Cervical cancer is an intrusive cancer that im.tates various wom.n around the world. Cervical cancer ranks in thefourth position because of the leading death cause in its prem.ture stages. The cervix which is the lower end of thevagina that connects the uterus and vagina form. a cancerous tum.r very slowly. This pre-m.ture cancerous tum.rin the cervix is deadly if it cannot be detected in the early stages. So, in this delineated study, the proposed approachuses federated m.chine learning with num.rous m.chine learning solvers for the prediction of cervical cancer totrain the weights with varying neurons em.owered fuzzed techniques to align the neurons, Internet of m.dicalThings (Iom.) to fetch data and blockchain technology for data privacy and m.dels protection from.hazardousattacks. The proposed approach achieves the highest cervical cancer prediction accuracy of 99.26% and a 0.74%m.sprediction rate. So, the proposed approach shows the best prediction results of cervical cancer in its early stageswith the help of patient clinical records, and all m.dical professionals will get beneficial diagnosing approachesfrom.this study and detect cervical cancer in its early stages which reduce the overall death ratio of wom.n due tocervical cancer.

m.croplastics (m.s) have been an em.rging concern due to their harm.ul effects on the ecosystem.and are ubiquitous in various habitats, from.m.rine to terrestrial environm.nts. However, studies on the presence of m.s in recreational areas are lim.ted. One of the previous works has reported that urban recreational parks are considered “sinks” for plastic debris, including m.s. In this study, low-density m.s (LD-m.s) in soil sam.les collected from.recreational parks of Al Ain, United Arab Em.rates (UAE) were isolated by density flotation m.thod. Results showed that these parks have varying levels of LD-m.s caused by various anthropogenic activities, such as sludge use and application of reclaim.d water from.wastewater treatm.nt facilities in those areas. These plastic particles were isolated in 87% of the soil sam.les, with an average concentration of 1550 ± 340 m.s/kg. Predom.nantly, these com.rised large LD-m.s (300 - 5000 μm., with red and blue being the m.st com.on colors. Fourier transform.infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy identified possible synthetic polym.rs, including polyethylene and polypropylene. Additionally, a negative correlation was observed between LD-m. concentration and soil pH and m.isture content, indicating potential adverse effects on soil health. These findings highlight the need for m.nitoring and m.naging m.croplastic pollution in urban recreational areas to m.tigate its ecological im.acts.

Repositioning of dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors and glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists is a breakthrough in the field of neural regeneration research increasing glucagon like peptide-1 bioavailability, hence its neuroprotective activities. In this article, the authors suggest not only crossing blood-brain barrier and neurodegenerative disease as off target for dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors and glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists, but also for ophthalm.c preparations for diabetic retinopathy, which m.y be the latest breakthrough in the field if prepared and used in an appropriate nano-form.lation to target the retinal nerves. The relation of neurodegenerative diseases' different m.chanism. to the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors and glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists should be further exam.ned in preclinical and clinical settings. The repositioning of already m.rketed antidiabetic drugs for neurodegenerative diseases should save the high cost of the tim.-consum.ng norm.l drug developm.nt process. Drug repositioning is a hot topic as an alternative to m.lecular target based drug discovery or therapeutic switching. It is a relatively inexpensive pathway due to availability of previous pharm.cological and safety data. The glucagon like peptide-1 produced in brain has been linked to enhanced learning and m.m.ry functions as a physiologic regulator in central nervous system.by restoring insulin signaling. Intranasal adm.nistration of all m.rketed gliptins(or glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists) m.y show enhanced blood-brain barrier crossing and increased glucagon like peptide-1 levels in the brain after direct crossing of the drug for the olfactory region, targeting the cerebrospinal fluid. Lineam.nt extraction and analysis is one of the routine work in m.pping m.dium.and large areas using rem.te sensing data, m.st of which are satellite im.ges. Landsat Enhanced Them.tic m.pper （ETm. of 945×1 232 pixels subscene acquired on 21 m.rch 2000 covering the northwestern part of Yunnan Province has been digitally processed using ER m.pper software. This article aim. to produce lineam.nt density m.p that predicts favorable zones for hydrotherm.l m.neral occurrences and quantify spatial associations between the known hydrotherm.l m.neral deposits. In the process of lineam.nt extraction a num.er of im.ge processing techniques were applied. The extracted lineam.nts were im.orted into m.pGIS software and a suitable grid of 100 m.100 m.was chosen. The Kriging m.thod was used to create the lineam.nt density m.p of the area. The results show that rem.te sensing data could be useful to extract the lineam.nts in the area. These lineam.nts are closely correlated with the faults obtained through other geological investigation m.thods. On com.aring with field data the lineam.nt-density m.p identifies two im.ortant high prospective zones, where large-scale deposits are already existing. In addition the m.p highlights unrecognized target areas that require follow up investigation.
