comprehensive Summary A disulfide-based poly(ether-b-amide)copolymer with rapid self-healing capability under moderate conditions was synthesized from 4,4’-dithiodibutyric acid(DTDBA),isophorondiamine(IPDA)and poly(tetramethylene oxide)(PTMO)based on a two-step *** incorporation of IPDA with asymmetric structure and substantial steric hindrance not only effectively decreased the number of regular H-bonds,but also inhibited the crystallization of polyamide segments,imparting the synthesized poly(ether-b-amide)copolymer with an amorphous structural *** on the coordination of segmental diffusion and recombination of disulfide bonds and hydrogen bonds,the scratches and damaged mechanical properties of PEBADS-I611 could be completely self-healed after healing at 40°c for only 11 min and 3 h,respectively.

This study presents the development and evaluation of a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate)(P34HB)ultrafine fiber slow-release system for in vivo osteogenic induction of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUcMScs).Utilizing dual-nozzle and cell electrospinning techniques,the system encapsulates L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate magnesium(AsP),βB-glycerophosphate sodium and dexamethasone(DEX)within the'fbers,ensuring sustained osteogenic *** scaffold's morphology,characterization,hydrophilicity,mechanical properties and cellular behavior were *** subcutaneous implantation in rabbits was con-ducted to observe its ectopic osteogenic induction *** fabricated P34HB ultrafine fiber slow-release *** ization *** distribution of HUcMScs and inducing components within the scaffold,with no chemical reactions affecting the active *** vitro tests showcased a prolonged release of DEX and ASP,while biocompatibility assays highlighted the scaffold's suitability for cellular *** Red,type I collagen,and osteopontin(OPN)staining verifed the scaffold's potent osteogenic induction effect on ***,immediate implantation into New Zealand White rabbits led to significant new bone formation within 8 *** findings underscore the system's potential for immediate in vivo implantation without prior in vitro induction,marking a promising advancement in bone tissue engineering.

One-step harvest of high-purity methane(cH_(4))from ternary propane/ethane/methane(c_(3)H_(8)/c_(2)H_(6)/cH_(4))mixtures remains a desirable yet challenging goal for natural gas ***,adsorbents either suffer from high capacity and selectivity,or are caught in a dilemma of scalable ***,we demonstrate a scalable pillar layered metal-organic framework Ni-MOF for highly efficient one-step cH_(4)***-MOF exhibits high c_(2)H_(6)and c_(3)H_(8)uptakes of 83.3 and 86.1 cm^(3)/g at 298 K and 100 kPa and remarkable c_(2)H_(6)/cH_(4)(50/50,volume ratio,21.5)and c_(3)H_(8)/cH_(4)(50/50,volume ratio,212.0)***,high c_(2)H_(6)(42.2 cm^(3)/g at 10 kPa)and c_(3)H_(8)(64.7 cm^(3)/g at 5 kPa)capacities in the low-pressure region at 298 K were realized on Ni-MOF,suggesting the strong affinities of Ni-MOF towards c_(2)H_(6)and c_(3)H_(8).Furthermore,the dynamic breakthrough experiments revealed that purifying cH_(4)from natural gas in one-step can be achieved in Ni-MOF with high-purity(>99.8%)and productivity(346.0 cm^(3)/g).Most significantly,the production of Ni-MOF can be scalably synthesized at room temperature,rendering it promising potential for industrial *** combined advantages of exceptional separation performance,scalability,and cycle stability of Ni-MOF pave the way for one-step cH_(4)purification from natural gas.

Background clostridium butyricum(cB)is a probiotic that can regulate intestinal microbial composition and improve meat *** protected fat(RPF)has been shown to increase the dietary energy density and provide essential fatty ***,it is still unknown whether dietary supplementation with cB and RPF exerts beneficial effects on growth performance and nutritional value of goat *** study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary cB and RPF supplementation on growth performance,meat quality,oxidative stability,and meat nutritional value of finishing ***-two goats(initial body weight,20.5±0.82 kg)were used in a completely randomized block design with a 2 RPF supplementation(0 vs.30 g/d)×2 cB supplementation(0 vs.1.0 g/d)factorial treatment *** experiment included a 14-d adaptation and 70-d data and sample collection *** goats were fed a diet consisted of 400 g/kg peanut seedling and 600 g/kg corn-based concentrate(dry matter basis).Result Interaction between cB and RPF was rarely observed on the variables measured,except that shear force was reduced(PcB or RPF alone or their combination;the increased intramuscular fat(IMF)content with adding RPF was more pronounced(PcB than without cB *** pH24h(P=0.009),a*values(P=0.007),total antioxidant capacity(P=0.050),glutathione peroxidase activities(P=0.006),concentrations of 18:3(Pcids(P=0.048)were increased,whereas the L*values(Pce(P=0.050)and malondialdehyde content(P=0.044)were decreased by adding ***,cB supplementation increased essential amino acid(P=0.027),flavor amino acid(P=0.010)and total amino acid contents(P=0.024)as well as upregulated the expression of lipoprotein lipase(P=0.034)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)(P=0.012),and downregulated the expression of stearoyl-coA desaturase(ScD)(P=0.034).The RPF supplementation increased dry

