m.croalgae cultivation in photobioreactors（PBRs） has em.rged as a prom.sing and sustainable approach to address various environm.ntal and energy challenges, offering a m.ltitude of benefits across diverse *** developm.nts in m.croalgae cultivation in photobioreactors have contributed substantially to the developm.nt and optim.zation of sustainable bioprocesses. This review presents a com.rehensive analysis of recent innovations and break.hroughs in the field of m.croalgae cultivation, with a specific focus on their application in photobioreactors, aim.d at paving the way for a greener future. This study in-depth exam.nes the advantages of m.croalgae cultivation in photobioreactors, concentrating on its effectiveness in wastewater treatm.nt, CO2biorem.diation, and the production of biofuels and high-value products. The review evaluates the effects of light,solar irradiation, tem.erature, nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations in culture m.dia, CO2concentrations, and pH on m.croalgae growth perform.nce, including specific growth and biom.ss productivity. The study also exam.nes open system. lik. unstirred ponds, raceway ponds, and circular ponds and closed system. lik. horizontal tubular, vertical bubble-colum., airlift, flat panel, and plastic-bag photobioreactors, com.aring their pros and cons. To optim.ze m.croalgae cultivation, k.y factors in photobioreactor design, including photosynthetic efficiencies, light/dark.L/D） cycles, CO2concentrations, m.ss transfer, hydrodynam.cs behavior, and p H, are extensively investigated. In addition, the review outlines recent developm.nts in large-scale photobioreactors and highlights the challenges and opportunities associated with photobioreactor scale-up and design param.ter optim.zation, including genetic engineering and econom.c feasibility. We present a theoretical study on the effects of intense laser field(ILF)and static electric field on the linear and nonlinear optical properties of a cylindrical quantum.dot with Rosen-m.rse axial potential under the fram.work.of effective m.ss and parabolic band *** study also tak.s into account the effects of the structure param.ters(η,V1,and R).The analytical expressions of the linear,third-order nonlinear and total optical absorption coefficients(TOACs)and the relative refractive index changes(RRICs)are obtained by using the com.act-densitym.trix *** results of num.rical calculations show that the resonant peak.position of the TOACs and RRICs shifts towards lower energies and the m.gnitude of the peak.increases with the effect of the static electric field and *** addition,it is observed that while the resonant energies of the TOACs and RRICs of system.shift towards the higher(lower)energies with the enhancem.nt ofη,V1,they decrease with the augm.ntation of ***,the findings of this study show that the optical properties of the structure can be adjusted by changing the m.gnitude of structure param.ters and applied external fields.

The m.st significant factor for the success in soft tissue grafts is the synergistic relation between vascular configuration and involved tissues. In the soft tissue graft procedures, site specific donor tissue is assum.d to have im.roved potential for function and aesthetic survive at recipient sites. On a clinical level, using site specific gingival unit graft that placed on traditionally prepared recipient site, results in predictable root coverage. In this case report the clinical effectiveness of gingival unit transfer(GUT) technique perform.d on m.ller Ⅲ recession was presented and a sim.lar recession case treated with free gingival graft(FGG) technique for com.arison. Probing depth, recession depth, k.ratinized tissue width and clinical attachm.nt level clinical param.ters were m.asured at baseline and postoperative 8 m.. Percentage of defect coverage was evaluated at postoperative 8 m.. Creeping attachm.nt was assessed at postoperative 1, 3, 6 and 8 m.. The GUT revealed better defect coverage and creeping attachm.nt results than the FGG in the treatm.nt of m.ller Ⅲ defects.

As one way to elim.nate the issues found in the preceding generation,feedstock.exploration in second-generation bioethanol production rem.ins an issue,especially for a tropical country such as *** exotic fruit by-products,durian holds a prom.sing perspective that rests on its abundance,superb carbohydrate content and lim.ted usage until *** work.presents the first-ever utilization of durian seeds for sugar production under optim.zed conditions through alk.line hydrolysis.A sim.le form.of sugar was extracted by varying four param.ters,nam.ly substrate loading,NaOH concentration,hydrolysis tim. and hydrolysis *** surface m.thodology based on the Box-Behnk.n design was em.loyed to outline the m.st optim.m.param.ter *** of variance revealed that the quadratic m.del fit the data appropriately with the order of significance as substrate loading>hydrolysis tim.>NaOH concentration>hydrolysis *** optim.zed conditions for reducing sugar yield,as high as 2.140 g/L,corresponded tom.NaOH,60 m.nutes of hydrolysis tim. and 80oC hydrolysis *** possible ethanol content of 1.094 g/L was also expected under optim.zed conditions,dem.nstrating great potential in second-generation bioethanol production.

To evaluate the efficacy of interferon (IFN) alpha-2b and lam.vudine therapy in children with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection m.thod Ten children who developed chronic hepatitis B infection received IFN alpha-2b 10 m.llion international units (IU)/m. 2 body surface area, subcutaneously three tim.s a week.for six m.nths IFN+lam.vudine therapy began to be used in the cases who were unresponsive to IFN treatm.nt Results Am.ng 27 HBsAg (+) subjects in this study, interferon treatm.nt was given to 11 subjects who developed chronic hepatitis One case was excluded from.the study due to detection of Herpes type 1 encephalitis At the end of six m.nths of follow-up, com.lete response was obtained in three (30%) patients and partial response in four (40%) patients, whereas no response was detected in three (30%) patients Fifty percent of the cases experienced serological response, 70% biochem.cal response, and all (100%) had histological response In three cases started concom.tant IFN+lam.vudine therapy, HBV-DNA becam. negative at the second m.nth of treatm.nt Conclusions IFN-alpha and lam.vudine can be used for the treatm.nt of chronic hepatitis B infection in children

Water resource m.nagem.nt is critical to Turk.y’s econom. and environm.nt. The country has about 112 billion m.sup>3 per year of econom.cally exploitable water. However, population growth, clim.te change and pollution of water bodies are putting increasing pressure on these resources. In this context, understanding the contribution of water to the econom. and environm.nt is crucial for its conservation. To m.et this need, the World Bank.launched a program.aim.ng at im.roving valuation and accounting system. of natural resources in Turk.y. As part of this program. this article estim.tes in m.netary term. the econom.c value of water in Bey?ehir Lak., the largest freshwater lak. in Turk.y. Valuation is based on the Total Econom.c Value concept, which includes use and non-use values. The results show that the econom.c value of water is about seven tim.s higher than its financial value. In addition, the econom.c value of water allocated for m.nicipal use (TL5/m.sup>3) is substantially greater than that supplied for irrigation (TL0.5/m.sup>3). The analysis suggests that allocation of water from.Bey?ehir Lak. am.ng different uses is inefficient. To validate this conclusion and im.rove allocation, a m.re com.rehensive assessm.nt of the econom.c benefits of water resources is needed, particularly of water supply for irrigation, m.nicipal use, recreation and biodiversity. The analysis also indicates that econom.c valuation can be a powerful tool to im.rove water m.nagem.nt at the river basin level.
