ZERO HUNGER has been recognized as a core sustainable development goal (UN 2015).To this end,efforts should be made to increase productivity and production,strengthen capacity for adaptation to climate change,extreme weather and disasters with sustainable food production systems and resilient agricultural practices,and promote food market information transparency to ensure the proper functioning of food commodity markets and to limit extreme food price volatility.

全国农作物叶面积指数遥感估算方法

目前对农作物叶面积指数LAI的遥感估算研究多是针对单一作物或是作物种植结构单一的区域,该文运用大尺度农作物叶面积指数的遥感估算方法,在像元尺度上对4个代表性实验站的LAI与归一化植被指数(NDVI)的相互关系进行了回归分析后,得到4种代表性作物种植结构的LAI估算模型,然后结合全国农作物种植结构数据对模型外推,建立了一个全国尺度的遥感模型,并估算了全国作物LAI。该文使用“863”项目山东遥感应用综合试验中的作物LAI观测数据进行了验证,结果表明该模型较其它估算模型达到了较高的精度,最大相对误差为39%,平均的相对误差为19%。该模型的计算结果已经在“中国农情遥感速报”系统中得到了广泛的应用。

在调研国内外遥感案例的基础上,论述了遥感在推动地球系统科学发展方面的作用,及在我国的重点应用领域。遥感催生了全球变化研究,使得人类得以从新的视角来探索地球上的生命未来;遥感推动了地球科学从定性到定量、从描述到分析、从单站点到多时空尺度的变革,诸多新兴交叉学科应运而生。遥感是应用驱动的,一致性及可对比性是定量遥感的核心,也是遥感深化应用的基础。遥感应用于众多领域,但不同的国家基于各自的国情有不同的侧重点,其中,维护国家全球利益、灾害快速响应与灾后评估、第三方独立监督、保障国防安全是我国的应用重点。

A resilience-incorporated risk assessment framework is proposed and demonstrated in this study to manifest the advantageous seismic resilience of precast concrete frame(PCF)structures with“dry”connections in terms of their low damage and rapid *** framework integrates various uncertainties in the seismic hazard,fragility,capacity,demand,loss functions,and post-earthquake *** this study,the PCF structures are distinguished from ordinary reinforced concrete frame(RCF)structures by characterizing multiple limit states for the PCF based on its unique damage ***,probabilistic story-wise pushover analyses are performed to yield story-wise capacities for the predefined limit *** the seismic resilience analysis,a step-wise recovery model is proposed to idealize the functionality recovery process,with separate considerations of the repair and non-repair *** recovery model leverages the economic loss and downtime to delineate the stochastic post-earthquake recovery curves for the resilience loss *** such,contingencies in the probabilistic post-earthquake repairs are incorporated and the empirical judgments on the recovery parameters are largely *** proposed framework is demonstrated through a comparative study between two“dry”connected PCFs and one RCF designed as alternative structural systems for a prototype *** results from the risk quantification indicate that the PCFs show reduced loss hazards and lower expected losses relative to the ***,the PCF equipped with energy dissipation devices at the“dry”connections largely reduces the expected economic loss,downtime,and resilience loss by 29%,56%,and 60%,respectively,compared to the RCF.

水稻是中国乃至亚洲的重要粮食作物之一,稻米产量关系到民生福祉。及时、准确的水稻分布信息是监测水稻产量、调控农业资源配给的基础。遥感(Remote Sensing)技术能够提供大范围地表的时间序列光谱变化特征,常用于大尺度范围的作物监测。然而,传统基于水稻生长关键时期光谱特征的分类、提取方法对遥感数据的时间分辨率要求较高。由于我国南方水稻产区湿热,雨季云污染降低了遥感数据的有效时间分辨率,因此上述方法在该地难以推广。融合多源遥感数据的分类方案变相缩短了卫星的重访周期,使多云气候区基于遥感影像的水稻分类成为可能。然而,集成多源数据所需更高的数据处理效率和存储需求也成为限制省级乃至更大范围水稻分类的主要因素。本研究基于谷歌地球引擎(Google Earth Engine)云平台,在线调用中分辨率的光学、微波遥感数据,创新性地采用了按月提取、按直方图大小提取特征的方式,采用随机森林分类器,绘制海南省2016年10 m分辨率水稻种植分布图。实验结果证明,该方法可以用于南方多云地区水稻分类,提取结果能够体现不同地类之间的差异,且与实际地表的地块边界、纹理符合良好。经过地表样本点的验证,总体精度为93.2%,满足实际应用需求。因此,本研究采用的自动分类流程能够准确、高效地提取海南省的水稻种植范围,可以向其他地区大范围推广。

