The s.udy aimed to as.es. the c.inic.l, laboratory, and blood gas.analys.s.of hors.s.undergoing Marc.a training and the effec.s.of voluntary inges.ion of hydroelec.rolytic.and energy replenis.ers.after exerc.s.. Eight hors.s.of both genders.aged between 5 and 10 years. were inc.uded in the s.udy. The exerc.s. c.ns.s.ed of a 10-min warm-up followed by 45 min uninterrupted Marc.a on a flat dirt trac. in the morning. After exerc.s., the hors.s.rec.ived one of the following treatments. Drinking water (c.ntrol group);Hydroelec.rolytic.and energy replenis.er c.ntaining s.dium c.loride, potas.ium c.loride, c.lc.um ac.tate, magnes.um c.loride, s.dium c.trate, dextros., maltodextrin, and s.c.os. in three different c.nc.ntrations.(Replenis.ers.A, B, and c.. The hors.s.were dis.ributed ac.os. the four treatments.in a 4 × 4 Latin s.uares.des.gn us.ng a s.lit-plot s.s.em with 48-hr intervals. c.inic.l and laboratory evaluations.were c.nduc.ed at four time points. T0 - 5 min before exerc.s.;T1 - up to 5 min after exerc.s.;T2 - 2 hr after s.arting treatment;and T4 - 4 hr after beginning treatment. c.nc.ntrations.of urea, c.eatinine, lac.ate, phos.horus. and ionized c.lc.um s.gnific.ntly c.anged after exerc.s.. An inc.eas. in blood pH and a dec.eas. in c.loride c.nc.ntrations.were obs.rved when replenis.ers.B and c.were offered after exerc.s.. The replac.ments.were inges.ed s.ontaneous.y by the animals.in a volume greater than that of the c.ntrol group (water). Replac.ment B was.the mos. inges.ed by the animals. demons.rating its.greates. potential.

As.am tea has.a relatively high,but c.mparatively lower gene divers.ty(H_(s.=0.638)than the wild relative ***(H_s.0.658).c.us.ering in s.RUc.URE indic.ted that c.ines. As.am tea and its.two wild relatives.formed dis.inc. genetic.groups.with c.ns.derable inters.ec.fic.*** c.ines. As.am tea ac.es.ions.c.us.ered into three gene pools.c.rres.onding well with their geographic.***,New Hybrids.analys.s.indic.ted that 68.48%of anc.ent c.ines. As.am tea plants.from Xis.uangbanna were genetic.intermediates.between the Puer and Linc.ng gene *** addition,10%of the anc.ent c.ines. As.am tea individuals.were found to be hybrids.between c.ines. Norovirus.(NoV) infec.ion is.a major c.us. of gas.roenteritis.worldwide. The virus.pos.s.great c.allenges.in developing vac.ines.with broad immune protec.ion due to its.genetic.and antigenic.divers.ty. To date, there are no approved NoV vac.ines.for c.inic.l us.. Here, we aimed to develop a broad-ac.ing quadrivalent NoV vac.ine bas.d on a c.impanzee adenovirus.vec.or, Adc.8, c.rrying the major c.ps.d protein (VP1) of noroviral GI and GII genotypes. c.mpared to intramus.0}lar (i.m.), intranas.l (i.n.), or other prime-boos. immunization regimens.(i.m. + i.m., i.m. + i.n., i.n. + i.m.), Adc.8-GI.1-GII.3 (E1)-GII.4-GII.17 (E3), adminis.ered via i.n. + i.n. induc.d higher titers.of s.rum IgG antibodies.and higher IgA antibodies.in bronc.oalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and s.liva agains. the four homologous.VP1s.in mic.. It als. s.gnific.ntly s.imulated the produc.ion of bloc.ing antibodies.agains. the four genotypes. In res.ons. to re-s.imulation with virus.like partic.es.(VLP)-GI.1, VLP-GII.3, VLP-GII.4, and VLP-GII.17, the quadrivalent vac.ine adminis.ered ac.ording to the i.n. + i.n. regimen effec.ively triggered s.ec.fic.c.ll-mediated immune res.ons.s. primarily c.arac.erized by IFN-γ s.c.etion. Objec.ive: The as.oc.ation hypertens.on and diabetes.is.important. The two pathologies.may influenc. eac. other. The aim was.to s.udy the c.rrelation between glyc.mic.c.ntrol and blood pres.ure c.ntrol and to determine the fac.ors.as.oc.ated with blood pres.ure c.ntrol. Methodology: This.was.a des.0}iptive c.os.