Presently,video surveillance is commonly employed to ensure security in public places such as traffic signals,malls,railway stations,etc.A major chal-lenge in video surveillance is the identification of anomalies that exist in it such as crimes,thefts,and so ***,the anomaly detection in pedestrian walkways has gained significant attention among the computer vision communities to enhance pedestrian *** recent advances of deep Learning(dL)models have received considerable attention in different processes such as object detec-tion,image classification,*** this aspect,this article designs a new Panoptic Feature Pyramid Network based Anomaly detection and Tracking(PFPN-AdT)model for pedestrian *** proposed model majorly aims to the recognition and classification of different anomalies present in the pedestrian walkway like vehicles,skaters,*** proposed model involves panoptic seg-mentation model,called Panoptic Feature Pyramid Network(PFPN)is employed for the object recognition *** object classification,Compact bat Algo-rithm(CbA)with Stacked Auto Encoder(SAE)is applied for the classification of recognized *** ensuring the enhanced results better anomaly detection performance of the PFPN-AdT technique,a comparison study is made using Uni-versity of California San diego(UCSd)Anomaly data and other benchmark data-sets(such as Cityscapes,AdE20K,COCO),and the outcomes are compared with the Mask Recurrent Convolutional Neural Network(RCNN)and Faster Convolu-tional Neural Network(CNN)*** simulation outcome demonstrated the enhanced performance of the PFPN-AdT technique over the other methods.

Physical chemical and biological characterization of a new bacteriocin produced by bacillus cereus NS02

Objective:To screen the bacteriocinogenic isolate from buffalo milk and to characterize it on physical,chemical and biological aspects for the application in ***:bacillus cereus(***)was isolated and assessed for its baceteriocinogenic *** was produced and purified by ammonium sulphate precipitation,dialysis and gel filtration *** bacteriocin was used to clieck its antimicrobial activity against food borne *** and stability of bacteripcin was determined with the respect to temperature,pH,enzymes,organic solvents and *** was also subjected to SdS PAGE analysis to determine its molecular *** addition,functional groups exist in the bacteriocin was determined by FTIR ***:*** was identified by 16S rRNA sequence *** showed increased activity against all the bacteria used and its activity unit was found to be 51,200 AU/*** was stable to high temperature(100℃)and wide range of pH(3-10),sensitive to proteolytic enzymes and resistant to nonprotcolytic *** was low molecular weight(3.5-6 kda)protein and FTIR study revealed the presence of amide group and NH stretching,Conclusions:bacteriocin produced in this study possesses the highest antimicrobial activity against both gram positive and gram negative bacteria thereby it has immense application as biopreservative *** proved its peptide nature.

METASTAbLE PHASE SEPARATION OF Fe_(50)Cu_(50) HYPOPERITECTIC ALLOY UNdER SPACE SIMULATION CONdITIONS

A 3m drop-tube was used to investigate the solidification of Fe50Cu50 hypoperitectic alloy. The falling droplets solidified as spheres and splats. The obtained particles range from 1000μm to 80μm in diameter. It was found that the phase separation occurred if the Fe-Cu liquid was undercooled to a certain extent before *** the big particles macroscopic separation of Fe-rich phase always appeared in the cented of the particles, and in the small ones the Fe-rich phase usually solidified as little spheres. In the flakes the Fe-rich and Cu-rich layers alternatively displayed from top to bottom.

Thermal flow characteristics and the methane conversion reaction in a low power arc plasma reactor for efficient storage and transport of methane,which is the main component of shale gas,were *** temperature and velocity distributions were calculated according to the type of discharge gases and arc current level by a self-developed magnetohydrodynamics (MHd)code and a commercial ANSYS-FLUENT code;the transport of chemical species was analyzed as including the chemical reactions of methane *** simulated results were verified by the comparison of calculated and measured arc voltages with permissible low error as under 4%.Three C2 hydrocarbon gases with ethane (C2H6),ethylene (C2H4),and acetylene (C2H2)were selected as the converted species of methane from experimental *** mass fraction of C2 hydrocarbons and hydrogen as the product of the conversion reaction at the reactor was also *** values show good agreement with the actual experimental results in that the major conversion reaction occurred in C2H2 and hydrogen,and the conversions to C2H6,C2H4,and hydrogen were minor reactions of methane pyrolysis conversion.

