Whole-grain foods have attracted emerging attention due to their health benefits. Whole grains are rich in bound polyphenols (BPs) linked with dietary fibers， which is largely underestimated compared with free polyphenols. In this study， in vitro simulated gastrointestinal digestion and colonic fermentation models were used to study the release profile and metabolism of BPs of oat bran. Significantly higher level of BPs was released during in vitro colon fermentation (3.05 mg GAE/g) than in gastrointestinal digestion (0.54 mg GAE/g). Five polyphenols were detected via Lc-MS and their possible conversion pathways were speculated. Released BPs exhibited chemical antioxidant capacity. 16S rRNA sequencing further revealed that clostridium butyricum， enterococcus faecalis， Bacteroides acidifac.ens were the key bacteria involved in the release of BPs， and this was verified by whole-cell transformation. Our results helped to explain the possible mechanism of the health benefits of BPs in whole grains.

Easy non-radiative decay property of long-lived triplet excitons in aqueous solution obstructs their applications in aquatic *** reported phosphorescence phenomena in aqueous solution have excited researchers enormously but achieving full-color water-soluble phosphorescent carbon nanodots(cNDs)is still a challenging ***,full-color phosphorescence of water-soluble cNDs has been demonstrated by triggering their triplet excitons through nanospace domain confinement,and Förster energy resonance transfer is used for further tuning phosphorescence *** phosphorescence spans across most of the visible spectrum,ranging from 400 to 700 *** an aqueous solution,the cNDs exhibits blue,green,and red phosphorescence,lasting for approximately 6,10,and 7 s,***,the phosphorescence quantum yields are 11.85%,8.6%and 3.56%,making them readily discernible to the naked eyes and laying a solid foundation for practical ***,phosphorescence flexible optical display and bioimaging have been demonstrated by using the multicolor cNDs-based nanomaterials,showing distinct superiority for accuracy and complete display and imaging in complex emission background.

The decay of Higgs boson into two spin-1/2 particles provides an ideal system to reveal quantum entanglement and *** e^(+)e^(-) colliders can improve the measurement accuracy of the spin correlation of tau lepton pairs from Higgs boson *** show the testability of Bell inequality through h→ττ at circular Electron Positron collider(cEPc).Two realistic methods of testing Bell inequality are investigated,i.e.,Törnqvist's method and clauser-Home-Shimony-Holt(cHSH)*** the simulation,we consider the detector effects of cEPc including uncertainties for tracks and jets from Z boson in the production of e^(+)e^(-)→*** reconstruction approaches are described to measure quantum entanglement between τ^(+) and τ^(-).Finally,we show the sensitivity of cEPc to Bell inequality violation for the two methods.

In this report,we present the case of a 55-year-old woman with a 30-year history of multiple familial trichoe-pithelioma(MFT),with facial surface tumors that progressively worsened,causing ventilation *** order to improve the patient’s appearance and functional impairment,we performed a two-step surgical excision and skin grafting procedure post diagnosis through genetic *** 18-month follow-up confirmed that the effect was satisfactory without obvious *** on this outcome,we have developed a diagnosis and treat-ment process for patients with MFT,aiming to provide a reference for standardized treatment of this rare disease.

Space-borne gravitational wave(GW)detectors can detect the merger of massive black *** early warning and localization of GW events before merging can be used to inform electromagnetic telescopes and conduct multimessenger ***,this requires real-time data transmission and analysis *** geocentric orbit of the space-borne GW detector Tian Qin makes it possible to conduct real-time data *** this study,we develop a search and localization pipeline for massive black hole binaries(MBHBs)with Tian Qin under both regular and real-time data transmission *** demonstrate that,with real-time data transmission,MBHBs can be accurately localized on the *** the approaching merger,each analysis can be finished in only 40 *** an MBHB system at a distance of 1 Gpc,if we receive data every hour,then we can pinpoint its location to within less than 1 deg^(2)on the final day before the merger.

The Ti_(p)/ZX60 composites with different Ti_(p) contents were prepared by semi-solid stirring *** extrusion,the microstructure,work hardening and softening behavior of the Ti_(p)/ZX60 composites were analyzed compared with the ZX60(Mg-6Zn-0.2ca)*** results showed that the addition of Ti_(p) could not only promote the nucleation of dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains,but also be propitious to the refinement of DRXed *** increasing Ti_(p) content,the size of DRXed grains decreased accompanied with increasing volume fraction of DRXed *** the Ti_(p) content increased to 15 vol.%,the average size and volume fraction of DRXed grains reached to~0.32μm and 93.2%,***,both the strength and elongation were improved by the addition of Ti_(p).With increasing content of Ti_(p),a substantial increase in the strength was achieved with little change in the ***,the elongation decreased sharply when the Ti_(p) content further increased to 15 vol.%.The addition of Ti_(p) led to an increase in the work hardening rate,which gradually increased with increasing Ti_(p) ***,the softening rate did not demonstrate the same tendency with increasing Ti_(p) *** the conventional ceramic particles,the Ti_(p) can be deformed in coordination with the matrix alloy,which imparted a higher softening rate to the matrix *** though the softening rate improved as the Ti_(p) content increased from 5 to 10 vol.%,it dropped deeply as the Ti_(p) content increased to 15 vol.%owing to the fracture of Ti_(p) during extrusion.

In this paper,we perform the detailed modeling for the light curves(Lcs)of PTF 10iuv which is a calcium-rich(ca-rich)supernova(SN)to constrain the physical properties of its ejecta and the energy sources,as well as the explosion *** find that the^(56)Ni model and the56Ni plus circumstellar interaction model fail to explain the Lcs,while the four-element(^(56)Ni,^(48)cr,^(52)Fe,and^(44)Ti)model can account for the *** ejecta mass of PTF10iuv derived by the model(1.52_(-0.25)^(+0.34)M_(⊙))is consistent with that of the merger of a sub-chandrasekhar mass white *** early-time Lcs were mainly powered by^(56)Ni whose mass is~0.03 M_(⊙),while the contributions of^(48)cr and^(52)Fe can be *** derived^(44)Ti mass(~0.25 M_(⊙))is~1.8 times the upper limit of the derived^(44)Ti mass of ca-rich SN *** suggest that subtracting the contributions of the host-galaxy,which are unknown,and including the flux from other long-lived elements(e.g.,^(57)co,^(55)Fe,^(60)co)can reduce the amount of^(44)Ti,and that this value can be regarded as an upper limit.
