Fiber breakage is found to be a ubiquitous phenomenon during the thermal treatments for electrospun nanofibers,because of the presence of solvent molecules and unrelaxed assembly of polymer *** a strengthening strategy is designed by introducing a pre-heating stage for the as-spun *** a temperature above the polymer’s glass transition temperature,the chains can get sufficiently relaxed by the aid of hot solvent,and at the same time,the solvent confined in the entangled chains can fully and steadily evaporate,but not erupt,off the nanofiber,when the temperature is just as high as the boiling ***,the nanofibers become more uniform in structure and can withstand the subsequent thermal *** polyacrylonitrile-based electrospinning,such strategy can improve the final tensile strength from 42 to 112 MPa for the nanofiber films.

Hydrophobic interaction chromatography(HIC)as an indispensable method for protein purification has attracted considerable attentions of researchers as well as biopharmaceutical ***,the low binding capacity and slow adsorption rate of the currently available HIC media lead to a little supply and high price of the highly purified ***,nanofibrous membranes with hydrophobic binding sites were developed for HIC by directly coupling phenyl glycidyl ether on the hydrolyzed cellulose acetate nanofiber membrane(cellulose-phenyl NFM).Scanning electron microscope(SEM),water contact angle(WCA),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area analysis and capillary flow porometer(CFP)were applied to evaluate the physically and chemically structural *** obtained cellulose-phenyl NFMs showed a proper hydrophilcity(WCA=37°),a relatively high BET surface area(3.6 times the surface area of commercial fibrous membranes),and tortuous-channel structure with through-hole size in the range of 0.25-1.2μm,which led to a little non-specificity adsorption,high bovine serum albumin adsorption capacity of 118 mg g^(−1),fast adsorption process within 12 h,good long-term stability and ***,compared with traditional modification methods which always include activation and graft two steps,direct coupling method is more efficient for HIC media ***,cellulose-phenyl NFMs with outstanding protein adsorption performance could be a kind of promising candidate for HIC.

A kind of amphiphilic functional monomer was selected to modify polyacrylamide （PAM） or partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide （HPAM）. The relative properties of the modified polyacrylamide （HM-PAM） and modified partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide （HM-HPAM） such as radius of gyration （Rg）, hydrodynamic radius （RH）, and radial distribution functions （RDFs） have been studied to find the intrinsic relation between the microstructure of the polymer chain and the intrinsic viscosities with changing the amotmt of modified monomers from 1% to 4%. The simulation results show that, compared to HPAM, HM-HPAM has a better performance in increasing viscosity when the percentage of modified monomers is 2% and has a stronger salt tolerance when the modified monomers is 4%. Furthermore, a complex hydrogen bonding network was revealed with the analysis of radial distribution functions （RDFs） and the pair correlation function was used to investigate the diffusivity of Na^＋ and carbon atoms in the COO^- group.

In micro-manufacturing,roughness is unavoidable due to the tolerance of micro-machining *** in microchannel could have a significant influence on flow and heat transfer since the size of microchannel is very *** our work,roughness is modeled as a superposition of waves.A simple Fourier series method is proposed to construct the rough *** this method,roughness is constructed on the bottom of the rectangular microchannel which has a hydraulic diameter of 0.5 *** important parameters during roughness construction,triangulate size and correlation length are studied under the same relative roughness 1%.Results show that flow and heat transfer characteristics are not sensitive to triangulate *** triangulate size is changing from 0.1 mm to 0.05 mm,the variations of pressure drop and average Nusselt number are less than 1%.Correlation length could influence the topography of roughness surface a lot,smaller correlation length will lead to more pressure drop and lower Nusselt number.

A ZnO layer with rather good crystalline quality(Xmin=9.4%)is grown on a sapphire substrate by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD).Rutherford backscattering(RBS)/channeling and high-resolution x-ray diffraction(XRD)are used to characterize the elastic strain in the ZnO *** tetragonal distortion is positive and depth *** is highest near the interface and decreases towards the sample *** combining the results of RBS and XRD,the average elastic strains in the parallel and the perpendicular directions can be calculated to be 0.50%and-0.17%,respectively.

目的评价三维步态动作捕捉与训练系统对脑卒中患者偏瘫步态康复效果的影响。方法共有脑卒中后偏瘫患者60例,随机分为对照组、观察组,均30例。两组患者均给予常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练基础上进行虚拟现实步态训练。在治疗前、连续治疗6周后由同一位治疗师给予两组患者采用三维步态分析系统检测并比较两组患者步态时间参数、时相参数、关节活动角度等参数进行评估,并采用Holden步行评定量表,Barthel指数评定表及下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表对患者日常生活能力、步行功能康复效果进行评估。结果两组患者的一般资料(性别、年龄、病变性质)及Holden步行等级、FMA-L评分、Barthel评分与三维步态参数均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而在干预后两组在三维步态参数(时间参数、时相参数、关节活动角度)、FMA-L评分、Holden步行等级、Barthel评分均较之前有所提高(P<0.05),而与治疗前比较,步行周期、双支撑相(%)、健侧支撑相时间(%)、患侧支撑相时间(%)均明显缩短(P<0.05),但同时健侧摆动相时间(%)、患侧摆动相时间(%)均与之相反(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组在步幅、步频、步速、健侧支撑相(%)、健侧摆动相(%)、双支撑相(%)方面均明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维步态动作捕捉系统用于脑卒中患者,能够有效量化患者步态参数,有利于为康复训练提供依据;其步态训练系统能够有效改善脑卒中偏瘫步态康复效果。

The seawater desalination based on solardriven interfacial evaporation has emerged as a promising technique to alleviate the global crisis on freshwater ***,achieving high desalination performance on actual,oil-contaminated seawater remains a critical challenge,because the transport channels and evaporation interfaces of the current solar evaporators are easily blocked by the oil slicks,resulting in undermined evaporation rate and conversion ***,we propose a facile strategy for fabricating a modularized solar evaporator based on flexible MXene aerogels with arbitrarily tunable,highly ordered cellular/lamellar pore structures for high-efficiency oil interception and *** core design is the creation of 1D fibrous MXenes with sufficiently large aspect ratios,whose superior flexibility and plentiful link forms lay the basis for controllable 3D assembly into more complicated pore *** cellular pore structure is responsible for effective contaminants rejection due to the multi-sieving effect achieved by the omnipresent,isotropic wall apertures together with underwater superhydrophobicity,while the lamellar pore structure is favorable for rapid evaporation due to the presence of continuous,large-area evaporation *** modularized solar evaporator delivers the best evaporation rate(1.48 kg m-2h-1)and conversion efficiency(92.08%)among all MXene-based desalination materials on oil-contaminated seawater.

To date, it is still a great challenge for highly efficient perovskite devices to realize the high quality per- ovskite films with high purity, high coverage ratio and good crystallization by two-step scalable solution method. In this study, a series PbI2 films with tunable micro-architecture of Pbl2 crystals are prepared via solution processable crystal engineering. The perovskite film, prepared by optimized pit spacing in gas pumped PbI2 film at 1000 Pa, shows the highest film quality, including no residual Pbl2 phase, compact morphology, and improved photoluminescence intensity. A transformation kinetics shows that the pit spacing strongly influences both the mass transfer and the sequential intercalation reaction between CH3NH31 and PbI2 crystals, which ultimately determines the full reaction state of the perovskite film. The perovskite solar cells assembled by the perovskite film show both high power-conversion efficiency and good reproducibility of photovoltaic performance due to the restrained charge recombination arising from the high quality perovskite film.