This paper reports improved performance of discharge plasma in raw engine exhaust treatment. For the purpose of investigation, both filtered and raw diesel engine exhaust were separately treated by the discharge plasma. In raw exhaust environment, the discharge plasma exhibits a superior performance with regard to NOx removal, energy consmnption and formation of by-products. In this study, experiments were conducted at conditions of different temperatures and loads.

FERONIA Is a Key Modulator of brassinosteroid and Ethylene Responsiveness in Arabidopsis Hypocotyls

Ethylene signaling is a complex pathway that has been intensively analyzed partly due to its importance to the manifestation of horticultural phenomena, including fruit ripening and tissue senescence. In order to further our un- derstanding of how this pathway is regulated, a screen for Arabidopsis mutants with increased ethylene response was conducted. From this, a mutant was identified as having a dark-grown hypocotyl that is indistinguishable from Col-0 wt in the presence of the ethylene perception inhibitor AgNO3, yet has extreme responsiveness to even low levels of ethylene. Map-based cloning of the mutation revealed a T-dNA insertion in the coding sequence of the receptor-like kinase FERONIA, which is required for normal pollen tube reception and cell elongation in a currently unknown capacity. In contrast to a previous report, analysis of our feronia knockout mutant shows it also has altered responsiveness to brassinosteroids, with etiolated fer-2 seedlings being partially brassinosteroid insensitive with regard to promotion of hypocotyl elonga- tion. Our results indicate that FERONIA-dependent brassinosteroid response serves to antagonize the effect of ethylene on hypocotyl growth of etiolated seedlings, with loss of proper brassinosteroid signaling disrupting this balance and leading to a greater impact of ethylene on hypocotyl shortening.

Genomic insights into hybridization in a localized region of sympatry between pewee sister species(Contopus sordidulus × C. virens) and their chromosomal patterns of differentiation

background: The Great Plains of the United States includes a large number of hybrid and contact zones between bird species. The amount of gene flow between sister species in these zones ranges from very rare hybridization events to widespread and prevalent introgression. Some of these avian systems have been studied extensively, while others have been indeterminate of whether hybridization exists in areas of sympatry. Using genomic-level approaches allows investigation of genomic patterns of hybridization and gene flow between species—or lack ***: We investigated a narrow zone of sympatry in Nebraska, USA between pewee species(Contopus sordidulus and C. virens), for which no hybridization has been confirmed. We used thousands of single nucleotide polymorphisms to identify potential hybridization and investigate genomic patterns of differentiation between these two ***: We found evidence of multiple hybrid individuals in the contact zone. Little genomic variation was fixed between species, but a large proportion had differentiated allele frequencies between species. There was a positive relationship between genetic differentiation and chromosome ***: We provided the first conclusive evidence of hybridization between C. sordidulus and C. virens, in a region where secondary contact likely occurred due to human disturbance and habitat modification. The genomic patterns of differentiation affirm that these species split in the relatively recent past. Finally, the relationship of chromosome size and genetic differentiation may have resulted from differential rates of chromosomal recombination in songbirds and genetic differentiation between species largely due to genetic drift(possibly in concert with selection).

Magnetic susceptibilities of flux-grown single crystals of LitnP4012 （Ln=Nd, Gd, Er） were measured in the temperature range of 2-300 K. The compounds were paramagnetic, and obeyed the Curie-Weiss law in the entire temperature interval, without magnetic phase transitions, and with effective magnetic moments close to those of the corresponding free Ln3＋ ions. X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy was applied to determine the positions of core-level electrons relative to the Fermi level： Li is; Ln 4f, 5p, 5s, 4d, 3d; P 2s, 2p; O 1s, 2s. The binding energies in these compounds were found slightly shifted compared to the respective values of the same elements.
