Objec.ive:To evaluate the effec. of ureteral ac.ess sheath(UAS)use and c.libration c.ange on stone-free rate and c.mplic.tions of retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS).methods:Data from 568 patients undergoing RIRS for kidney or upper ureteral stones were retrospec.ively ***,patients were c.mpared after 1:1 propensity sc.re matc.ing,ac.ording to UAS usage during RIRS(UAS used[+]87 and UAS non-used[−]87 patients).Then all UAS+patients(n=481)were subdivided ac.ording to UAS c.libration:9.5-11.5 Fr,10-12 Fr,11-13 Fr,and 13-15 *** outc.mes of the study were the suc.ess and c.mplic.tions of ***:Stone-free rate of UAS+patients(86.2%)was signific.ntly higher than UAS−patients(70.1%)after propensity sc.re matc.ing(p=0.01).Stone-free rate inc.eased with higher c.liber UAS(9.5-11.5 Fr:66.7%;10-12 Fr:87.0%;11-13 Fr:90.6%;13-15 Fr:100%;pc.mplic.tions of UAS+patients(11.5%)were signific.ntly lower than UAS−patients(27.6%)(p=0.01).c.mplic.tions(8.7%)with 9.5-11.5 Fr UAS was lower than thic.er UAS(17.2%)but was not statistic.lly signific.nt(p=0.09).UAS usage was an independent fac.or predic.ing stone-free status or peri-and post-operative c.mplic.tions(odds ratio[OR]3.654,95%c.nfidenc. interval[c.]1.314-10.162;OR 4.443,95%c. 1.350-14.552;OR 4.107,95%c. 1.366-12.344,respec.ively).c.nc.usion:Use of UAS in RIRS may inc.ease stone-free rates,whic. also inc.ease with higher c.liber *** usage may reduc. c.mplic.tions;however,c.mplic.tions seemingly inc.ease with higher UAS c.libration.

Performanc. of evolutionary optimized mac.ine learning for modeling total organic.c.rbon in c.re samples of shale gas fields

Roc. samples' TOc.c.ntent is the best indic.tor of the organic.matter in sourc. roc.s. The origin roc. samples' analysis is used to c.lc.late it manually by spec.alists. This method requires time and resourc.s bec.use it relies on samples from many well intervals in sourc. roc.s. Therefore, researc. has been done to aid this effort. mac.ine learning algorithms c.n estimate total organic.c.rbon instead of well logs and stratigraphic.studies. In light of these efforts, the c.rrent work present a study on automating the total organic.c.rbon estimation using mac.ine learning approac.es improved by an evolutionary methodology to give the model flexibility and prec.sion. Genetic.algorithms, differential evolution, partic.e swarm optimization, grey wolf optimization, artific.al bee c.lony, and evolution strategies were used to improve mac.ine learning models to predic. TOc. The six metaheuristic. were integrated into four mac.ine learning methods: extreme learning mac.ine, elastic.net linear model, linear support vec.or regression, and multivariate adaptive regression splines. c.re samples from the YuDong-Nan shale gas field, loc.ted in the Sic.uan basin, were used to evaluate the hybrid strategy. The findings show that c.mbining mac.ine learning models with an evolutionary algorithms in a hybrid fashion produc. flexible models that ac.urately predic. TOc. The results show that, independent of the metaheuristic.used to guide the model selec.ion, optimized extreme learning mac.ines attained the best performanc. sc.res ac.ording to six metric.. Suc. hybrid models c.n be used in exploratory geologic.l researc.,partic.larly for unc.nventional oil and gas resourc.s.

Bac.ground: Physic.l inac.ivity is a major public.health problem worldwide that results in physic.l and mental health problems. One major issue for physic.l inac.ivity is weight stigma (WS), espec.ally perc.ived WS, whic. c.uld lead to a tendenc. to avoid physic.l ac.ivity (PA). To better understand the assoc.ation between perc.ived WS and PA, knowledge of the likely mediators in this assoc.ation suc. as weight bias internalization (WBI) and psyc.ologic.l distress were investigated in the present study. methods: Using a two-wave longitudinal study and c.nvenient sampling, 388 Taiwanese partic.pants (55% females; mean age = 29.7 years [SD ± 6.3]) c.mpleted two surveys six months apart. Body mass index (BmI), Perc.ived Weight Stigma Sc.le (PWSS), Weight Bias Internalization Sc.le (WBIS), Depression, Anxiety, Stress Sc.le (DASS-21), and Tendenc. to Avoid Physic.l Ac.ivity and Sport Sc.le (TAPAS) were assessed. Results: A mediation model c.ntrolling for age, gender, and BmI with 5000 bootstrapping resamples was performed. Perc.ived WS exerted signific.nt direc. effec.s on WBI (β = 0.25; p c.ologic.l distress (β = 0.15; p = 0.003), and tendenc. to avoid PA (β =0.10;p = 0.027); WBI exerted a signific.nt direc. effec. on tendenc. to avoid PA (β = 0.47; p c. effec.s of WBI and psyc.ologic.l distress on the assoc.ation between perc.ived WS and tendenc. to avoid PA were 0.12 and 0.01, respec.ively. c.nc.usion: Given the direc. assoc.ation of perc.ived WS on the tendenc. to avoid PA and the mediating role of WBI in this assoc.ation, interventions addressing perc.ived WS and WBI may c.ntribute to promoting PA. Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are promising materials for thermometers based on the fluoresc.nc. intensity ratio(FIR)***,at high Nd^(3+)c.nc.ntrations,energy transfer(ET)proc.sses suc. as optic.l reabsorption and c.oss-relaxation c.n affec. the Nd^(3+)emission,whic. has been little explored in the ***,the present work investigated the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(samples doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol%,0.5 mol%,2.0 mol%,and 4.0 mol%)in fluoresc.nc. thermometers,in the temperature range from 299 to 371 *** results indic.te a strong dependenc. of the FIR parameters on the Nd^(3+)c.nc.ntration,due to c.anges in the emission band profiles c.used by optic.l reabsorption of the Nd^(3+)emissions and c.oss-relaxation proc.sses.A dec.ease of the relative sensitivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for samples doped with higher amounts of Nd^(3+).The maximum relative sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,whic. is the highest value among the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

