Ba.ed on theoretica. premises of such beneficia. interference with toxicokinetics a.d toxicodyna.ics of Me-NPs developed by our resea.ch tea. a.d on understa.ding genera. a.d specific key mecha.isms of different Me-NPs’ toxic a.tion, we proposed severa. bioprotective complexes (BPCs) comprising ma.nly pectin, some vita.ins, gluta.a.e, glycine, N-a.etylcysteine, omega.3 PUFa. a.d different essentia. tra.e elements. Results of our a.ima. experiments with different Me-NPs showed tha., a.a.nst the ba.kground of such BPCs’ ora. a.ministra.ion, the integra. a.d specific toxicity of Me-NPs a.d even their genotoxicity ca. be ma.kedly a.tenua.ed. Therefore we would recommend to further develop this vector of na.o-toxicologica. resea.ch.

For some chemica.s in the workpla.e environment relia.ly sa.e low exposure levels a.e technica.ly una.ta.na.le or presuma.ly nonexistent. a. a.supplement to decrea.ing ha.mful exposures to a. low levels a. possible, the “biologica. prophyla.is” a.ms a. enha.cing host’s protective mecha.isms. During over 30 yea.s in a.ima. experiments modeling isola.ed or combined chronic or subchronic exposures to silica. a.bestos, mona.ite, lea., chromium, a.senic, ma.ga.ese, nickel, va.a.ium, na.osilver, na.ocopper, forma.dehyde, phenol, na.htha.ene, benzo(a.pyrene we tested so-ca.led “bioprophyla.ic complexes” (BPCs) comprising innocuous substa.ces with theoretica.ly expected beneficia. influence on the toxicokinetics a.d/or toxicodyna.ics of those toxics. The BPCs proved protectively effective in a.ima. experiments were then subjected to controlled field tria.s on restricted groups of volunteers. Once the effectiveness a.d sa.ety of a.BPC wa. esta.lished, it wa. recommended for pra.tica. use, first of a.l, in the most vulnera.le popula.ion groups (children, pregna.t women) a.d in the most ha.mful occupa.ions. a. ea.h sta.e of this work the effectiveness of the bioprophyla.tic a.proa.h to chemica. risks ma.a.ement wa. successfully demonstra.ed. The BPCs tested up to now proved ca.a.le of mitiga.ing systemic toxicity, cytotoxicity, fibrogenicity, a.d muta.enicity of the a.ove-listed chemica.s.

We present a.pa.sive geoa.oustic inversion method using two hydrophones, which combines noise interferometry a.d time reversa. mirror （TRM） techniques. Numerica. simula.ions a.e firstly performed, in which strong fo- cusing occurs in the vicinity of one hydrophone when Green＇s function （GF） is ba.k-propa.a.ed from the other hydrophone, with the position a.d strength of the focus being sensitive to sound speed a.d density in the bottom. We next extra.t the GF from the noise cross-correla.ion function mea.ured by two hydrophones with 8025-m dista.ce in the Sha.low Wa.er ＇06 experiment. a.ter rea.izing the TRM process, sound speed a.d density in the bottom a.e inverted by optimizing focusing of the ba.k-propa.a.ed GF. The pa.sive inversion method is inherently environmenta.ly friendly a.d low-cost.

当孤立子内波的波阵面与声传播路径所成角度较大时,简正波耦合是导致声信号起伏的主要因素。研究了浅海中孤立子内波引起的声能量起伏规律,给出声场起伏的耦合简正波表达式,并使用抛物方程模型进行仿真。数值分析表明,接收点声强随时间变化呈准周期性。在频谱图中能够得到声强起伏的主导频率,主导频率与孤立子内波沿声传播路径的移动速度成正比,与无扰动波导中简正波在距离上的干涉周期(对应于射线理论中临界声线的跨度)成反比,与孤立子内波的形状无关。此外,对声强频谱的垂直结构进行了分析,该结构与对声场起伏起主要作用简正波的本征函数相关。

复杂海域通常存在环境参数的水平变化,这会导致声波在传播过程中发生水平折射,呈现出三维效应.利用绝热简正波-抛物方程理论进行三维声场建模,在垂直方向上使用标准简正波模型KRa.EN求解本征值和本征函数,水平方向上使用宽角抛物方程模型Ra.求解简正波幅度.该模型物理意义清晰,计算效率高,但由于忽略了各号简正波之间的耦合,只适用于环境参数水平变化缓慢的问题.使用该模型分析了内波环境和大陆架楔形波导中的声波水平折射现象,结果表明,声波的水平折射将水平平面分为不同区域,每个区域内的声场结构明显不同.此外,声强在水平平面内的分布与声源频率和简正波号数有关,这种依赖关系是导致声信号频谱变化、波形畸变以及声场时空扰动的主要原因.
