Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles engaged in intercellular communication in both healthy and tumor *** released by the primary tumor,they transfer their cargo including nucleic acids,proteins,and lipids to target cells,thus modulating the character and fate of the recipient *** propagating their oncogenic content,exosomes are able to promote tumor progression,angiogenesis,metastases,and drug *** functions as delivery vehicles of biological material make exosomes promising biomarkers for the early prediction of disease progression and drug resistance in breast cancer,as well as for therapeutic targeting of molecules to treat this deadly *** the present review,we accentuate the relevance of exosomes as vehicles of prognostic and predictive markers and target molecules,and describe their potential therapeutic applications as drug cargo *** made an extensive literature research to clarify the association of their cargo,including exosomal DNA and RNA molecules,with the propagation of drug resistance.

We study the effect of strain on band structure and valley-dependent transport properties of graphene *** is found that valley-dependent separation of electrons can be achieved by utilizing strain and on-site *** the presence of strain,the values of transmission can be effectively adjusted by changing the strengths of the strain,while the transport angle basically keeps *** an extra on-site energy is simultaneously applied to the central scattering region,not only are the electrons of valleys K and K'separated into two distinct transmission lobes in opposite transverse directions,but the transport angles of two valleys can be significantly ***,one can realize an effective modulation of valley-dependent transport by changing the strength and stretch angle of the strain and on-site energies,which can be exploited for graphene-based valleytronics devices.

the types,frequency,and intensity of human interference with forests markedly affect the vegetation *** of the impact of anthropogenic disturbances on forest diversity and structure is one of the central issues related to human behaviour and forest ecosystems and *** species diversity and density are very sensitive to local anthropogenic disturbance,which can be reduced depending on land-use *** used 10 line transects of 500 x 10 m to record and measure all plants >10 cm girth in some of the remaining forests surrounding villages in tripura,Northeast *** predict the effects of anthropogenic pressure on species richness and forest structure,we recorded and scored all ongoing disturbances in all transects of the *** our study did not show any significant effects on the mean number of species,all diversity indices were significantly affected by *** stem density(F = 128.60,p basal area(F = 65.30,p the forest stands were significantly affected by *** significantly(F= 84.81,p ts the abundance of mature voluminous trees removed by extensive illegal ***,stem density at the middle(F= 10.01,p tories was also reduced by high disturbance *** present analysis will be useful to policy-makers and planners for implementation of sustainable forest management at both the local and regional scale.

In the present research, a series of 5,6-bis aryl 1,2,4-triazines 5a^5f were synthesized by condensation of various benzils 4a^4f with aminoguanidine bicarbonate and were screened in vivo, for their anticonvulsant and neurotoxicity studies. Compounds 5a, 5b and 5d were found to be potent molecules of this series, when compared with the reference drugs phenytoin sodium, diazepam and lamotrigine. the structures of these compounds were established by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectroscopic data.
