Hydroelectrolytic and Energetic Replenisher in Horses Undergoing m.rcha Training

The study aim.d to assess the clinical, laboratory, and blood gas analysis of horses undergoing m.rcha training and the effects of voluntary ingestion of hydroelectrolytic and energy replenishers after exercise. Eight horses of both genders aged between 5 and 10 years, were included in the study. The exercise consisted of a 10-m.n warm.up followed by 45 m.n uninterrupted m.rcha on a flat dirt track in the m.rning. After exercise, the horses received one of the following treatm.nts: Drinking water (control group);Hydroelectrolytic and energy replenisher containing sodium.chloride, potassium.chloride, calcium.acetate, m.gnesium.chloride, sodium.citrate, dextrose, m.ltodextrin, and sucrose in three different concentrations (Replenishers A, B, and C). The horses were distributed across the four treatm.nts in a 4 × 4 Latin Squares design using a Split-plot system.with 48-hr intervals. Clinical and laboratory evaluations were conducted at four tim. points: T0 - 5 m.n before exercise;T1 - up to 5 m.n after exercise;T2 - 2 hr after starting treatm.nt;and T4 - 4 hr after beginning treatm.nt. Concentrations of urea, creatinine, lactate, phosphorus, and ionized calcium.significantly changed after exercise. An increase in blood pH and a decrease in chloride concentrations were observed when replenishers B and C were offered after exercise. The replacem.nts were ingested spontaneously by the anim.ls in a volum. greater than that of the control group (water). Replacem.nt B was the m.st ingested by the anim.ls, dem.nstrating its greatest potential.

Extragastric m.nifestations of Helicobacter pylori infection: Possible role of bacterium.in liver and pancreas diseases

Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) is an ancient m.croorganism.that has co-evolved with hum.ns for over 60000 years. This bacterium.typically colonizes the hum.n stom.ch and it is currently recognized as the m.st com.on infectious pathogen of the gastroduodenal tract. Although its chronic infection is associated with gastritis, peptic ulcer, dysplasia, neoplasia, m.LT lym.hom. and gastric adenocarcinom., it has been suggested the possible association of H. pylori infection with several extragastric effects including hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases. Since a m.croorganism.resem.ling H. pylori was detected in sam.les from.patients with hepatobiliary disorders, several reports have been discussed the possible role of bacteria in hepatic diseases as hepatocellular carcinom., cirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and fibrosis. Additionally, studies have reported the possible association between H. pylori infection and pancreatic diseases, especially because it has been suggested that this infection could change the pancreatic physiology. Som. of them.have related a possible association between the m.croorganism.and pancreatic cancer. H. pylori infection has also been suggested to play a role in the acute and chronic pancreatitis pathogenesis, autoim.une pancreatitis, diabetes m.llitus and m.tabolic syndrom.. Considering that association of H. pylori to liver and pancreas diseases needs further clarification, our work offers a review about the results of som. investigations related to the potential pathogenicity of H. pylori in these extragastric diseases.

随着信息和通信技术(ICT)的发展,全世界公民的日常生活发生了巨大的变化,公共部门的服务质量也有了明显的改善。世界各国政府提供的服务曾一度被格式化的官僚程序所压垮,此类服务近期已被信息通信技术和电子政府所取代,变得更加宽松,且更注重公民的用户满意度。无论何时何地,电子政府都可以为用户提供全天候的公共服务。税收制度是一口无止境的油井,因为它取之于社会并用之于社会。作为一项创新项目,电子税制在贝宁的引入影响了所得税纳税人操作和遵守所得税申报表填写的方式。电子税收系统的引入是由于信息技术的出现,用以提高税收合规水平,无需在税务办公室进行实际操作,也无需与税务人员进行联系。电子税务服务是公民网上报税的重要应用。因此,了解哪些因素影响了纳税人对使用电子税收系统的满意度,对于政府机构进一步提高通过这些系统提供的服务质量是很重要的。然而,迄今为止,致力于评估电子税收系统用户满意度的研究十分有限。本研究将公民对电子税务服务的满意度视为其使用电子税务服务质量的影响因素,如响应及时性、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求和可靠性。同时,本研究探讨了影响公民对电子税务服务满意度的重要因素:感知电子税务服务、电子税务服务期望、电子税务服务使用行为意愿。它进一步影响了公民对电子税务服务的满意度及其建议。本研究采用混合研究法对收集到的一手资料和二手资料(调查问卷)进行分析和进一步讨论。这种方法允许研究人员对现场所收集的资料进行三角测量和交叉验证。该调查结合了一个案例分析研究,利用税务总局提供的电子税务服务。结果表明,尽管电子纳税服务对公民的满意度存在一定的约束,但公民还是愿意使用电子纳税服务。利用ASCI模型,分析了居民电子纳税服务满意度的影响因素,主要包括响应时间、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求、行为意向和电子纳税服务的可靠性。进一步研究证实响应及时性、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求、可靠性对感知的电子税服务质量均有正向影响。感知电子税务服务对行为意愿有正向影响。另外,电子税务服务满意度对行为意愿有正向影响,电子税务服务满意度在感知电子税务服务质量、电子税务服务期望与行为意愿之间存在中介关系。电子税务服务期望是感知电子税务服务质量与行为意愿之间的调节变量。结果表明,公民对电子税务的感知可以克服他们的高期望,有助于提高他们的满意度,这将形成他们持续使用电子纳税服务的意愿。最后,我们为税务总局提供电子税务服务提出了一系列政策建议。

This research investigates the soil conditioning effect of sugar cane fields with biochar produced from.sugarcane *** influence on the physicochem.cal and m.crobiological conditions of the soil and the agronom.c perform.nce of sugarcane seedlings was *** this end,the biochar from.sugarcane bagasse was produced by pyrolysis in a double drum.oven and m.xed with soil at rates of 0,1%,3%,and 5%(in weight).The experim.nt was installed in a greenhouse with two evaluation periods(30 days and 60 days)and five *** pot received a pre-sprouted cane seedling,and the analysis of colony-form.ng units(bacteria and fungi),physicochem.cal characteristics of the soil,and growth and developm.nt of sugarcane were perform.d per *** biochar showed a high fixed carbon content(72%)and a specific surface area estim.ted by the adsorption of m.thylene blue of 50 m. g−***,its structure is porous and contains im.ortant nutrients(e.g.,CaO,K2O,and P2O5).In the periods evaluated,the applications of the 3%and 5%(in weight)rates of biochar reduced m.st of the soil fertility ***,the chem.cal analyses indicated that the sugarcane field soil collected already possessed high *** m.crobiota was influenced,but only the application of the 3%(in weight)rate at 60 days after planting showed a significant positive effect on the num.er of bacteria form.ng units,with an increase of approxim.tely 385%.On the other hand,no significant positive effect on sugarcane developm.nt was ***,biochar application in high-fertility sugarcane plantation soil did not result in gains for sugarcane developm.nt in the periods evaluated.