Tropical cyclones typically form over warm tropical and subtropical ocean surfaces, as their formation and intensification rely primarily on the energy provided by the ocean. Pioneering research by Gray (1968) revealed that the formation of tropical cyclones requires the sea surface temperature (SST) to be no less than 26.5°C. Consequently, SST is commonly recognized as a crucial parameter among the environmental factors influencing tropical cyclone formation(Gray, 1979; Emanuel and Nolan, 2004).

The CO_(2)reduction into carbon-contained fuel via solar energy offers the powerful tools to realize the zero-emission carbon *** to the intriguing features of the two-dimensional(2D)heterostructures,it is susceptible to modulate the electronic structure as well as the surface geometry for optimizing the photocatalytic CO_(2)*** this perspective,we surveyed the fundamental insights of 2D semiconductor heterostructures,involving the fabrication strategies and classification of the 2D semiconductor ***,we have detailly discussed the overview of 2D semiconductor heterostructure for optimizing CO_(2)photocatalytic influenced factors,including the solar energy utilization,photogenerated carriers separation,and redox reaction ***,we showed the significant advantages of 2D heterostructures in elevating CO_(2)photoreduction performance,focusing on activity,selectivity and *** analyzing the limitations and developments,we ended by putting forward insights into the further researches about the CO_(2)photocatalysts and reactor design,even industrial applications.

基于中高分辨率遥感的植被覆盖度时相变换方法

植被覆盖度是衡量地表植被状况、指示生态环境变化的一个重要指标,也是许多学科的重要参数。传统的测量方法难以获取时间连续的面状数据,且耗时、耗力,很难大范围推广。遥感估算方法虽然可以弥补传统方法的不足,但由于云覆盖等天气条件的影响,获得同一时相覆盖整个研究区的遥感影像非常困难,时相的差异必然导致研究结果产生误差。针对植被覆盖度这一重要生态参数,结合低分辨率遥感数据的时间优势和中高分辨率遥感数据的空间优势,提出一种时相变换方法,将源于中高分辨率影像的植被覆盖度变换到研究需要的时相上。首先,利用像元二分模型计算MODIS尺度的时间序列植被覆盖度,并利用已经获得的SPOT影像计算其获取时相上的植被覆盖度;其次,利用土地利用图划分植被覆盖类型,并利用MODIS数据和土地利用数据之间的空间对应关系制作MODIS像元内各类植被覆盖的面积百分比数据;再次,利用面积百分比数据提取各类植被覆盖的纯像元,结合MODIS植被覆盖度时间序列,从而提取各类植被覆盖纯像元的植被覆盖度时间序列曲线;最后利用像元分解的方法提取MODIS像元内各类植被覆盖组分的植被覆盖度的变化规律,将其应用到该组分对应位置上SPOT像元的植被覆盖度上,从而将其变换到所需要的时相上。在密云水库上游进行试验,将覆盖研究区的10景SPOT5多光谱影像计算的植被覆盖度统一变换到7月上旬,结果显示:视觉效果上明显好转,且空间上连续一致;变换前后植被覆盖度的统计量对比结果也符合植被生长规律;利用外业样点数据与对应位置的植被覆盖度变换结果进行回归分析,结果发现各植被覆盖类型的R2均在0.8左右,表明变换结果与实测值非常接近,时相变换的效果较好,从而可以很好地促进相关研究精度的提高。