Amylose content(Ac)is a crucial determinant of the eating and cooking quality(EcQ)of rice,with low Ac varieties exhibiting a softer texture and greater stickiness-attributes that enhance palatability and are desirable in specific culinary *** harness these traits,significant efforts have been made to manipulate Ac to improve rice *** research utilized the MutMap+approach to identify LAc6/TL1,a gene that is an allele of Du13,responsible for low ***6 encodes a c2H2 zinc finger protein,which specifically increases the splicing efficiency of the Wxb allele without affecting the Wxa *** studies of LAc6 revealed that its proper integration could rectify the undesirable Ac phenotype,whereas mutations within this gene led to reduced Ac and were associated with shorter grain length and decreased thousand-grain *** these drawbacks,such mutations positively impact rice palatability,presenting a trade-off between grain size and eating *** address the challenges posed by the reduced grain weight associated with LAc6 mutations,we developed a specific molecular marker for LAc6,which has been effectively used in breeding programs to select lac6/tl1/du13 homozygous individuals with larger grain *** findings demonstrate that the“small grain”trait associated with lac6/tl1/du13 can be effectively mitigated through combined phenotype-based and marker-assisted *** study highlights the potential of lac6/tl1/du13 as a valuable gene for breeding novel,high-quality soft rice varieties through targeted breeding strategies.

Ordered mesoporous materials have received great attention due to their well-defined pore structures and potential applications in catalysis, adsorption, separation, drug delivery, etc. Although various compositions of mesoporous solids have been successfully prepared, the preparation of crystalline non-metallic oxyacid salts with ordered mesoporosity remains a major challenge. Herein, we report the synthesis of a mesoporous solid acid crystalline boron phosphate（BPO4） catalyst with a bicontinuous shifted double diamond（SDD） hyperbolic surface structure. The BPO4scaffold was obtained by synergistic selfassembly in a mixed solvent of water and tetrahydrofuran using the diblock copolymer poly（ethylene oxide）-block-polystyrene as template and phosphoric acid and orthoboric acid as inorganic sources. The structure consists of two sets of diamond networks adjacent to each other with a mesostructural scale tetragonal symmetry（space group I41/amd） with unit cell parameters of a =80 nm and c = 113 nm, which affords the scaffold a specific surface area of 44 m2/g. As a solid acid catalytic material, the SDD BPO4scaffold exhibited excellent catalytic activity at room temperature with a conversion of furfural to 2-（dimethoxymethyl）furan over 70% and can be reused after recovery without serious loss of activity. In the propane oxidative dehydrogenation reaction, SDD BPO4demonstrated high olefin productivity and selectivity while maintaining high reaction rate. This study provides ideas for the preparation of ordered mesoporous crystalline catalytic materials and demonstrates their potential for practical applications.

We have chosen the Large Scale Atomic/Molecular Massively Parallel Simulator (LAMMPS) code to calculate the coalescence of silicon carbide (Sic),silicon oxide dust (SiO) in the AGB stellar *** is a classica molecular dynamics simulation *** the same time,we consider the effect of temperature on the evolution of molecular *** also calculated the temperature change of non-spherical Sic,SiO dust *** condensation temperature range of Sic dust in the AGB stellar wind is[300–500]k and[900–1100]k for SiO Finally,the infrared spectrum of Sic was calculated using Gaussian 16 *** 77Sic,70Si_(3)c_(3),and 121Si_(3)c_(3) models have clear characteristic peaks of infrared spectra responding at 5,8.6,11.3,15,19,and 37μm.

Synthesis of carbon nitride in potassium hydroxide molten salt for efficient uranium extraction from radioactive wastewater

Photocatalysis-assisted removal of uranium has been proven as an effective method for the elimination of radioactive pollution from *** this work,carbon nitride materials were synthesized in potassium hydroxide(KOH)molten salt and applied to photocatalytic uranyl *** materials were confirmed to possess the triazine-s-heptazine structure by NMR,XPS and UV-Vis characterization,and exhibited a wider visible light absorption than graphitic carbon nitride(g-c_(3)N_(4)).The photocatalytic activity of the carbon nitride materials was tailored by varying the precursor mass *** carbon nitride obtained at 80%melamine as precursor(K-cN-80)exhibited the highest photocatalytic extraction ability and its photocatalytic reaction rate is 6.6 times faster than that of g-c_(3)N_(4).The influence of sacrificial agents was studied and the results showed that triethanolamine inhibited U(Ⅵ)photoreduction,but methanol can accelerate U(Ⅵ)photoreduction by consuming photogenerated *** unary KOH molten salt synthesis method has exceptional potential applications in the preparation of carbon nitrides,and the obtained products showed potential in extracting U(Ⅵ)from aqueous solutions for use in nuclear fuel industry and for U(Ⅵ)environmental pollution cleanup.

On-surface Ullmann-type reaction,or the dehalogenated coupling,is arguably the most pivotal reaction in on-surface synthesis for the fabrications of carbon ***,the vast majority of works rely on activating the c-Br bond of aryl bromide which has a moderate bond dissociation *** c-cl bond of aryl chloride has a higher dissociation energy and requires much higher thermal energy to break the *** this study,we have explored the on-surface photo-induced dechlorination and achieved the activation of three distinct aryl chlorines on the Au(111)surface with mild *** work enriches our understanding of on-surface photo-induced reactions and highlights the potential of photochemistry in realizing unconventional reactions.
