A novel and eco-friendly electrochemical activation of trifluoromethyl thianthrenium triflate(TT-CF_(3)^(+)OTf^(-))for trifluoromethylation of imidazole-fused heteroaromatic compounds was *** method involves the direct electrolysis of TT-CF_(3)^(+)OTf^(-)without the requirement of external oxidants or catalysts,aligning with the principles of green chemistry.A wide range of imidazole-fused heteroaromatic compounds including imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines and benzo[d]imidazo[2,1-b]thiazoles have been successfully trifluoromethylated using this technique,exhibiting excellent compatibility with various functional groups and a broad substrate ***,the method's applicability for one-pot sequential reactions enables the reduction of waste and resource consumption by eliminating the need for intermediate purification steps.

Microglia are the main non-neuronal cells in the central nervous system that have important roles in brain development and functional connectivity of neural *** brain physiology,highly dynamic microglial processes are facilitated to sense the surrounding environment and *** the brain switches its functional states,microglia are recruited to specific sites to exert their immune functions,including the release of cytokines and phagocytosis of cellular *** crosstalk of microglia between neurons,neural stem cells,endothelial cells,oligodendrocytes,and astrocytes contributes to their functions in synapse pruning,neurogenesis,vascularization,myelination,and blood-brain barrier *** this review,we highlight the neuron-derived“find-me,”“eat-me,”and“don't eat-me”molecular signals that drive microglia in response to changes in neuronal activity for synapse refinement during brain *** review reveals the molecular mechanism of neuron-microglia interaction in synaptic pruning and presents novel ideas for the synaptic pruning of microglia in disease,thereby providing important clues for discovery of target drugs and development of nervous system disease treatment methods targeting synaptic dysfunction.

background The proliferation of porcine ovarian granulosa cells(GCs)is essential to follicular development and the ubiquitin–proteasome system is necessary for maintaining cell cycle *** studies found that the deubiquitinase ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 1(UCHL1)regulates female reproduction,especially in ovarian ***,the mechanism by which UCHL1 regulates porcine GC proliferation remains *** UCHL1 overexpression promoted GC proliferation,and knockdown had the opposite ***1 is directly bound to cyclin b1(CCNb1),prolonging the half-life of CCNb1 and inhibiting its degradation,thereby promoting GC ***'s more,a flavonoid compound-isovitexin improved the enzyme activity of UCHL1 and promoted the proliferation of porcine *** UCHL1 promoted the proliferation of porcine GCs by stabilizing CCNb1,and isovitexin enhanced the enzyme activity of *** findings reveal the role of UCHL1 and the potential of isovitexin in regulating proliferation and provide insights into identifying molecular markers and nutrients that affect follicle development.

Enhancing the piezoelectricity of Cabi_(4)Ti_(4)O_(15)(CbT)ceramics is crucial for improving their application potential in high-temperature piezoelectric ***,we propose a strategy involving the introduction of larger Na/bi ions at the A-site,effectively inhibiting the tilt of oxygen octahedra and flattening the potential energy *** flattening enhances the variation in polarization under external ***,substituting Nb/Mn at the b-site increases the deviation between positive and negative ionic centers,leading to stronger spontaneous polarization,while the induced defect dipoles restrict oxygen vacancy migration and increase the direct current resistivity(ρ_(dc)).The flattened potential energy profile and increased spontaneous polarization significantly enhance the overall performance of cbT ceramics,with the piezoelectric constant(d_(33))reaching 25 pC/N when the Curie temperature(Tc)=752℃.Piezoresponse force microscopy(PFM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)revealed submicron-long rectangular domains and nanoscale domains in the modified composition,indicating a high density of domain *** study presents an effective approach for enhancing the piezoelectric properties of bismuth layered-structured ferroelectrics(bLSFs),thereby improving the application potential of bLSFsathightemperatures.

Ethylene plays essential roles in plant growth,development and stress *** ethylene signaling pathway and molecular mechanism have been studied extensively in Arabidopsis and rice but limited in ***,we established a sand-culture method to screen pingyangmycin mutagenized peanut lines based on their specific response to ethylene(“triple response”).An ethylene-insensitive mutant,inhibition of peanut hypocotyl elongation 1(iph1),was identified that showed reduced sensitivity to ethylene in both hypocotyl elongation and root *** bulked segregant analysis sequencing,a major gene related to iph1,named AhIPH1,was preliminarily mapped at the chromosome Arahy.01,and further narrowed to a 450-kb genomic region through substitution mapping strategy.A total of 7014 genes were differentially expressed among the ACC treatment through RNA-seq analysis,of which only the Arahy.5bLU0q gene in the candidate mapping interval was differentially expressed between WT and mutant *** sequence variations,functional annotation and transcriptome analysis revealed that a predicated gene,Arahy.5bLU0q,encoding SNF1 protein kinase,may be the candidate gene for *** gene contained two single-nucleotide polymorphisms at promoter region and was more highly expressed in iph1 than *** findings reveal a novel ethylene-responsive gene,which provides a theoretical foundation and new genetic resources for the mechanism of ethylene signaling in peanuts.

