiency of the discrete unified gas kinetic scheme(DUGKs)in capturing cross-scale flow physics,an adaptive partitioning-based discrete unified gas kinetic scheme(ADUGKs)is developed in this *** ADUGKs is designed from the discrete characteristic solution to the Boltzmann-BGK equation,which contains the initial distribution function and the local equilibrium *** initial distribution function contributes to the calculation of free streaming fluxes and the local equilibrium state contributes to the calculation of equilibrium *** the contribution of the initial distribution function is negative,the local flow field can be regarded as the continuous flow and the Navier-stokes(N-s)equations can be used to obtain the solution ***,the discrete distribution functions should be updated by the Boltzmann equation to capture the rarefaction *** this,in the ADUGKs,the computational domain is divided into the DUGKs cell and the N-s cell based on the contribu-tion of the initial distribution function to the calculation of free streaming *** the N-s cell,the local flow field is evolved by solving the N-s equations,while in the DUGKs cell,both the discrete velocity Boltzmann equation and the correspond-ing macroscopic governing equations are solved by a modified *** more and more cells turn into the N-s cell with the decrease of the Knudsen number,a significant acceleration can be achieved for the ADUGKs in the continuum flow regime as compared with the DUGKs.

The present work is concerned with a two-dimensional(2D)stokes flow through a channel bounded by two parallel solid *** distance between the walls may be arbitrary,and the surface of one of the walls can be arbitrarily *** main objective of this work consists in homogenizing the heterogeneous interface between the rough wall and fluid so as to obtain an equivalent smooth slippery fluid/solid interface characterized by an effective slip *** solve the corresponding problem,two efficient numerical approaches are elaborated on the basis of the method of fundamental solution(MFs)and the boundary element methods(BEMs).They are applied to different cases where the fluid/solid interface is periodically or randomly *** results obtained by the proposed two methods are compared with those given by the finite element method and some relevant ones reported in the *** comparison shows that the two proposed methods are particularly efficient and accurate.

Neuroendocrine tumors of the ovary tumors are little known and infrequent. They are made up of cells appearing in the endocrine and nervous systems. These tumors are rare, but most of them are very aggressive, especially when they are diagnosed beyond FIGO stage I. The distinction among the different subtypes is difficult and requires efficient techniques. symptoms of neuroendocrine tumors are often nonspecific (redness in the face, diarrhea, asthma, abdominal pain and etc.,) and confused with more common diseases. Misdiagnosis is often asked: menopause or irritable bowel syndrome. Often the correct diagnosis is not made until years after the onset of symptoms. The relative rarity of these diseases and the lack of specificity of the symptoms make them often be diagnosed several years after onset. Fortunately, science has made significant advances in the diagnosis and treatment of neuroendocrine tumors. We report the case of a woman of 54 years, with abdominopelvic mass, in whom abdominal ultrasound revealed a mass avascular tissue Doppler taking the screen. The abdominopelvic cT showed a large cystic mass solido—abdominopelvic whose origin is difficult to determine. The patient underwent an exploratory laparotomy. Anapath the results of the right ovary were in favor of a well-differentiated neuroendocrine lesion.

目的比较endobutton钢板与改良Weaver-Dunn联合锁骨钩钢板治疗Rookwood Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位的近期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院骨科2016年1月至2017年6月分别采用endobutton钢板与改良Weaver-Dunn联合锁骨钩钢板治疗的54例Rookwood Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位病人的资料,根据治疗方法不同分为endobutton组(30例)和Weaver-Dunn组(24例),对两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、恢复工作时间进行对比;分别采用肩关节constant-Murley评分、疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale, VAs)评分比较两组术前、术后3个月、术后6个月、术后1年的肩关节功能恢复及疼痛改善情况。结果两组术后均未出现内固定断裂、切口感染及血管损伤,术后总并发症比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.752,P=0.237);endobutton组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、恢复工作时间均低于Weaver-Dunn组,差异均有统计学意义(P均endobutton组和Weaver-Dunn组术后3个月、术后6个月、术后1年constant-Murley各项评分:疼痛、日常活动、患手最大位置、力量测试、肩外展、肩前屈、肩外旋、肩内旋及VAs评分与术前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均endobutton组constant-Murley各项评分及VAs评分均优于Weaver-Dunn组,差异均有统计学意义(P均endobutton钢板和改良Weaver-Dunn联合锁骨钩钢板均能恢复RookwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位病人的肩关节功能,但前者近期临床疗效更具有优势。