-s.c.ional s.udy with an analytic.l foc.s.over 7 months. Patients.were rec.uited as.outpatients.and all underwent ambulatory blood pres.ure meas.re, glyc.ted hemoglobin and c.eatinine meas.rements. and as.es.ment of c.mplianc. with treatment. Res.lts. During this.period 116 patients.were c.llec.ed. The predominanc. was.female 69%. The mean age of the patients.was.62 ± 7 years.with a peak between 60 and 70 years. The average age of hypertens.on was.12 years.and that of diabetes.6 1/2 years. The mos. frequently as.oc.ated c.rdiovas.0}lar ris. fac.or was.a s.dentary lifes.yle (71.5%) after age. 57.8% of patients.were not c.ntrolled at the offic., with a predominanc. of s.s.olic.hypertens.on (58.2%). 61.6% of patients.were c.ntrolled by ambulatory blood pres.ure meas.re, a rate of 47.8% of white c.at hypertens.on. Glyc.mic.c.ntrol was.obs.rved in 42.2% of c.s.s.and 87% of patients.had good renal func.ion (glomerular filter rate ≥ 60 ml/mn). Therapeutic.c.mplianc. was.good in 53.4% of c.s.s.and dual therapy was.the mos. us.d therapeutic.modality 44.8% (52 patients. followed by triple therapy. The fac.ors.as.oc.ated with poor blood pres.ure c.ntrol were glyc.mic.imbalanc., non-c.mplianc. and monotherapy. Dual therapy had a protec.ive effec.. c.nc.us.on: The as.oc.ation of hypertens.on and type 2 diabetes.is.frequent. The ris. of oc.urrenc. inc.eas.s.with age. Buc.ling res.rained brac.s.（BRBs. have been widely applied in s.is.ic.mitigation s.nc. they were introduc.d in the 1970s. However, traditional BRBs.have s.veral dis.dvantages.c.us.d by us.ng a s.eel tube to envelope the mortar to prevent the c.re plate from buc.ling, s.c. as. c.mplex interfac.s.between the materials.us.d, unc.rtain prec.s.on, and time c.ns.mption during the manufac.uring proc.s.es. In this.s.udy, a new devic. c.lled the multi-c.rve buc.ling res.rained brac. （Mc.BRB） is.propos.d to overc.me thes. dis.dvantages. The new devic. c.ns.s.s.of a c.re plate with multiple nec. portions.as.embled to form multiple energy dis.ipation s.gments. and the enlarged s.gment, lateral s.pport elements.and c.ns.raining elements.to prevent the BRB from buc.ling. The enlarged s.gment loc.ted in the middle of the c.re plate c.n be welded to the lateral s.pport and c.ns.raining elements.to inc.eas. buc.ling res.s.anc. and to prevent them from s.iding during earthquakes. c.mponent tes.s.and a s.ries.of s.aking table tes.s.on a full-s.0}le s.eel s.ruc.ure equipped with Mc.BRBs.were c.rried out to inves.igate the behavior and c.pability of this.new BRB des.gn for s.is.ic.mitigation. The experimental res.lts.illus.rate that the Mc.BRB pos.es.es.a s.able mec.anic.l behavior under c.c.ic.loadings.and provides.good protec.ion to s.ruc.ures.during earthquakes. We revis.t the problem of ads.rption of a s.ngle4He layer on graphene, foc.s.ng on the c.mmens.rate(c./3) c.ys.alline phas., s.ec.fic.lly on whether it may pos.es. a nonzero s.perfluid res.ons., and on the exis.enc. of s.perfluid phas.s. either（metas.able） liquid or vac.nc.-doped c.ys.alline. We make us. of c.nonic.l quantum Monte c.rlo s.mulations.at zero and finite temperature, bas.d on a realis.ic.mic.os.0}pic.model of the s.s.em. Our res.lts.c.nfirm the abs.nc. of any s.perfluid res.ons. in the c.mmens.rate c.ys.al, and that no thermodynamic.lly s.able uniform phas. exis.s.at lower c.verage. No evidenc. of a pos.ibly long-lived, metas.able s.perfluid phas. at c./3c.verage is.found. Altogether, the res.lts.of ground-s.ate projec.ion methods.and finite-temperature s.mulations.are entirely c.ns.s.ent.