Liquid metal(LM)and liquid metal alloys(LMs)possess unique physicochemical features,which have become emerging and functionalized materials that are attractive applicants in various ***,uniform LM nanodroplets armored by carbon dots(LMD@CDs)were prepared and exhibited high colloidal stability in various solvents,as well as *** optimization,LMD@CDs can be applied as functional additives for the 3D/4D printing of hydrogel and cross-linked resin through digital light processing(DLP).The light absorption of LMD@CDs not only improved the printing accuracy,but also led to the cross-linking density differential during the post-curing *** on the cross-linking density differential of soft hydrogel and photothermal performance of the LM,the 3D printed objects can exhibit stimulus responses to both water and laser ***,the CDs shell and LM core of LMD@CDs provide the printed objects interesting photoluminescence and electric conductivity capabilities,*** deduce this versatile 3D/4D printing system would provide a new platform for the preparation of multi-functional and stimuli-responsive advance materials.

K-ion batteries(KIbs)have drawn much attention due to the abundant potassium reserves and wide accessibility as well as high energy density,which can be designed for large-scale energy storage *** the most promising anode materials for KIbs,graphitic carbons,especially those with an intermediate structure between the crystalline graphite and amorphous carbons become a hot research focus because of the improved rate capability and enhanced diffusion-controlled capacity at low voltage ***,we first review the structures of graphitic carbons in the view of graphitic domains and the structure changes in their K-ion intercalation ***,we summarize the preparation mechanisms and characterizations of graphitic carbons and the influence factors in their degree of ***,we illustrate the strategies to optimize their K-ion storage properties from four aspects,namely graphitic domain design,microstructure engineering,electrochemical active component regulation,and defect ***,we propose the issues that urgently need to be solved in graphitic carbons and the possible *** hope that this view could offer some inspiration for the further designing and optimizing of graphitic carbons for practical KIbs.

Microwave-induced thermoacoustic imaging(MTI)has the advantages of high resolution,high contrast,non-ionization,and ***,MTI was used in the¯eld of breast cancer *** this paper,based on the¯nite element method(FEM)and COMSOL Multiphysics software,a three-dimensional breast cancer model suitable for exploring the MTI process is proposed to investigate the in°uence of Young's modulus(YM)of breast cancer tissue on *** is found that the process of electromagnetic heating and initial pressure generation of the entire breast tissue is earlier in time than the thermal expansion ***,compared with normal breast tissue,tumor tissue has a greater temperature rise,displacement,and pressure *** particular,YM of the tumor is related to the speed of thermal *** particular,the larger the YM of the tumor is,the higher the heating and contraction frequency is,and the greater the maximum pressure ***®erent Young's moduli correspond to di®erent thermoacoustic signal *** MTI,this study can be used to judge di®erent degrees of breast cancer based on elastic *** addition,this study is helpful in exploring the possibility of microwave-induced thermoacoustic elastic imaging(MTAE).

Late Cenozoic uplift of the Liupan Mountains:Evidence from the Neogene loess deposits

The Liupan Mountains,one of the important mountain ranges in western China,are located on the boundary between the northeastern Tibetan Plateau and the Ordos *** uplift history of the Liupan Mountains remains *** deposits are good tracers of regional tectonic and geomorphic changes,because loess is sensitive to erosion and the formation and preservation of loess requires relatively flat highlands and relatively stable tectonic *** investigated the distribution of Neogene loess deposits on the western piedmont of the Liupan Mountains and examined a near-continuous loess section(Nanping section)on the piedmont alluvial *** of magnetic susceptibility stratigraphy with the qA-ⅠMiocene loess sequence dates this 56-m section covering the interval from~8.1 to 6.2 *** lower boundary age of this section,together with previously reported Zhuanglang red clay(sand-gravel layers with intercalated loess during~9–8 Ma and near-continuous loess during~8–4.8 Ma)and Chaona red clay(~8.1–2.58 Ma),indicates that the Liupan Mountains were uplifted in the late Miocene(~9–8 Ma)and basically formed by~8 Ma,attesting to no intense mountain building since that *** addition,based on the information from the Zhuanglang core and the qA-Ⅰsection,we infer that sizable parts of the Liupan Mountains were uplifted during the late Oligocene–early Miocene and did not experience intense uplift during~22–9 Ma.
