In recent years,many researchers focused on unsupervised learning for network anomaly detection in edge devices to identify *** deployment of the unsupervised autoencoder model is computationally expensive in resource-constrained edge *** study proposes quantized autoencoder(QAE)model for intrusion detection systems to detect *** is an optimization model derived from autoencoders that incorporate pruning,clustering,and integer quantization *** autoencoder uint8(QAE-u8)and quantized autoencoder float16(QAE-f16)are two variants of QAE built to deploy computationally expensive Al models into Edge ***,we have generated a Real-Time Internet of Things 2022 dataset for normal and attack *** autoencoder model operates on normal traffic during the training *** same model is then used to reconstruct anomaly traffic under the assumption that the reconstruction error(RE)of the anomaly will be high,which helps to identify the ***,we study the performance of the autoencoders,QAE-u8,and QAE-f16 using accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 score through an extensive experimental *** showed that QAE-u8 outperforms all other models with a reduction of 70.01%in average memory utilization,92.23%in memory size compression,and 27.94%in peak CPU ***,the proposed QAE-u8 model is more suitable for deployment on resource-constrained IoT edge devices.

In this study,interconnected porous Mg-2Zn-xY alloys with different phase compositions were prepared by various Y additions(x=0.4,3,and 6 wt.%)to adjust the compressive properties and energy absorption *** characterization methods were then applied to identify the microstructure of the porous Mg-Zn-Y and describe the details of the second *** tests were performed at room temperature(rt),200℃,and 300℃to study the impact of the Y addition and testing temperature on the compressive properties of the porous *** experimental results showed that a high Y content promotes a microstructure refinement and increases the volume fraction of the second *** the Y content increases,different Mg-Zn-Y ternary phases appear:I-phase(Mg_(3)Zn_(6)Y),W-phase(Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Y_(2)),and LPSO phase(Mg_(12)ZnY).When the Y content ranges between 0.4%and 6%,the compressive strength increases from 6.30MPa to 9.23 MPa,and the energy absorption capacity increases from 7.33 MJ/m^(3)to 10.97 MJ/m^(3)at rt,which is mainly attributed to the phase composition and volume fraction of the second ***,the average energy absorption efficiency is independent of the Y *** addition,the compressive deformation behaviors of the porous Mg-Zn-Y are altered by the testing *** compressive strength and energy absorption capacity of the porous Mg-Zn-Y decrease due to the softening effect of the high temperature on the *** deformation behaviors at different temperatures are finally observed to reflect the failure mechanisms of the struts.

Two new saponins named asterlingulatosides A and b were isolated from the whole plants of Aster lingulatus. Their structures were elucidated by spectral and chemical evidence as 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-3 beta, 16 alpha-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid -28-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-3 beta,16 alpha-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid -28-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)- alpha-L-arabinopyranoside respectively. They showed inhibitory activity on DNA synthesis of human leukemia HL-60 cells.

Self-assembly of octadecyl mercaptan on gold was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Results of CV experiments show thatthere are no structUral defects exposed directly to the redox couple in solution, but EISexperiments indicate that collapsed sites exist in the monolayer. A method to estimate the degree ofdisorder in the Au/thiol monolayer surface is proposed by using admittance plane plot.

A sensitivity analysis is performed to analyze the effects of the nanoparticle(NP)aggregation and thermal radiation on heat transport of the nanoliquids(titania based on ethylene glycol)over a vertical *** optimization of heat transfer rate and friction factor is performed for NP volume fraction(1%≤φ≤3%),radiation parameter(1≤R_(t)≤3),and mixed convection parameter(1.5≤λ≤2.5)via the facecentered central composite design(CCD)and the response surface methodology(RSM).The modified Krieger and Dougherty model(MKDM)for dynamic viscosity and the bruggeman model(bM)for thermal conductivity are utilized to simulate nanoliquids with the NP aggregation *** complicated nonlinear problem is treated *** is found that the temperature of nanoliquid is enhanced due to the aggregation of *** friction factor is more sensitive to the volume fraction of NPs than the thermal radiation and the mixed convection ***,the heat transport rate is more sensitive to the effect of radiative heat compared with the NP volume fraction and mixed convection parameter.

The diffusion of hydrogen in amorphous NiCrFeSib alloy has been studied by electrochemical method. In the temperature range of 20 similar to 50 degrees C, diffusion coefficient of hydrogen in the alloy follows the equation: D(cm(2)/s) = 9.27x10(-8) exp(-53.4 kJ/rt). At room temperature the diffusion coefficient D and the solubility C-0 are 6.125 x 10(-12) cm(2)/s and 0.007 mol/cm(3), respectively. When As2O3 is added into the cathodic solution or the charging current density is increased, the diffusion coefficient and solubility increase, and the diffusion activation energy decreases. The influence of amorphous structure on diffusion and solution of hydrogen is discussed.
