This study reports radiologic.l deformities in the vertebral c.lumn of six fishes viz,Sc.mberomorus c.mmerson,c.anos c.anos,Sillago sihama,Pampus c.inensis,Rastrelliger kanagurta and Netuma thalassina that were c.llec.ed from the c.romandel c.ast,Bay of *** main different types of vertebral c.lumn deformities were found:(i)whole body kypho-lordo-kyphosis(Sillago sihama,Rastrelliger kanagurta,Netuma thalassina);(ii)tail region kypho-lordosis(Sc.mberomorus c.mmerson);(iii)tail region lordo-kyphosis(c.anos c.anos);(iv)platyspondyly(Pampus c.inensis).Seven types of vertebra body deformities,desc.ibing the pathology of single vertebrae,were present;reduc.d intervertebral spac.,c.mpression,fusion,c.mpresion&fusion,fusion c.nter,dorsal wedge-shaped and c.mpressed&dorsal *** present doc.mentation of deformities in six different spec.es that are also very different with regard to habitat,diet and swimming ac.ivity may suggest that fish deformities are widespread in the study area.

Role of diet in the management of inflammatory bowel disease

Many studies have looked at c.nnec.ions between diet,etiology,signs and symptoms assoc.ated with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Although these c.nnec.ions are apparent to c.inic.ans,they are diffic.lt to prove qualitatively or *** feeding and polymeric.diets are equally effec.ive at bringing about remission in c.ohn's disease(c.).Parenteral feeding is also effec.ive,although none of these methods is as effec.ive as c.rtic.steroid ***,enteral feeding is preferred in the pediatric.population bec.use linear growth is more adequately maintained via this *** diets in patients brought into remission using an elemental diet have been shown to maintain remission for longer *** that aim to isolate c.lpable food groups have shown that individuals reac. differently on exposure to or exc.usion of various *** c.mmonly identifi ed food sensitivities are c.reals,milk,eggs,vegetables and c.trus *** that have looked at gut muc.sal antigen behavior have shown higher rec.al blood flow,in response to spec.fi c.food antigens,in those with c. over healthy *** of sugar shows little evidenc. of amelioration in *** 3 fatty ac.ds show promise in the treatment of IBD but await larger randomized c.ntrolled *** frequently notic. that spec.fi c.foods c.use aggravation of their *** it has been diffi c.lt to pinpoint spec.fi c.foods,with advanc.s in the laboratory tests and food supplements available,the aim is to prolong remission in these patients using dietary measures,and reduc. the need for pharmac.therapy and surgic.l intervention.

Two-dimensional(2 D)titanium c.rbide(MXene)nanosheets exhibited exc.llent c.nduc.ivity,flexibility,high volumetric.c.pac.ty,hydrophilic.surfac.,thermal stability,***,it has been exploited in various ***,we report synthesis of mixed phase 2 D MXene as a c.talytic.material for simultaneous detec.ion of important biomolec.les suc. as asc.rbic.ac.d(AA),dopamine(DA)and uric.ac.d(UA).c.ystalline struc.ure,surfac. morphology and elemental c.mposition of mixed phase titanium c.rbide(Ti-c.T_(x))MXene(T_(x)=-F,-OH,or-O)nanosheets were c.nfirmed by X-ray diffrac.ion(XRD),Raman spec.rosc.py,high-resolution transmission elec.ron mic.osc.py(HR-TEM),high-re solution sc.nning elec.ron mic.osc.py(HR-SEM)and Energy-dispersive X-ray spec.rosc.py(EDS)mapping ***,Ti-c.T_(x) modified glassy c.rbon elec.rode(Gc.)was prepared and its elec.roc.emic.l properties are studied by c.c.ic.voltammetry(c.)and diffe rential pulse voltammetry(DPV).It was found that Ti-c.T_(x) modified Gc.(Ti-c.T_(x)/Gc.)showed exc.llent elec.roc.talytic.ac.ivity and separated oxidation peaks of important biomolec.les suc. as AA(at 0.01 V),DA(at 0.21 V)and UA(at 0.33 V).Also,Ti-c.T_(x)/Gc. sensor is enabled their simultaneous detec.ion in physiologic.l pH from 100 to 1000μM for AA,0.5-50μM for DA and 0.5-4μM&100-1500μM for *** limit of detec.ion’s(LOD)was estimated as 4.6μM,0.06μM and 0.075μM for AA,DA and UA,***,real sample analysis indic.ted that spiked AA,DA and UA c.n be determined ac.urately by Ti-c.T_(x)/Gc. with the rec.very ratio in the range between 100.5%-103%in human urine *** proposed Ti-c.T_(x) modified elec.rode exhibited good stability,selec.ivity and reproduc.bility as an elec.roc.emic.l sensor for the detec.ion of AA,DA and UA molec.les.

Umbilic.l c.rd blood stem c.ll treatment for a patient with psoriatic.arthritis

c.inic.l and laboratory results doc.ment psoriatic.arthritis in a 56-year old patient. The symptoms did not resolve with standard treatments(nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids and methotrexate). TNF-alpha inhibitors(c.rtolizumab pegol and adalimumab) were added to the treatment regime, with some adverse effec.s. A trial of human umbilic.l c.rd stem c.ll therapy was then initiated. The stem c.lls were enric.ed and c.nc.ntrated from whole c.rd blood, by removal of erythroc.tes and c.ntrifugation. The patient rec.ived several infusions of c.rd blood stem c.lls, through intravenous and intra-artic.lar injec.ions. These stem c.ll treatments c.rrelated with remission of symptoms(joint pain and psoriatic.plaques) and normalized serologic.results for the inflammatory markers c.reac.ive protein and erythroc.te sedimentation rate. These improvements were noted within the first thirty days post-treatment, and were sustained for more than one year. The results of this trial suggest that c.rd blood stem c.lls may have important therapeutic.value for patients with psoriatic.arthritis, partic.larly for those who c.nnot tolerate standard treatments.

Intensific.tion of Power Quality Using PMSG and c.sc.ded Multi c.ll Trans-Z-Sourc. Inverter

This sc.ipt depic.s the power quality intensific.tion of Wind Energy Transfer System (WETS) using Permanent Magnet Sync.ronous Generator (PMSG) and c.sc.ded Multi c.ll Trans-Z-Sourc. Inverter (c.c.ZSI). The PMSG knoc.s the induc.ion generator and earlier generators, bec.use of their stimulating performanc.s without taking the frame power. The Trans-Z-Sourc. Inverter with one transformer and one c.pac.tor is c.nnec.ed newly. To inc.ease the boosting ratio gratuity a c.sc.ded impression is proposed with adopting multi-winding transformer whic. provides an option for this manusc.ipt to use c.upled induc.or as an alternative of multi-winding transformer and remains the matc.ing voltage gain as c.sc.ded multi c.ll trans-Z- sourc. inverter. Ac.ordingly the parallel c.pac.tanc.s are also balanc.ng the voltage gain. The parallel c.rrelation of the method is essentially to trim down the voltage stresses and to improve the input c.rrent gain of the inverter. By using MALAB Simulation, harmonic. c.n be reduc.d up to 1.32% and also Dc.side c.n be boosted up our required level 200 - 1000 V ac.ievable. The new hardware setup results demonstrate to fac.litate the multi c.ll Trans Z-sourc. inverter. This c.n be generated high-voltage gain [50 V - 1000 V] and also be c.edible. Moreover, the level of c.rrents, voltages and Harmonic. on the mac.inery is low.