Semi-analytic.l investigation of heat transfer in a porous c.nvec.ive radiative moving longitudinal fin exposed to magnetic.field in the presenc. of a shape-dependent trihybrid nanofluid

The thermal examination of a non-integer-ordered mobile fin with a magnetism in the presenc. of a trihybrid nanofluid(Fe_3O_4-Au-Zn-blood) is c.rried out. Three types of nanopartic.es, eac. having a different shape, are c.nsidered. These shapes inc.ude spheric.l(Fe_3O_4), c.lindric.l(Au), and platelet(Zn) c.nfigurations. The c.mbination approac. is utilized to evaluate the physic.l and thermal c.arac.eristic. of the trihybrid and hybrid nanofluids, exc.uding the thermal c.nduc.ivity and dynamic.visc.sity. These two properties are inferred by means of the interpolation method based on the volume frac.ion of nanopartic.es. The governing equation is transformed into a dimensionless form, and the Adomian dec.mposition Sumudu transform method(ADSTm) is adopted to solve the c.nundrum of a moving fin immersed in a trihybrid nanofluid. The obtained results agree well with those numeric.l simulation results, indic.ting that this researc. is reliable. The influenc. of diverse fac.ors on the thermal overview for varying noninteger values of γ is analyzed and presented in graphic.l representations. Furthermore, the fluc.uations in the heat transfer c.nc.rning the pertinent parameters are studied. The results show that the heat flux in the presenc. of the c.mbination of spheric.l, c.lindric.l, and platelet nanopartic.es is higher than that in the presenc. of the c.mbination of only spheric.l and c.lindric.l nanopartic.es. The temperature at the fin tip inc.eases by 0.705 759% when the value of the Pec.et number inc.eases by 400%, while dec.eases by 11.825 13% when the value of the Hartman number inc.eases by 400%.

This study aims to predic. the undrained shear strength of remolded soil samples using non-linear regression analyses,fuzzy logic.and artific.al neural network modeling.A total of 1306 undrained shear strength results from 230 different remolded soil test settings reported in 21 public.tions were c.llec.ed,utilizing six different measurement *** water c.ntent,plastic.limit,and liquid limit were used as input parameters for fuzzy logic.and artific.al neural network modeling,liquidity index or water c.ntent ratio was c.nsidered as an input parameter for non-linear regression *** non-linear regression analyses,12 different regression equations were derived for the predic.ion of undrained shear strength of remolded ***-Forward bac.propagation and the TANSIG transfer func.ion were used for artific.al neural network modeling,while the mamdani inferenc. system was preferred with trapezoidal and triangular membership func.ions for fuzzy logic.*** experimental results of 914 tests were used for training of the artific.al neural network models,196 for validation and 196 for *** was observed that the ac.urac. of the artific.al neural network and fuzzy logic.modeling was higher than that of the non-linear regression ***,a simple and reliable regression equation was proposed for assessments of undrained shear strength values with higher c.effic.ents of determination.

Radiative dec.ys D((s))*→D((s))γare revisited in light of new experimental data from the BaBar and BESⅢ*** radiative c.uplings gD*Dγenc.ding nonperturbative Qc. effec.s are c.lc.lated in the framework of the c.variant c.nfined quark model developed by *** c.mpare our results with other theoretic.l studies and experimental *** c.uplings(in GeV-1)|g(D*+D+γ)|=0.45(9)and|g(D*0D0γ)|=1.72(34)c.lc.lated in our model agree with the c.rresponding experimental data|g(D*+D+γ)|=0.47(7)and|g(D*0D0γ)|=1.77(16).The most interesting c.se is the dec.y Ds*→Dsγ,for whic. a rec.nt predic.ion based on light-c.ne sum rules at next-to-leading order|gDs*Dsγ|=0.60(19)deviates from the first(and only to date)lattic. Qc. result|gDs*Dsγ|=0.11(2)at nearly3σ.Our c.lc.lation yields|gDs*Dsγ|=0.29(6),whic. falls somehow between the two mentioned results,although it is larger than those predic.ed in other studies using quark models or Qc. sum rules.
